My grandmother mother has been here for about 2 years and it is truly a nightmare. The food is so awful i'd rather eat out of the dumpster behind Kroger. Our family has called many times with concerns and the office says they will take steps to fix the issues but surprise! nothing ever gets done. Please do not send your family members here!

This property was terrible. The person that we worked with was not the best, we asked about security and were told that the door is locked at night and then during the day she has a gun. Just had an overall feeling of no way I want to stay here. There were no covid precautions you can just walk in. I have a friend that has a loved one here and they shut down a unit for covid and did not alert the families. At one time it was cleaner and better but it has changed now along with being overpriced.
