They were very clean. They were wonderfully friendly. They did give him good care. They had a lot of activities when he wanted to get involved. He was a good eater and he ate everything they gave him. I chose this because I was looking for a memory care unit and they had that. I especially liked that he was involved with people with the same problems. They weren't mixed. They treated him well. I felt very comfortable leaving him because I knew they would take care of him, he was in good hands.

Very nice people and a clean facility. My mother is now a resident of Aspen Village and I'm hoping she will be happy there. She has met some of the residents there and seems to be enjoying herself. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I am a little concerned about security.

I toured for my mom. It is just like her apartment. She felt very comfortable and was excited about all the activities and outings, especially the Saturday shopping with the ladies! We are seriously considering it after the holidays!

i love everything! so many activities and great happy hours. i love bingo and we play 6 days a week!

My only regret about moving here is that I didn't do it sooner. Every staff member is not only competent and helpful but without exception is friendly and more than willing to do whatever is needed. Most of the residents are friendly, too, but those who are never satisfied with anything just make the rest of us look better!

The Gardens was one of the suggestions from the advisor and turned out to be just what we were looking for. They responded very quickly and once the decision was made my mother was moved in lest than two days.

Overall, we've had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and caring, and the rooms offer a good amount of floor space. The community is generally very clean, although there is occasionally an odor in the hallways. One of the highlights is the activity program during the week-there are plenty of engaging activities Monday through Friday to keep residents involved. The weekends are a bit quieter and could benefit from more activity options. The food is average overall, and weekend dinners are often simple sandwiches, so a little more variety would be appreciated.

The caregivers were kind, but the facility often seemed understaffed, which made it difficult for residents to receive timely attention. The food was fair, and the overall cleanliness was also fair. At the end of the day, no one will ever care for your loved one the way you do, so it's important to stay involved and advocate for their needs.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The staff is excellent, and the activities are enjoyable. The food is very good, and the community is very clean. The room/apartment size is also very good. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for a senior living community.

I took a tour last week. Looking for a place that could take care of my 79 year wife. I found it easy to find, park my vehicle. The building and grounds are very nice. The residents seemed to be happy and the employees I met were very nice. My only problem is the monthly fee is way out of my reach. It wouldn’t leave me very much to support me unless the wife passed quickly.

The original staff was awesome. However, in the past 3 months there have been changes and new staff members put in place. They need to address some issues still lingering, but have confidence that they will do it, but it will take some time.

Great we are thinking seriously on moving in. I have been working on my finances to make sure I can afford it.

The units were very livable and the staff was really friendly. The location was nice and there were many walking trails. There is a little restaurant down by the marina that is pretty good.

The facility was great, Sandy and staff at the long term facility were amazing. The apartment was the perfect size. However when it came to getting her into the assisted living side. The women in charge that made that decision was a total failure. She never communicated to me that she would not accept her. And the reason was false. With her not even telling me she rejected her and I had to find another place, quickly. On top of the communication failure I was then charged another months rent which could have been avoided. I fought that charge and again never heard back from anyone.

The facility is clean and the staff members are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Vitality seems to provide an upbeat, positive environment for it's residents. I feel like my mom is in good hands there.

Overall experience is a four stars only because it takes so long for things to happen in all departments, maintenance, and front office but every one is so nice and helpful, food and cleanliness are good and my mom is happy with that, activities are awesome. Apartment six if great, I do know the studios would be too small but my mom has a one bedroom and she loves it and it is perfect for her with so much storage. I should say there are different size one bedrooms so her size (medium of the one bedrooms if great). Overall I think they are just doing the best they can with the staff they have.

Initially the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. However, there has been so much turnover since putting my mom in the staff part is a little questionable.

Sending my mother to Vitality was the best decision I've made . The facility and staff are remarkable.. they get to know each person individually, so all needs can be met . The atmosphere is positive , warm and friendly. Memory Care always has exciting things going on daily , fun games , trivia , surprise milk shakes etc.. .. the staff is very encouraging to get all to participate. This facility offers so much .. anything you are interested in .. just let them know and they will make sure your loved one gets there !

Nice facility and the apt I saw was quite nice. Was pleased that residents can personalize their apts quite a bit. Might return when my son can join me. No timetable for this. The outside appearance is dated and so is the neighborhood.

The place us clean. The residents and staff are friendly. The apartment is nice. The food is adequate. The chocolate chip cookies are great.
