We toured 8 senior living options in Overland Park and by far Overland Park Place was heads above the rest. It was clean, smelled nice, the residents seemed happy, the staff was friendly and supportive ... all wonderful. We moved my father in law in and have been so pleased with everything. Maintenance even came and spent a couple of hours with us hanging pictures, mirrors, etc. we are very happy with this decision.

This is a wonderful place. -The residents seem happy -interaction between staff and residents is wonderful -when we needed maintenance they came quickly and took care of our needs -the dining room staff are cheerful and nice -lots of activities and programs -financially very reasonable -onsite beauty parlor, physical therapy, additional care help if needed, and much more -we like the availability of being able to add more care al la cart if needed -the building is well planned where there are no long walks -my husband and I looked at many places for my father in law and this was hands down the best for the money!

My mother has been a resident at "The Neighborhood at Tellico Village" since May of 2016. She loves it there and we are happy that she is happy! The staff is kind and helpful. She likes having so many activities to do too.

We absolutely loved this community. The staff was great and they were very helpful and the community in its self was wonderful. We got to see all the people out and doing things in the community which I liked.

We are very pleased with this community and the staff. They have been great with grandma. The food is good and grandma likes it. If there is something that she does not like they are always willing to tailor it to what she does want.

My mom is very happy, she has been there 3 years. She has made many friend that she won't had if she was still living at home alone. I am happy that my mom is so happy and safe

Things have gone really well here for my loved one. We love the staff and how friendly and caring they are. My loved one has started to get involved with some of the activities that they offer. They have indoor activities and outings that they go on. The food taste good and there is variety.

I like the staff here they are patient and friendly to me and my loved one. The community is always clean and neat. My loved one really likes the cafeteria that they have more so then the big dinning area. They are good about keeping us in the loop about what is going on with my loved one.

My parents are getting settled in at Swan Place. The contact I have had with the staff so far has been good. The food is acceptable. The community is clean and well maintained. They offer daily activities.

I went up to this community for a tour. It was a nice facility to see and the director was nice and knowledgeable. They did a very good with the tour but it was way too far for me. I did not have a bad experience.

My mom was living in Morton Place for 2 weeks. She loved the apartment & the atmosphere of her new home. I was so pleased to find home town administration, RN & support employees. The kindness of every one to me & my family. The loving care of my mother will never be forgotten. I will never be sorry that I chose Morton Place. And I will certainly recommend it. Thank you. My Mother in law is settling into Swan Place. They offer daily activities that she likes to participate in. She loves the food and the community is kept clean. The staff seem nice, however I do not see them daily. I would recommend this community.

I have really enjoyed my dinning experience,my needs have been more than met when it comes to the food it is absolutely excellent. They have great activities on campus including my favorite one the singing group. I would defiantly recommend this community to a family member or a friend.

My loved one really seems to be liking and getting involved with all of the activities they have been offering at this community. He is very please with the variety of meals and the dinning experience. The communication with the staff is also great, they are very helpful at making sure I am always updated and in the loop of progress of my loved one.

My grandmother is in a great community. Her meals are nutritious and tasty. Her bedroom as well as the community have been up-kept and maintained clean. The staff are friendly and attentive to her care needs. Activities are offered on site as well for the residents. I would recommend a tour of this community to friends and family.

This community takes care of residents that need all the different levels of Alzheimer's care. The staff have been extremely good with mom and the family. She thinks the food is really good. They offer a variety of daily activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

My loved one likes it at Monterey Park and is doing good so far. They offer a variety of meals and the our loved one gets to order off of a menu. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. They even offer a hairdresser on site. The staff have been very cooperative and helpful with everything.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. My mother has joined in activities and is very active. Her room is right across from the dinning room and its location is very close to everything in residence. The community gives you a hotel feeling its very clean and up-kept. I really like that if there are any issues the staff will get on them to fix them.

This community. The food is good and a lot of variety to choose from. the staff is great and makes sure that all of my mom's needs are taken care of. They offer a lot of activities to stay active for those who want to participate. I would recommend community for other families.
