The staff is very caring and I am glad we made this choice. The community is neat and clean and they take good care of my loved one. The food is good and they have activities available for the residence. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I think the thing that I didn't know that I would have liked to have known is that it can be difficult to have your loved one reevaluated for level of care needed if they improve. Our loved one went in at a higher level of care that was more expensive because she was recovering from a surgery, so we thought she would get down to a lower level once she recovered. And now that she'd doing better, I've been asking for months for her to be reevaluated and running up against a wall. So if your loved one is improving, just know it has proven difficult for us to obtain a new evaluation. I'm also frustrated that there's no consistency in friendliness of the staff. Several times they've let me push my loved one back to her room, and other times I've been confronted kind of rudely with no solutions offered - like, oh we'll do it, or if you're wearing a mask or vaccinated, it's okay. That lack of consistency is the worst part. I feel like she's gotten great care, and they seem to help her as much as she wants them to. The limited amount of areas I've seen have been very clean. The residents have just lately been able to get back to eating in the dining room. Any friction we've experienced has been about communication. At this point, I'm just feeling like they don't want to revaluate her and take her down a care level, which isn't sustainable for us.

Overall we have had a good experience with Atria Park of Lake Forest. The administrative staff are great and work together and have been good with communication. It seems that sometimes not everybody is on the same page when I call and ask questions. Everybody in the community has had both of their covid shots but sometimes visitors are still not allowed. I have not eaten here but he likes the food and other residents seem to like it as well. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose The Hearth at Franklin because it was recommended and I was able to tour the facility at the time and the continuity that I am able to go in since I am her caregiver made a big difference. The room sizes are excellent, they are private rooms as well. They do communicate very well by email to keep families updated. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Atria Evergreen mainly because they were recommended to us and they were rated among the highest out of some others we looked into. I never wanted for any information, it was always given when I needed it. Anytime I would call the staff members they were quick to answer as well. I would recommend Atria to other families looking.

When going into assisted living, remember to think of it as an individual apartment and they can get assistance if they need it. This was a shock to our loved one after having received home care before. It was difficult to be alone unless you push the button. You can get any help you need at any time, but you have to hit that button. Depression was an issue due to Covid. When I mentioned this, they did make an effort to check on our loved one more. The staff was good, but they were maybe a little understaffed. They were always working very hard. It's not their fault that they couldn't come as quickly - everything just took more time during Covid, with delivery of meals, putting on PPE, and so many extra things to do for safety. They had the same level of staff with so many more responsibilities. We did receive the wrong laundry a couple of times, but that's not a common issue.

Looks nice, kitchens are small. Not sure that is what my mom wants. Tour was very good, but I can see it being a bit difficult for my mom with her dog.

The community responds to your questions but it can take a bit of time. They are open to feedback. My mother enjoys the food and she always tells me how good it is. I would recommend this community to others

Atria Windsor Woods is a nice community. The community has an upscale feeling to it. A lot of activities had to be scaled back because of the pandemic. The food is very good for my loved one. The the bread pudding is great!

My father has thrived since being at Aspen Village. I would recommend this community for your loved one. The food is good and plenty of it. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with the residents. The amount you agree to when moving in and that is the rent.

I would say not to go there. If you need assistance this is not the place to be. I would not recommend this community to others. Cards, Bingo, arts and crafts, exercise classes, puzzles and more were some of the activities for residents to choose from.

It is nice living here all people are nice and the staff is very helpful.

I would recommend this community to others. The caregivers that were coming to the house to assist our loved one recommended this community to us. We had no issues during my loved one's stay at Vitality Court.

We chose Atria Park of Baypoint Village because of our initial impression, it looked like there was better quality of care and it was a nicer facility. It was on the higher end of the pricing scale out of the ones that we were looking into. The room sizes here are more than adequate for a single person. I have eaten here twice and the food was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend it.

We chose Atria Elizabethtown because my dad was here for a while and we really liked the staff, they took good care of him. They also had availability when we needed it. The room sizes are adequate, she started out in a studio and now she is in a 1 bedroom that overlooks the lake and the outside garden area. The best part about the community has been the staff members, they make it feel comfortable and like home.

My father and I are both pleased with the facility. We are happy with the way they have handled covid and they adapted well. The rooms have plenty of space, a kitchenette, a balcony, and 2 closets I would recommend definitely this community.
