the large room I saw would be excellent in size. They allow residents to join activities of entire complex, not limited to only Alzheimer unit activities. They have two news discussion groups. Mom would enjoy that. They have a resident who speaks Turkish so she could practice. She could eat either in Alzheimer unit or could eat with friends from other sections of home. They have car taking people to local mall which has walking clubs in the mall which would give her people to walk with regularly.

Good place. A little far out for my mother to drive. Might not be an issue by the time we move her. Impressive staff and facility. On the list, not #1

Nice location about 10 min away. Involvement by residents in activities. More lively participation. May be cost prohibitive.

Excellent facility. Transportation resources here and other Atria the best.

Strongest so far. Staff seemed most experienced and could answer my 3 pages of questions. Big plus is that Mom could have her dog there (if she can demonstrate that she can care for him) Rooms were most attractive. Downside is that it is a very urban environment for my mom.

Excellent facilities and off site activities provided at least twice a week. Very nice decor and friendly staff. Alzheimer facilities available.

Most closet space of any place we have seen so far. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Offer 1 month trial period, which could be in your permanent apartment. Prices seem fair. Concern of high-rise set up, if an emergency and elevators were off, could my mom walk down all the steps? Nice courtyard in back, which they say is well used in summer. Parking garage out back with free underground parking. Cable included, but not phone. Residents provided a life alert for emergencies.

Talked to director. Facility is "blended". 3 blocks from Balston Mall.

Good meal. One bedroom 1 bath with Side room. Patio kitchen $ Maid service weekly. Pet ok under 25 lbs ? Independent cottages but assisted living is available as well as memory care but you would have to move out of your cottage into an apartment to get increased care. ? You would have to go out in the weather and walk a steep incline to get to your meals. ? Meals are served buffet/cafeteria style. You would have to carry a tray from buffet line to your table. ? Full kitchen?all appliances furnished ? Fresh paint and new carpet with each change of tenant ? Hook ups for washer and dryer ? All utilities included except for cable TV, internet and phone line ? Small patio at both the front and back doors. Lots of cement, not much grass. ? Bath tubs with showers?tub could be cut out to make one a step-in shower. Without renovation you would have to step over the tub to get into shower. ? Exterior of the buildings showed signs of mildew. Interiors were OK. ? Located on a very busy street in Little Rock. I noticed lots of traffic noise, sirens, etc. ? Small dogs were welcome. ? Rooms available for any over-night guests you might have. ? Individual mail boxes provided. ? Housekeeping services are provided once each week at no cost to you. ? Transportation is provided to shopping, doctor appointments, etc. but must be scheduled. ? Beauty shop available on site. ? Staff on duty 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. ? Some programmed activities for residents. ? Some exercise equipment available on site (as well as physical therapy at extra charge) ? Nice sized bedroom closets and a pantry in the kitchen.

This is total memory care with 3 levels of care. Love the facility. Staff not real friendly. Only bedroom, living room/dining was outside the room.

We were told a lot things that are not happening and the communication has not been very good at all. We have had a couple major issues but other than that things are going ok. I would just tell others looking into Vitality Living or to those who have your loved ones here to make sure you stay on top of things.

We are very happy with the facility but they just sold so we are hoping nothing changes. The everyday care staff is amazing but the administrative staff is very hard to get a hold of. We just had thanksgiving dinner there and it was fabulous. We would recommend as long as nothing changes with the new ownership.

We chose this facility at the time because he had an early diagnosis of Alzheimers. We let him choose and he liked this one the best because the way it is set up. He is in assisted living and pretty much has his own apartment. The facility is very secure but it offers more independence. The meals are chef prepared and he loves the food, he has never had any complaints. Pre-covid they did a lot of activities with family and they would have special days for grand kids to come. Since covid, they have not been able to do that. They are going through a lot of changes, they always have new staff members. They will have a great team and then 6 months go by and every single person from that team is gone which is hard. I am frustrated with the covid protocols since I am not able to see my dad and I hope it gets back to the way it was pre-covid.

Both of my parents lived here. My mother for five years and my father for eleven years. Dining room staff was my favorite. Very nice and accommodating. Nursing staff was just okay. Resident doctor was just okay. Business office personnel was excellent. The new director is excellent. Very kind and caring. Be an advocate for your loved one. Constantly check the room. Check for rashes, bruises and unexplained bandages. This is a general statement. Make sure the nurses where gloves all the time! Food improved over time.

My tour of this is community was a nice one. The community looked well-kept. From what I saw they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff I met was friendly. It was a good experience,

Older metropolitan complex with dated floor plans but property maintenance better than average. Grounds and landscaping attractive. Food preparation/presentation better than average but variety limited. Cramped entry way not particularly welcoming.

We have had a very positive experience with Atria Park. They have a lot to offer. My Grandmother is still adjusting but is doing well and she has made some friends. They do a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. The food is good. The people there are very friendly and nice, the staff and the other residents. The only drawback is that they could use some more parking spaces for visitors. When the lot is full visitors then have to park in the dirt lot.
