The facility is lovely but it is the staff and care givers that makes Appletree Ct. so outstanding. Without their care, not much else would matter. Mom has lived there 4 years -- she is 101 years young!

Mom has four kids. One nearby, the others in Alaska, Vermont, Oregon. Although Mom has only been at Atria a couple of months, each of us (long distance kids) have been able to visit twice. Any one of us can come in the front door and be greeted by name. ....and we find this level of friendly personalization and care carries through the entire community....from dining staff to maint. Phone calls are returned promptly from nursing staff, and FYI calls are caring and professional. Highly recommend.

We all were impressed with the facilty as well as Chris Adams. Chris answered all questions and as Sharon did at Windsor Woods, gave us an excellent tour and overview. Baypoint would be the facility my parents would choose as of right now. But because we have over a half year on Regency's lease to go, we're attempting to view all the options out there. Although the 1) rent is higher than what my parents want to spend, 2) they'd prefer 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and 3) they're concerned if their bedroom furniture would fit in the 1 bedroom, we're still considering it the best fit as of now. Another positive point... it seemed to all of us that all the staff and occupants seemed happy and very friendly (majority had smiles). We were very impressed.

Everything is fine, but wifi should be in all the buildings. Plus an ATM would be very helpful.

It was an excellent community. We went to visit it in the fall and they had a beautiful facility. They appeared to have wonderful help. The good thing was that there were several activities available that my father could identify with and be active with the community.

Aspen Village at Lost Mountain does an absolutely fantastic job! The staff here is amazing, and they take great care of the residents. The caregivers are always smiling and happy, and they obviously really enjoy their jobs. The facility itself is beautiful and clean, and it is in a beautiful location. I cannot recommend them highly enough, we're very pleased!

My mother just loves it at Atria St. Matthews! They watch her closely and take really good care of her and, and are great working with her memory issues. She is much more active there and is very happy.

Excellent facility -- Strong management, customer service focuses, clean - smells fresh, bathrooms and bedrooms clean. Food is delicious. Staff receptive to suggestions and appropriate daily activities. Wonderful special events and entertainment. My mother loves being there and considers it home.

Really happy with the facility and the people working there. In addition, they use and believe in the Best Friends approach.

Aspen Village has done an absolutely wonderful job so far, it's been a great experience. My loved one is really enjoying herself here! She likes the people, the staff, and the facility itself! She feels comfortable and safe here, and we really can't ask for more.

This is a wonderful facility. They provide loving care and I feel they treat each resident as if it were their own parent. Highly Recommend!

Before selecting the Gardens for my wife, I visited nearly all the Assisted Living/Nursing Homes in the Memphis Area. Most had no memory units and only one other was dedicated, like the Gardens, to memory care. The Gardens has been a good choice to date. Overall I am very happy with the care.

We could not be more pleased with this place, they do a fantastic job! I'd give them top marks across the board, we really don't have a single complaint! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly. They did a wonderful job helping her get adjusted and settle in, and she seems very happy here! I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

This was a community that came highly recommended to me. It just wasn't in a great location for us, visiting would have been very difficult. It seems to be very close to the quality of the place that we chose, and was very highly recommended to us.

We are so pleased with the staff and facilities. It feels like a home and everyone truly cares about our loved one, as well as the family members. We will recommend them to anyone in need of an assisted living facility.

It's going wonderfully, we are pleased. It's kept very clean and the staff is friendly. They do a good job taking care of her, and they are responsive to any questions or concerns that we might have. They have done a good job getting her engaged in activities, I have recently been on their Facebook and seen all the pictures of her doing things I would never have guessed she would participate in. She doesn't complain about the food, and I haven't seen anything else that needs to be improved or done better. We really are pretty pleased.

After being discouraged with sub par health care, it is wonderful to finally find a place with a wonderful staff that is caring and trustworthy. They are organized and have a professional team of doctors that are available. The food and activities are plentiful. I would definitely recommend Atria!

We recently moved our mother to The Appletree Court. It is a wonderful community with a loving and caring staff. It provides fun activities, wonderful dining experiences, family nights, bible study and church services, along with musical entertainment. We are so grateful that A Place For Mom recommended this home for her. She is very happy there.

Common areas are beautiful. Staff is very friendly and engaged. I went to an excellent presentation on Aid and Attendance grants for Veterans. We did not tour because the price list was beyond our budget.

As I explored the senior living homes that Ireceived from a place for mom, I found that I Feel That Atria at evergreen woods of spring hill Florida was the nicest and cleanest of most of them, and very friendly people, Thats what I want for my 92 year old mom. Thinking she will be happy and do well there. The price of cause mattered but they all are close to the same, this one being a few dollars more, but for the good.
