What they could improve on would be better quality food, having more healthy choices versus too many carbs. Drinks are mostly sweet juices. More staffing and resources. Lovely staff but sometimes they are short staffed.

Staff was/is very friendly and helpful when asked for help, even though I am a foreigner every time I came I was assisted the best and fastest way. Always a nice chat, at the front desk, laundry or anywhere on the floors or dining rooms. Great exercise classes, great soups and dishes, my aunt had a chance to enjoy good food for her last 3 years of life as she disliked cooking and was happy about this treat. She lived by herself mainly before that and cooked just one big pot of chicken soup for the whole week, week after week the same. She really enjoyed the variety, but specially the soups. She was able to enjoy her beloved cat as long as she was in her room, [name removed] gave her company. All in all, I think Vitality gave her some good time, even though she felt like in a cage sometimes. She wanted her independence but that was not a choice anymore after her severe injuries. Thanks to all the staff, great job.

My mom has been at The Gardens for about two months. She has been well taken care of and has made new friends. She has a nice clean room and is served good meals. She has adjusted very well to her new place. She is surrounded by people that care.

What we like the most about Vitality Court is that most of the staff are very compassionate and caring. However, the food is not great in variety or taste and that is something they could improve on. We would definitely recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

The location is very convenient and [name removed] who is the driver is great. The food and food service is in serious need of help. The staff is not very well trained and the food is mediocre. The property is very nice. The rooms are very spacious, the general staff seems very attentive. What they are lacking is training in the dining room as well as the meal options. There are times that the staff cannot take a simple order or get drinks correct. They seem to be out of food quite a bit. They also seems to be quite a bit of turnover in the staff. In the one year that I have been there I believe they are on the third or fourth chef. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I really haven't been here that long. These are just observations and maybe in a few months I may think more positively. I'm not one to get overly involved too fast - just observe for awhile and visit with other residents. I liked the idea of not "buying into the company"! I like the month to month rental agreement.

There was a water issue that damaged the baseboards and dry wall over 6 weeks ago! Still not fixed. When [name removed] first arrived, there was an aid that was not very nice. She just didn't have the temperament. She is gone now. I have not seen any other issues. The current staff is very caring.

It's nice, they're overall kind, one of the nurses not so pleasant. Rooms didn't always seems to be cleaned when they were supposed to be cleaned. Food was ok, new chef came on. We were told they had the BEST food but it wasn't that great, yet I have nothing to compare it to. Good communication. Overall we were happy enough to say we'd use them again if we need to

Administrative staff - they are very attentive before signing but dragging feet on some issues after signed and moved on. Food - taste is good but availability and quantity inconsistent. Activities - appear to have plenty for assisted living per Facebook page. No personal involvement. Value for the money - again independent living - food allowance is included in rent and can not be removed and does not carry over month over month if unused.

The staff likes/tries to get to know the residents and tries to get them involved with the activities. Which helps when they are new.

My mother was in another assisted living facility prior to her stroke but I knew that they would not be able to provide what she needed - getting her up and dressed, showers, taking her to meals. Vitality of Milton has been great. The staff has really taken the time to get to know her. Very friendly and accessible. Place is a smaller facility, so much personal attention, very clean and there are food menu options. I feel it was the right choice for my mother and have been very pleased.

I would request that they add more staff to help with their patients.

The property is new and clean. Food is okay and it is a nice feature for a property this size. Rooms are adequate sized and amenities are okay for a facility of this size

The meal plan does not cover 1 meal a day for the whole month so plan to spend extra on groceries and Sunday evenings the dining room is closed so you will need to plan for that as well. Ensure elevators working properly. The main elevator was out for weeks and my sweet dad was walking over 1000 feet one way to get downstairs...housekeeping offered was a week but the quality of cleanliness of the cleaning could have been improved.

Vitality Stonybrook is a smaller community, capacity 80, on the assisted living side, I think, but the folks have several common areas including front and back porches, walking areas, living room with fireplace to enjoy together or privately. Their activity director [name removed] always keeps things fresh and lively for the residents.

I think communication could have been a bit better. Staff management was very professional

My mom has been at sonata Windermere for one year now and we feel like family there. The staff is so nice. The residents are very sweet and friendly. It is clean and decorated beautifully. The food is wonderful with many selections. It gives us a great piece of mind knowing that my mom is being taken care of.

Been living here for 6 1/2 years. I’m very comfortable, I love my apartment. Made really good friendships and relationships. I love my life here. Activities are great especially painting and bingo. Food is good.

We picked this community, because they had more meal options, larger number of residents, outdoor patio, not far from home, always had some residents hanging around the main living room--seemed like more activity than others.

The building is 40 years old and some issues have occurred because of that age. I like that there are stages of aid, and that each time mom requires assistance there is not an extra charge except for laundry. When we have had issues the administration has been accessible. Her expanded suite is pretty comfortable and everyone has a screened in patio. Mom is pretty active: going to exercise classes, lunch trips, trips to Publix and going to some other activities.
