The staff answered all of our questions, spent a lot of time with my family. Their reassurance and sharing their personal experience with us made it much easier to chose Atria Baypoint Village. The food is outstanding and can't say enough about how clean the facility is kept. I visit my father often and have always been extremely pleased with Atria. It is so nice to know that he is being well cared for and finally eating nutritious meals.

Nice place. Very clean. Good staff. My Dad lived there for 3 years & was quite happy. I also worked there as a R.S.A. for a brief period.

Since the only family member I have is my older sister-in-law, the employees and other residents have become my extended family. I love keeping busy and there is always something to do. I volunteer for everything that I can. I eat and play with "family members" all day. I would never want to live anywhere else.

My mother has lived at Atria Springdale for six months now. Mom was reluctant to move at first, but now she says she wished she had made the move years ago. Mom loves all the activities, especially the weekly Wednesday lunch outings and trips to Derby Dinner Playhouse. My family has dined with her several times, we are always impressed with the food. I would have never imagined how easy this transition would be, I believe the main reason is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would have never imagined my mother at 85 years old would be so active. She was so worried about making friends after leaving her neighborhood of 50 years. She has met and made so many new friends, she looks forward to eating lunch with her buddies, playing poker and bingo, and going on the Sunday drives with them.

My husband has been at the Atria for three years and I am s o very pleased with the staff and the activities. He is on the Life Guidence wing and "with it enough " that I take him over to the assisted living side every day. All the workers and residents are so sweet to him and it really helps his "state of mind", so to speak. The outside is so very attractive and we love sitting outside in the spring and summer. The residents are a fun group and I feel this is my second home and I have met so many new people. We both feel truly blessed!! Thank you everyone that works at the Atria.

The cost differs from one person to two and it also depends on the size of the room. The care is really good. I can't think of any ways for them to improve. They're very good - very friendly and caring. We chose it because the facility was bright and pretty and friendly. It's close to our house and it's at a price that would fit my parent's budget. They love it there.

My mom was there for 45 days and she had one of the most best experiences in her life. All the staff were very friendly and attended to her needs. If I were asked to recommend a assisted living facility and a good stall I would do so about Atria, Baypoint Village.

Until August of this year, Mom lived very happily at Atria Baypoint Village. She spent many years in the independent living area, then when she needed more care and assistance she spent her remaining few years on the Meadowbrook wing and continued to enjoy her living experience very much. The home-like feeling is provided by an excellent staff of devoted caregivers from health to dining. This is the heart and soul of any dwelling. Whether it is immediate family or a group of people providing a home atmosphere for many residents of different backgrounds, likes and desires, Atria Baypoint really completes the circle of life for all those who live there.

The staff, the good food, the warm support, and the LOVE. These gifts make me call Atria Springdale "A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN", I really feel it and mean it!

Everything is wonderful there, I could never find another staff as kind, as compassionate, as caring as they are. They really take good care of my mother and even though right now she's not doing that well they try to get her up and get her down to the dining room and get her to socialize. I work full time so there's really no way for me to take care of her the way they do. She's always clean, they comb her hair, she's always dressed, they make sure she gets down to the hairdresser and they do try their very hardest. The value is there, no matter when I come to visit, her hair is always brushed, her room is clean and its not like she's in her pajamas all the time. Even the people that clean the floors know the residents names, they treat them with respect and they know what they like; they always make a special effort.

Friendly staff that knew the residents' names. Bright, cheery, clean. Nice sized rooms that could be made to look like 'home.' The surroundings felt like a community. Residents seemed very happy and were interacting with one another. Loved it!

Beautiful Facility. Too big for Dad, but would be a great location for active seniors who require just a little assistance. Great common room area and cinema room. Gives you the feel of a large resort.

I really liked the atmosphere of Atria. It had the homey feel that I got from Stonecreek that I think Mom will like.

Extremely nice facility. No foul odors anywhere. All rooms and halls very colorful and well lit. As nice on the inside as on the outside. As nice as most hotels and micer than some.

Nice community/pleasant atmosphere and presentation given by director. However I didn't tour the memory care unit. I like the fact that it is an assistant living community with 2 bedroom/2 bath units, along with the location being close to my home.
