I toured a few communities and each had something special and unique. This community was very clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and showed us the entire building. I was very impressed with what I saw. The location was the only con, it was not the closest to our home.

We toured this community for my mom. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did not want a bigger community due to my mom is more comfortable in a small atmosphere. They do offer alot of great activities.The community was well taken care of and clean. We would recommend this to other families wanting a bigger community.

The community is nice and well maintained. My parents like it and they are adjusting very well. Dad is starting to get involved with some of the activities. We really liked the community because we needed a company that after a couple years would take Medicaid.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. I'am pleased with her move here, and she is doing well. The staff is great, they are very attentive and helpful. They have nice activities available for the residents through out the day. She is very pleased with the food, the meals are nice. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out great for us. I know my mother is safe and being care for well here.

The staff is great as far as I can see. It is taking time to transition, but the care is good and the staff does try to get her involved. She plays the guitar and the community is trying to set her up with a little show. I feel that this is a good fit for her.

The staff have been doing good communicating with me. Their attentive services are great they are also very friendly. Meals so far have been okay the taste and portions are good. There are activities that are offered as well for the residents if they would like to participate in them. Most importantly, i feel that i am in a safe place that is maintained very clean and has wonderful staff.

My dad's experience with the community is really good. He is around nice and attentive staff and caregivers who I am able to communicate with at any point. For the most part my dad is enjoying his meals and getting use to meals that are not familiar. They have activities available but my dad is not involved, he is getting interested, hopefully he will join soon. Overall, he is doing really good here and I would recommend them.

My mother is law was here for two years. It was a pretty good experience for us here. It is nice community. We knew she was in good hands. Overall this is a good community. Everything worked out well during my mother in law's stay.

The tour went well and I was able to get all the answers I needed. The staff keep the facility neat and clean. It also looks like a great community. The interaction with the residents seemed to be good. I was not able to try the meals they prepare.

My Mother enjoyed the activities and food offered by Lamar Court. The layout of the facility was very confusing to her in light of her memory issues.

So far everything is working out pretty for my mother here at Riverwalk. The community looks great, they do a good job with making sure her room and the facility is well maintained. The staff is pretty good, the night isn't quite as attentive as the day staff. The day staff is great, they are helpful. There are nice activities offered. The meals are amazing, some of our family has tired the food and they love it. They are providing her with good care. This is a facility I would recommend.

Hope Memory Care Center is a nice community. I have not had any complaints until recently. There was a situation with my loved one, I informed them about it right away. I have not had any issues since.

I toured this community for my mother and it went well. The facility looked nice and well maintained. The staff that I met were kind and friendly. It just wasn't the community for my mother, but it is a nice community. My tour was very pleasant.

Overall we were satisfied with our experience with Brighton Gardens. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seemed friendly and professional. Really my only complaint is that they seem understaffed on the weekends.

I have plenty of opportunity to speak to the staff, they listen to me and are very supportive. The administrator and Jimmy the maintenance guy are wonderful. The rest of the staff also go overboard to help out. My mom loves the food. I have nothing but good things to say about Hope Memory Care Center and I would recommend them.

In the beginning things were a bit rough getting Mom moved into Startford. I was told I'd have someone there to help me unpack but I was left unpacking by myself and I was already in a time crunch since I had to return to work. Now that Mom is settled in she seems to be doing pretty well and always has a smile when I go to visit her. The staff are really good about keeping me updated and I am confident that with time and communication things will only get better.

Our experience with Forest Creek Commons has been a good one, overall. It's a nice looking place, the staff is friendly, and they've been able to provide all of the services and care we were hoping for for our loved one.

When looking into long term care options for Mom location and the size of the apartment was our main concern since Mom is still at a point where she can do things on her own. When we found Church Creek it was great because the storage is right in front of her apartment and there's lots of room for her. The staff is very accommodating which we really appreciate. i would definitely recommend!

They were great. They did well. They were all very kind. There was only one employee that wasn't very experienced, and they handled the situation right away. I felt it was clean. My loved one never really went to the dining area, so I can't really comment on that. Overall I think they did a good job, and so far the billing and administrative end of things have gone smoothly.
