We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our loved one is completely happy here, we have heard no complaints as of yet, and she absolutely loves the food. They did have movie nights and exercises classed, but due to the pandemic they have been cut back and we completely understand why. They are starting to bring them back, and we do think the value is fair. We are not disappointed in the value at all, it is what we expected to have high quality care, What was the deciding factor after having several recommendations, was the marketing director. They were very on top of being available and answering all of our questions. The other communities we checked into just did not have quick response times like Vitality Court did.

I visited others places and when I came here, it just had everything I needed and it is close to family. It is also close to 3 different grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors offices, parks, etc. I am in a studio apartment and it is a little smaller but it has everything I need. They also offer larger sizes as well and they all have everything that you would need or want. The activities are varied and they try to meet every-bodies needs. The maintenance people are very quick with their response time which is nice. When the head chef cooks the meals, they are out this world good. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

The staff is very good and really seem to care about the residence. They are interested in the residence and take good care of them I would recommend this community to others.

Before COVID the activities were pretty good, and the community itself is very clean. Especially during COVID they have been very conscientiousness, they stick to the rules and we would recommend this community to others.

All my ratings are based on prior to COVID. The common areas and my loved one's room is always clean when I go in to visit my loved one. My loved one loves it here. Due to the pandemic this has caused a turnover of staff. The senior living has turned out better than we had expected. My loved one has a lot of residents and staff they consider as friends. I never worry about them being lonely.

This community is a good place for your loved one. However, you should visit frequently and make sure you're monitoring the care of your loved one. Vitality Court seems to be understaffed. The evening meal only consisted of soup for my loved one. This seems to be due to my loved one being on a purred diet. I would have to remind the staff that they needed to get more food for my loved one to eat. I feel overall the staff was rushed with the residents. Overall the staff seemed to be friendly, caring, and seemed to be happy with their job, though. The only negative is when I would visit there were some staff that didn't wear their masks correctly. I ended up having to remind this staff to properly wear their masks. I'm not sure if this is still happening due to my loved one no longer being in the community.

My parent has been at Atria Stony Brook a little over a year. I can say that many things appealed to our family when we chose Atria Stony Brook. The staff all seem to have a genuine interest and sincerely care for their residents. Being in a smaller independent living community has been great for my dad. From the staff who greet you at the entrance, the staff who provide daily care services, the staff who work in the dining/kitchen and the Director of the facility, they are very professional and very caring. These past 8 months, during this pandemic, have been difficult due to State wide restrictions on all facilities. I can honestly say that the staff at Atria Stony Brook are very dedicated, very responsive and they truly care about their residents and their families. They focus on residents and family centered care!

Everything would be perfect if it hadn’t been for the shutdowns necessitated by Covid-19. Those have made me second guess our decision to move Mom from her home, but overall we still feel she has been safer there than all alone at home. We just continue to pray that people stop ignoring this epidemic, and do the right thing by simply wearing masks.

My mom has lived in the Life Guidance (memory care) area of Atria for almost five years, and it has proven to be a good fit. Although there has been turnover during that time, the staff have always been experienced, kind and helpful. I believe they have not only cared FOR my mom, they have also cared ABOUT her. Directors have regularly been present and interacting with residents, and have always been available to answer a question or address a need. They make an effort to know all of the residents and take the time to talk to them in a personal way when they see them. The building has always been well kept, comfortable and very clean. During the recent Covid epidemic Atria leaders and staff have done a very good job in keeping residents safe and healthy. Moving my mother into Atria Life Guidance was a very good decision!

My 82 year old Mother is a resident of Atria and I am so happy that I decided on this community. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. There is always someone available to answer questions and I never have to worry about moms needs being met. The community grounds are absolutely gorgeous and kept clean at all times. The Atria staff has handled the COVID crisis very well and have kept the residents and family members updated every step of the way.

One of the best Assisted Living Communities in the area. There are so many activities for my grand parents. We are so happy we moved them to this community. The staff is great always willing to help. They treat my grandparents like family.

My dad recently moved into Atria Park of Baypoint Village. He has never been happier. He has beautiful accommodations, staff is great, and he is busy all the time. He was self sufficient and still is, however, he was getting lonely as most of his family is up north and a lot of his friends have passed on. Everyone is kind, helpful. Dad is thriving. He’s too busy to talk to me - ???????? We couldn’t be happier as a family. It is such a relief knowing dad is in good hands and always has someone looking out for him. We highly recommend this Atria Park community!

We are so happy we moved mom to this Community. It has been the best decision we ever made. The care they have given mom. Is just wonderful. The staff is so loving and care about every single resident and their families as well. The meals are just great! The Chef takes the time to meet all the new residents. My mom has so many activities to choose from there is something for her to do 7 days a week. I have never seen a community have so much live entertainment. We are there almost every single day. all the staff know my mom's name and is very welcoming to her whole family. On behave of all my siblings we can not thank you enough for the care you have given mom. We appreciate you guys so much.

I was really impressed with the time they took to answer all my questions. Mom and Dad are settled and very happy with the care and the food.

We are very content with this community and how they have handled our loved one and how they communicate with us. The take very good care of our loved one. The care givers seemed so kind when we were first looking at this community. It has a very homey and comfortable feeling to it. The food is not very good, and the food itself is not very attractive looking. We live across the country and the staff has been incredibly excellent and always letting us know whats going on with our loved one. throughout COVID they have done an excellent job about care giving, and communication.

My husband is in the Atria Park of Lake Forest, Save Haven for dementia. I find that the staff is excellent and caring. All those involved with his care including those non clinical have been so supportive, kind, and reliable! Thank you so much for helping me in this journey. God bless all of you.

My mom moved to Crystal Creek Assisted Living after being in Rehab, This has been a great transition for her. It has allowed her to have a little independence and still have assistance as needed for Medications and Meals. Thankful for the staff that has been very helpful in assisting us thru this transition.

Like everything else in life, there's a learning curve, but once you figure out how things work, you can get good responses to problems. The aides do a good job, and it's very hard work. The nursing staff is very responsive to family members. They treat me like part of their team. Physical therapy and occupational therapy, provided there by Genesis, are excellent. The in house audiologist is excellent. Overall, Brookdale was the right choice for our family. It's not cheap, but still far less expensive than in-home care would be. On site medical help is so important, and they do a far better job than I could.

Toured Baypoint village today at 4pm .very clean , people we met were real friendly . We ate in dinning room food excellent , toured 2 bedroom apartment with screened porch,rooms were good size . the sales director ([name removed]) was excellent and gave correct information . met the dinning director shows person cares about meals ---- This place has all you need
