Brighton Gardens of Prairie Village are doing a really good job. They are not as responsive when we need them though. Their sales staff were a little misleading. The girl was very nice but the services I thought were supposed to be included were not. I ended up paying a lot more than we thought we were going to be paying for. We ordered extra care and got physical therapy and that has also been more than I thought it would be. Also when I've tried to call and see how things are going I don't get anyone or I don't get much of a response. Overall they do really well here. Mostly it is communication that needs to be improved. Mom likes the food and they take really good care of her.

Received literature and spoke to Cindy there. Very friendly and helpful. Visited with the in-laws. All of us liked it very much, especially the garden homes. Could really see them living there. Many activities, nice dining room/food service.

We are at the Forum and they are doing a very nice job. We are impressed with all the places we looked at and how they served and presented meals. Here we are very happy with the rehab, our loved one is walking further than expected. They push her, and she may even be able to come home soon.

When it comes to communicating things with me they have done a good job at Hope Memory Care Center. Wherever there is a need to notify me when something is going on with my dad they have just been real good about letting me know. I have had a positive experience with them at this facility.

Went on Friday, July 31 for a tour. Liked the place, good atmosphere, very informative, and good resources available. Did not feel that this was the appropriate place for my Mom at this time.

I toured here as we were looking for options. It was a nice place. We made our final decision based on the best fit for my loved one's personality. We had a few nice places to choose from and this was one of them.

They could use better cooks, the meals are good but they are bland, not a lot of taste to them.

It's very clean and the staff is really friendly. They seem to be attentive and responsive to any requests or concerns. I'm not real familiar with the activities, but they did have a painting class. I'm having a little trouble with the billing. I have heard good things about the food, but I have not tried the food myself. It would also be nice to have a little bit of detail accompany any complaints or concerns that might come up, and be brought to the attention of the family. Some suggestion of what to do, would be nice.

The staff and admissions coordinator go above and beyond. They did everything for my client. They have been very proactive. Their standards are right where they need to be. This community would be a very solid option.

Overall our experience with Brandon Woods has been a good one. It is a nice looking place, and they do a good job keeping everything clean and well kept. The staff are friendly, and take good care of the residents.

Riverwalk Commons is a great facility. Take care of my dad and make him feel like home. We wasnt to sure at first but now wouldnt have chosen another place. It is a clean environment and is kept that way.

I have lived here about 10 months. I have found Amelia House to be a lovely place to live. They care about you. They take your needs to heart. I would recommend it to anyone.

My father suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. He lives at Amelia Place. He feels safe and comfortable. He loves the staff. The food is good. They provide entertainment and outings. It is a clean and attractive environment with spacious and private rooms. Our hearts were finally at rest and happy after he was settled at the Amelia Community.

Likes variety of activities for residents. We like that they encourage residents to try new things. they are always willing to help residents with any small tasks.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. I like that it's all one floor, and is a smaller place. They layout seems to be easier to navigate. I have been having a problem communicating, and there has been some miscommunication about openings and getting in. I was hoping that we could get in there, but it fell through and now, I'm not sure.

Seems to be a very nice place. Lots of opportunity to be with other people and is clean. Mom is not ready in her mind so we are on hold but think she will put her name on the list soon.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall I was impressed by what I saw here! The facility was clean, the staff all seemed friendly and well trained, and the residents looked well looked after. I also liked that they had multiple levels of care, in case our loved ones care needs advanced.

I had heard some poor reviews about Swan Place prior to this director. Since she came, I've heard families say things have improved a lot. Mom hasn't been here long, but we are happy mom is so happy & staff are friendly.

It's going pretty good so far. It's definitely clean. Everyone is pretty friendly. They have activities, getting people to go is more of the issue. They have it set up where you order food off a menu, which works better for my loved one.

Things did not go well with my parents at Forest Creek Commons, but that was absolutely to no fault of anyone at Forest Creek Commons, but rather with my parents. The people there at Forest Creek Commons were very friendly and it is a very nice facility. I am sure it works out great for most and I would recommend them.
