They've done an excellent job here, my loved one really seems to be enjoying it. Her mood and outlook just seem much better since she started staying here, and she has been so much more social. The facility itself is very nice, and always clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful!

I really like them! Everything has been great. The two people that run the place, Caroline and John, have been nothing but fantastic! It's only been a short while, but so far, everything has been great!

Overall things have been great here, I'd give them 5s across the board! One thing that really stood out to me is that the food here is great! They've got plenty to choose from, and the kitchen is open all day. They have a window of a few hours when they will serve the main entrees, but you can always go in to get a light meal or a snack. The staff are all very attentive, and there is always someone around if you need something, no need to go searching for an employee. This place was my top choice from the search we did for a previous relative, and ended up being what we chose for my aunt during our most recent search!

My parents are thrilled about Courtyard, and the employees are wonderful. We couldn't be happier!

My parents have been living at Northwood Manor for about six months. I live quite far away, and my observations are based on visiting the facilities during two extended periods after my parents moved in, and twice to check it out before they moved in. The apartments are bright, airy, clean, and comfortable. The staff have been conscientious about maintenance issues such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, etc., and doing "extras" like hanging pictures. The staff have always been friendly and my parents commented on the fact that from the time my parents first arrived, they were greeted on a first name basis. What has pleased me in the interactions is that I have not observed the staff talking down to my parents or patronizing them. They have also gone out of their way to check on my parents and help them out in ways outside their normal duties (for example, helping clean snow and ice off the car). My parents have primarily used the following care services: 3 meals a day, bus service 2 days a week, cleaning, and laundry. The availability of the bus service for at least a couple of days of the week has been very helpful for doctor's appointments. When the appointments have resulted in missed meals, the staff has frequently provided meals out of hours in their room. As far as I can tell, the services have always been provided as promised. During the last six months, my parents have not complained about any service or any staff member. I can't really comment on the activities, as my parents have not been participating much.

It took only a short time for my mother to fit in at Forest Creek Commons because the staff took such an interest in her well being. They all knew her name and supplied her with wonderful care, kindness and even hugs. She now participates in several activities and calls FCC home. It is a great relief to me and my family that she is in such capable hands.

We looked into this community when we were searching for options for our loved one. We were impressed by what we saw during our tour, and this was one of the four that we were considering. It was a nice looking community, everyone was friendly, and the residents looked happy. We ended up going with another one of the options due to the pricing and location being slightly more convenient.

What a relief to have found lamar court through 'a place for mom'. Not only is the facility clean and updated with GREAT FOOD, but the staff is incredible. It is no wonder they won the Pinnacle Award last year for Assisted living facilities in Johnson County. My mom is happy there and that is what makes all the difference.

From the time we first looked at local assisted living facilities until the time my mother moved in, we have been very pleased with all aspects of the community at Rose Estates. My mother is adapting nicely to her new surroundings and the assistance she receives from the nursing staff. We look forward to a great relationship with Rose Estates now and in the future.

We've been very pleased with the service provided here so far. It's a nice looking community, it's well lit and open and has a good feel to it. I also like the way the facility is arranged, it is split into 4 groupings, based on care needs, and each grouping has an spacious community area where the residents can interact and socialize. The management has been very easy to work with, which is a nice change from the location we'd be using before.

She is perfectly happy. Always has activities going on, playing bingo and things like that. She really likes the food. She is on the first floor in the assisted living. It's great!

I loved it! Am starting process, to enter McKay Manor in next few weeks! I love the people, surroundings, and the apartment!! I am excited, but, it still hard!! It will get better, It is just a change that I didn't expect at this age!! The property is a 10 in my eyes!

The Forum at the Crossing is a beautiful, well maintained, welcoming facility. The orientation of the building is easily navigated. All the activities and dining hall are easily accessible on the main floor. The welcoming from maintenance, reception, directors, and residents was very encouraging for my mom.

Met with Vicki Meier. This place has it all. Great social, facilities, and apts. Only concern is if ambulation becomes an issue (wheelchair transfers) resident needs to relocate.

really liked the layout of garden home, especially the way the sunroom is big and the door to outside is there. I wish it had wood floors.

Brenden Gardens is an excellent community. Our loved one has been doing very well there. They are considerate and kind. They treat the residents like family. We are very pleased with Brenden Gardens and would recommend them to anyone.

We looked at other communities and we chose Riverwalk because it seemed to be the best fit for the situation we were in. The staff is really friendly and they have plenty of activities, even though it is hard to entertain the residents. We have no complaints and am very pleased with Riverwalk. We would recommend it to anyone.

Nurse to assess Mom on Wed. We want SO much for Mom to be accepted here.

Wendy Brown from Carnegie Village was absolutely fantastic. CV was our #1 choice until their nursing assessment my family's need was beyond that available at an ALF. We have since changed our search to SNFs.
