I would recommend to others. All places have issues but the memory care is pretty good fit for my mom.

I would recommend it to anyone. It felt like home and everyone is nice.

They were short handed in the beginning, maybe some days they still are. But I know the new management has done a lot to make the place look nice. I believe they have a new(er) chef. But I hear the grumbling when we walk through during dinner. Overall, I believe the changes that the new owners/management have made have been very beneficial to all residents.

It's a nice cozy facility, clean and bright; but their food budgets are in need of review as they run out of resident favorites often. The dining experience is less than perfect due to space and ordering/ serving processes. I'd still recommend at this time but my loved ones have only been there 6 months so we are hoping Vitality can/will address a permanent solution to the nutrition portion of their care.

So far the experience has been good, staff was very welcoming when my mom moved in and very helpful. Did have a hiccup with the use of her oxygen tanks but have been assured the it is now resolved. Yes would recommend this community.

It was a very good experience and we're very happy with the staff and how well they took care of mom. They were great at giving one-on-one attention when she didn't want to do activities. They'd take her outside or for a walk. They treated her with respect.

I find it a very nice, friendly, enthusiastic community. They are sometimes understaffed, but then everywhere is these days.

I am impressed by how many young people work in the memory care areas; most are inexperienced, but seem adequately prepared for most duties. Cleanliness I cannot say anything but excellent! The cleaning staff are doing great work everywhere I go. Friendliness of staff is very good. all the time when I am present. The quality of care is very good, but sometimes [name removed] hair looks oily and uncombed, especially when I pick her up for church on Sunday mornings. The meals I have seen are heavy with calories with meat and eggs. No sign of salads. Activities used to be super, even though the participation was less than I would like to see. Did the wonderful young women that has done it until about a month or so ago leave the staff? I have not seen her for sometime now. Value for the cost has been truly surprising. Assisted living in [name removed] other place was several hundred dollars more. It is within our budget now. I asked [name removed] to please limit outings and such to about $25.00. I am quite content with the cost. That wraps it up! Keep up the good work.

The Gardens overall is a pretty good facility. Some of the staff is excellent and some is not so much. The Wellness director who was there while my Dad is now gone, which is a blessing. The Wellness director now is one of my Dad favorite nurses and she's fantastic so I am sure things are better in that area. The activities are fantastic. They keep the patients busy which is great. The food was not very good. They could use improvement in that area. My Dad was pretty well cared for. They are very good at dressing them for the day and putting them in PJs at night. They also now have cameras in the rooms to alert the nurses if a patient needs help which was a great idea. I moved my Dad to the Gardens after a bad experience at another facility close by. I'm glad I did. They do a pretty good job. I actually recommended the Gardens to a friend who was having issues with another facility and she has since moved her father to the Gardens and is very happy.

The most disappointing experience was how Vitality medical staff did not coordinate well with the Hospice care team and vice versa. Too many people involved and no one in charge of ensuring my mother's medication plan was right or administered correctly. She passed away in March this year. Sadly. Otherwise, all the other facets of the facility were good and my mother enjoyed her time there, albeit very short time, a little over a month at Vitality and she passed. Vitality was close to the Rehab center my mother was recuperating. She liked what she saw and it was an easy move for her from the rehab facility. The sales staff, in particular, was very attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and reassured us along this journey. We felt we had someone on our side. An advocate and an absolutely caring person.

My loved one was previously a resident at Vitality Living Baypoint Village and the overall experience was good. The housekeeping and the communication with the family were both just okay. The move in process was also okay. I would probably recommend this facility to others.

I really like the facility a lot. It is very friendly and I just felt my mom would be comfortable living here. Although I feel like some times they are short staffed. But I understand good help is hard to find.

My loved one is a resident at Traditions of Mill Creek. They have some areas of improvement with a need of more staffing, to provide better services such as cleanliness in the memory care hallways and the rooms for the residents. Otherwise, it's not bad.

I would tell other families looking into Traditions of Mill Creek that they are very helpful. There has been a lot of turnover, and sometimes not able to get things done in a quick manner, but for the most part friendly.

The location and the inside of the facility is very beautiful. It is a warm And friendly environment. It is very clean and the staff member there cares for each individual resident.

Because of a major fall and turn muscles, I could no longer maintain a large home. I looked into a number of options. Vitality Living was highly rated and the cost was reasonable for all they offered.. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The cleanliness is great. The meals are good. My biggest loss is the ability to carry on quality conversations with many of the residents. My disability is my physical ability to walk without a walker , not anything mental. I compensate because I can drive and can visit friends and family. Overall, I am settling and maintaining my independence.

Aging is difficult. Vitality is perfectly nice though. he job of taking care of the elderly is a difficult task, at best. I think the mgr, [name removed], does a good job. This is my first experience with this issue so I am no expert on what to expect.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They really keep the place up and the activities are endless. I think they have a good variety of food to choose from in the dining room And they are really pretty to sit in. We have been very happy with my mom's apartment and she is happy there even though she says sometimes she is lonely. I don't know how she can be since no one can ever get her on the phone since she is always somewhere else! We are very pleased!

I do highly recommend the facility. The move in process was easy. Nursing staff and housekeeping are great. Anytime I've had an issue, they are extremely willing to fix it. The only real issue she has is the food has gone down hill since she's been there. Everyone complains about it. Also there aren't enough servers on the weekends to accommodate. Other than that, she is thrilled. It is clean, they have completely updated the interior with new paint, flooring, furniture. It's very nice.

I would tell a friend the facility has a clean, safe, comfortable appearance with caring staff.[name removed] (was the Director then, unsure if she is still there) was wonderful, as well as the ancillary staff I came in contact with. My mother felt safe there and had most needs met in a timely fashion. She wasn't overly impressed with the meals however I sat with her at several and the menu/meals I saw looked just fine, so that may have merely been a preference thing. My mother was in the hospital recovering from a surgery when my sister and I were tasked with finding a respite option for our mother (she was unable to go home with 24hr care for safety reasons). We chose The Hearth/Vitality as it was the closest option for both of us, at the time had the best package pricing wise, and [name removed] the Director made us feel comfortable and at peace when meeting with her regarding the need for our mother's stay.
