We are very content with this community and how they have handled our loved one and how they communicate with us. The take very good care of our loved one. The care givers seemed so kind when we were first looking at this community. It has a very homey and comfortable feeling to it. The food is not very good, and the food itself is not very attractive looking. We live across the country and the staff has been incredibly excellent and always letting us know whats going on with our loved one. throughout COVID they have done an excellent job about care giving, and communication.

My husband is in the Atria Park of Lake Forest, Save Haven for dementia. I find that the staff is excellent and caring. All those involved with his care including those non clinical have been so supportive, kind, and reliable! Thank you so much for helping me in this journey. God bless all of you.

My mom moved to Crystal Creek Assisted Living after being in Rehab, This has been a great transition for her. It has allowed her to have a little independence and still have assistance as needed for Medications and Meals. Thankful for the staff that has been very helpful in assisting us thru this transition.

Like everything else in life, there's a learning curve, but once you figure out how things work, you can get good responses to problems. The aides do a good job, and it's very hard work. The nursing staff is very responsive to family members. They treat me like part of their team. Physical therapy and occupational therapy, provided there by Genesis, are excellent. The in house audiologist is excellent. Overall, Brookdale was the right choice for our family. It's not cheap, but still far less expensive than in-home care would be. On site medical help is so important, and they do a far better job than I could.

Toured Baypoint village today at 4pm .very clean , people we met were real friendly . We ate in dinning room food excellent , toured 2 bedroom apartment with screened porch,rooms were good size . the sales director ([name removed]) was excellent and gave correct information . met the dinning director shows person cares about meals ---- This place has all you need

Our Aunt has been at Appletree Court for going on 4 years now. Right from the beginning and many times over, we have said, “We sure picked the right place!” They have been very accommodating to her needs and have worked to individualize her care as health and mobility have changed. Likewise, they have always made time to talk to us on the phone or meet in person with the family as we work together to problem solve issues for the best outcomes for our Aunt. As an example, they gave us “outstanding help” to make it possible to have our Aunt’s Birthday Party at Appletree, despite our fairly large family group! They provided all that we needed from chairs & tables to coffee to a private space to smiles for all the guests! It was a Great party and it was accomplished by the accommodations of the Appletree staff! They knew it was best for our Aunt to stay in-house and they made it happen! In addition, ALL the staff are very caring and positive and take an active interest in engaging the residents. You will find delicious food in the dining room, immaculate custodial care and a variety of activities every single day! So that is why we are very glad to be part of the Appletree Family! You will be, too! A Grateful Family

We are so impressed and pleased with the new Executive Director, [name removed]. My family has noticed a significant change in every area, but mainly just the positive and friendly atmosphere. To have a leader who is professional and keeps her word about looking into even the smallest thing is so refreshing. My loved ones couldn't be happier at The Hearth.

Mom was in the memory care unit for a while. She was very happy. Most of the staff enjoyed her company and were very patient with her.

I hesitate to rate the care services and activities as I have only visited Appletree. I do not have first hand experience in these areas. I am looking for a place to move my mother when the time comes that she can no longer live in her home. We visited and had lunch. The menu offered many choices and was very good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large. There is a lot of closet and storage space as well. I particularly like the large outdoor courtyard surrounded by the building. It is a great place for the residents to enjoy some serenity and nature. A screened in porch with ceiling fans is also a feature many of the communities do not have. The staff is very friendly and the property nicely landscaped. It is close to the Richardson Senior Center, a grocery store, the public library, and some shops. Stop by and take a look.

The Hearth at Hendersonville is truly a premier facility for senior citizens. Spacious apartments provide home atmosphere and privacy when you want it. Large windows bring the beauties of the courtyard and landscaping into your apartment. Plenty of things to do including numerous fun projects. A movie theater brings new as well as old favorites to our large screen. Field trips to nearby Nashville take us to museums and concerts on our own Hearth bus complete with elevator to lift wheel chairs. I would not choose to live anywhere else. I am happy here and enjoy many new friends who have similar tastes. It's a happy place!

Brookdale Arlington was used for 30 days so that my cousin could get more physical therapy and continue to recover from a bad prescribed drug reaction. He said that the food was great and enjoyed the Bible study. He is loner so did not participate in other activities although there were plenty of other activities available. He was walking on his own and able to return to his apartment when he left.

Mom is making friends at this community. She is enjoying the activities. The staff are friendly, encouraging and they check on her. The food is good and they have snacks available all day. The community is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. This community is a good value and I would recommend it.

We were very impressed with this community, our tour was done very well by the staff and they took their time showing us around and answering our questions. The community is bright, open and clean with a lot of amenities for the residents. We were pretty sure that this was going to be the community for us except that we found out that they did not offer a nurse on call 24/7 and that is the one thing we had at the top of our list for the community that we would be choosing. I would definitely recommend coming for a tour.

Appletree is truly a jewel. They provide the typical amenities that most assisted living facilities provide. It is the cleanest facility I have ever been in. And I have been in many. But I believe what separates them from all of the other assisted living homes is the STAFF. At first I thought they all put on a show, but within the year my mom has lived there, I have become to realize that they, meaning all staff from the lowest position to the Director, are truly sincere and care about the residents as if they are family. The communication between all staff is ever present. The instant a worker notices anything odd, it is immediately reported and addressed by management or whomever can fix the problem. I live 2 hours away from mom and I would love to have her right down the street. But I will not move her. I don't believe there is another facility that can come close to the staff that Appletree has.

Really impressed with the FRIENDLY care by area care givers, and the quality and service in the food service area

The staff are pretty good here at Atria. They keep mom's room clean and they are doing what they can to help her adjust to living here. They are helping her with her medication. The food is basically good. I would recommend this community.

Dad is doing well at this community. The staff are caring and responsive, however sometimes they seem to be understaffed. They offer transportation to appointments. The food is very good and they offer a lot of choices. They offer daily activities and they community is taken care of. The community feels bright and cheery. They have a courtyard in the memory care unit that has flowers and places to sit. I like the setup of the community and I would recommend it.

We liked this community when we visited. The people we met seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The community was clean and seemed to offer daily activities. This is in a smaller town and I would recommend taking a look at this community.

I had a pleasant tour of Brickmont Senior Living. When I toured, the lady that took me around was welcoming and informative. When we learned that they could not take my mother because of her level of care, the lady still tried to help us find a place that would. Even though she was unable to, I appreciated that she tried.
