I had a tour of this community recently for my mother and I have to say it was not my top choice. The facility was a little bit older and did not seem a well maintained as some of the other ones I had looked at. I just did not get the comfortable home setting that I would want my mother to live in.

The community is well run. The caregivers are attentive, helpful and answers our questions. The food is good and they do offer some activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it. We knew the director of this community so this helped us in our decision.

I had an awesome tour of this community. It is a really nice facility with kind people. My tour guide was very helpful, and informative. He gave my good information on elder care. The community looked nice, but the apartment I was shown was to small for my mother. It was a lovely experience overall, and my tour went very well.

This looked like a nice clean community when I visited. The people were nice and helpful. This community offers daily activities. The community I chose offered a little more food options.

I had a nice tour of this facility. Everything went well for the most part. It wasn't the right fit for my mother, and her needs. However my tour went well. The community was clean, and looked nice. The staff was kind, and friendly. It was a good experience.

The staff was nice very informative. They are in the process of remodeling the faculty which will look very nice and welcoming. The apts were a good size also.

While I can't speak for changes during the last year after mom passed away, my mom loved living at Pinicon Place for over seven years. The staff were always helpful and respectful. Mom considered many of the staff as good friends. I also received a lot of support from Administrators [removed] and [removed]. And I can't thank them enough for their care they provided when my mom's health declined during her last couple of months. Mom loved visiting with other residents living at Pinicon Place. She thoroughly enjoyed doing crafts (especially making decorations for various holidays), participating in exercises and playing Bingo. I will never forget the times they played Hallway Bowling. Mom would laugh every time she talked about knocking down the pins! There was a lot of renovation that was done the last two years mom lived at Pinicon Place. New floors, roof repair, carpeting, redoing the dining room and updating the furnishings. Unlike other assisted living units I toured, I always thought Pinicon Place was noticeably cleaner and I always felt welcomed as I visited the facility. If a parent can no longer live at home, as with my mom's situation, I would highly recommend checking out Pinicon Place.

I believe the care mother received was good, but not consistently good. She complained about the weekend staff and some of the evening staff being short with her. During the day when I visited, everyone was friendly, and helpful. There were good activities for the very able. But, anyone who needed assistance didn't have as many choices, @ for Bingo. Part of mother's issues were lack of motivation to participate. I believe if Sunday services were provided each Sunday, that would have helped a lot. Medically, things were addressed if I brought anything to the nursing staff's attention. I appreciated Pinicon Place willingness to keep mother there up to the end of her life. Hospice helped with that. However, mother's final fall left doubts in my heart of the attentiveness by staff. Otherwise, it was a very good place. I thank them for working with our family,

Everyone at Park Square was very nice during our tour. The facility was clean and very nice but there were a couple of concerns for us. One was the price, it was out of our budget. Two was the setup. There were a lot of long narrow hallways and I think my most would have gotten lost. It was not a good fit for her.

My mother has adjusted very well to this community, and everything is working out quite well. We are comfortable with her move to this community. We know she is safe, and in great facility. The location is convenient for our families to travel too. They have a good staff at this community. It was a good choice for her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for us.

During my tour of River Crossing, they were able to answer all of my questions and show me around the building. I had a good experience, but we had already found a community that for my loved one's needs best.

This seemed like a nice clean community when we visited. They offered a lot of activities and exercise classes. The assisted living was beautiful. The staff were nice. The rooms in the memory care unit were smaller than we were looking for.

The care at Amelia Place is excellent and my friend likes living here. The food is delicious and they invite family and friends to holiday celebrations. The memory care unit uses tracking devices to help make sure the residents are safe. It is a lovely place that offers cocktails if they would like them. The community is clean and they do her laundry. I would highly recommend this community.

I had a nice tour of the facility. Everything went very well. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The facility looked well-kept. It was a nice experience.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my parents since their move to this community. It is still a work in progress, but I'am comfortable with their move to this community. It is a nice place with kind people.

One thing we appreciate about this place is that they are flexible with their eating hours. Residents have a 2-hour window to eat each meal instead of a set time. For the most part, my mother is satisfied with the meals, but occasionally they are not as good. Not the quality we thought they would be. They have a varied menu, with one particular item they bring out right away for residents who would like something fast, and the rest is cooked to order. The place is clean, and they have a variety of activities. My mother has begun to participate in swimming. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. It was a good tour for the most part. From what I saw the community appeared to be clean for the most part. The staff was friendly. They were kind to my family and I, but it wasn't the place for my mother and her needs.

I toured a few communities and each had something special and unique. This community was very clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and showed us the entire building. I was very impressed with what I saw. The location was the only con, it was not the closest to our home.

We toured this community for my mom. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did not want a bigger community due to my mom is more comfortable in a small atmosphere. They do offer alot of great activities.The community was well taken care of and clean. We would recommend this to other families wanting a bigger community.

The community is nice and well maintained. My parents like it and they are adjusting very well. Dad is starting to get involved with some of the activities. We really liked the community because we needed a company that after a couple years would take Medicaid.
