Atria was by far the best community in the area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have lots of activities on their calendar and invited us to a few. Also the chef and the food was great, the food was shockingly good, it was very tasty and they had a great menu. I think the pricing could be different so everyone could be equal, that is something I would change. Overall it's a good community and this is definitely an option for my parents if/when the times comes.

They were very clean. They were wonderfully friendly. They did give him good care. They had a lot of activities when he wanted to get involved. He was a good eater and he ate everything they gave him. I chose this because I was looking for a memory care unit and they had that. I especially liked that he was involved with people with the same problems. They weren't mixed. They treated him well. I felt very comfortable leaving him because I knew they would take care of him, he was in good hands.

Very nice people and a clean facility. My mother is now a resident of Aspen Village and I'm hoping she will be happy there. She has met some of the residents there and seems to be enjoying herself. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I am a little concerned about security.

I toured for my mom. It is just like her apartment. She felt very comfortable and was excited about all the activities and outings, especially the Saturday shopping with the ladies! We are seriously considering it after the holidays!

i love everything! so many activities and great happy hours. i love bingo and we play 6 days a week!

My only regret about moving here is that I didn't do it sooner. Every staff member is not only competent and helpful but without exception is friendly and more than willing to do whatever is needed. Most of the residents are friendly, too, but those who are never satisfied with anything just make the rest of us look better!

The Gardens was one of the suggestions from the advisor and turned out to be just what we were looking for. They responded very quickly and once the decision was made my mother was moved in lest than two days.

I believe your organization does a good overall job. However, I think there could be more support for those who are paying the monthly costs for residents. In some cases, family members shoulder the financial responsibility, which can be a significant hardship. It would be helpful if your organization provided information about assistance programs or resources available to support families in these situations. Offering this information could benefit both families and your organization as a whole.

The facilities were nice and clean. However, there was a sense that because of lack of residents there was an issue with the facility.

Be aware of staffing of resident support employees depending on what is needed for you or your loved one. Good opportunity for activities for residents participation. Be ready to downsize as storage is limited. Consider using local medical providers unless you're able to provide transportation in some instances.

I would say it's a great place for your family member. I would recommend to others.

The facility was nice and the people we met there were very accommodating. However , the apartment we were shown was very small. In addition, the Acclaim doesn't offer a full range of transitional services (i.e. moving from independent living to assisted living that we were expecting).

The staff is great. My mom seems to enjoy the food, even though she does say she would like to get ice cream from time to time. The only issue I have is with the room - She is in a shared room and the other one is bigger but both sides pay the same price& she is at the end where the door has a loud ding every time someone opens it & she complains about it (when I requested switching her I was told I would have to pay $[removed].)

The staff is terrific but could use a staff member for different or more activities during the day so the residents are not sitting around sleeping in their chairs. Food seems great with variety. It is very clean in rooms, halls and community room. The living quarters are good size and overall my family member is doing well there.

I really appreciate the Memory Care Director, [name removed]! She has a ton of activities for them and now there is an app that we can use to look at what our family member has participated in throughout the day!

Very upscale facility. It is comparable to other facilities I have toured in the area. Services and quality seems very nice.

Have a voice. When you notice something, speak up to someone who can fix it, don't just complain to other residents. We have recommended and friends have taken their family members there.

There are people here who are trying to make this transition in my life as pleasant as possible! After 42 years of marriage and owning a home, I'm starting my life journey alone in an apartment! Nothing is the same! There are people here that are where I am and are reaching out to help me! Can't put a price on that!

The meals and cooked meals availability- it was great not having to cook and all the food was good. On-time, caring nurse staff.
