I am extremely pleased that my Mother is at the Pathfinder Place. She has been there a little over a year. It is the perfect size: not too large, nor too small. The administration and staff are great!!!! They are very personable and caring to everyone's needs. In fact to me the Pathfinder Place has the feelings of comfort as an extended family, where everyone are always treated with dignity and respect.

They are doing a very good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She loves the food. The staff has been amazing. The community relations manager has bent over backwards to help us. The activities director has been great as well. We are very happy with it.

Mom recently had a 6 month stay with Pathfinder Place. We checked out nearly all of the Nursing homes, and assisted living facilities in the Fremont area. After careful consideration our entire family, mom included chose Pathfinder Place! Mom was extremely happy during her stay with them. Eric & Amber where the best, they helped us to no end. The staff was great and very accommodating, and mom even commented on how friendly they were. They even went the extra mile when they threw her a birthday party while she was there. I would highly recommend Pathfinder Place for any of your loved ones, it's a Home away from Home!

This was our third and last place for Mom and it was the best place. Mom had early onset dementia and we tried 2 places in Omaha that were supposed to be the best, but were not happy with either place. When we moved Mom to Pathfinder Place in Fremont, NE, although not the newest or fanciest, it was the one that felt most like a home & not an institution. The fact that Pathfinder is home to elderly people in various stages of health, it just felt more "normal." Her room was decent size with a private bathroom/shower (very important to Mom) and small kitchenette. Although Mom was only there for a couple of months before she passed, Pathfinder was always looking for ways to make her feel comfortable and loved. The small staff was a comfort to Mom because of her dementia and if anything was needed, they were right on top of it. The final days were spent at Mom's bedside and the family was never alone. The staff, with the help of hospice, were always available and always checking on us, trying to help us through the inevitable. The dignity and grace that they allowed Mom in her final hours still comforts me.

My father-in-law went in because of needing help, he has recently passed. They were terrific in working with us and hospice. They treated us like family and him with respect, the way the elderly should be treated.

Mom was kind of depressed at first, but after getting in there she is very happy and smiles a lot. The food is very good. They do a really good job keeping me informed of how mom is doing. The staff is really awesome. Any time mom has pressed the button to need something they have been very fast to respond. It's been a really great experience.

The Morton Place is a very loving and caring place for the elderly. Our family would recommend this facility for your loved ones. The entire staff is [removed]

I am a hospice provider that has come into the Green Place to see some patients. I can honestly say, this is bar none the best facility I have ever experienced. I have been in multiple long term care, assisted living centers, etc in a tri county area, and this surpasses all expectations. The staff, every single one of them, treat the residents as if they were family. You can see the love between the residents and staff. They care about every single resident, you can see the;y love their jobs and they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of care. I am thoroughly impressed with this facility in every [removed] food,activities,care, cleanliness, one on one get together time, and the organization of integrating family time. If/when it comes time, that one of my parents need a little extra assistance in life. This will be the place I would place them to reside. A home. A home with loving, caring staff.

Excellent facility in all respects. Definitely on the short list!

Mom has lived here a month and truly enjoys everything about it. We kids are also happy to have her in a safe, clean, well run place.

I live out of state thus most of my contact with the staff was on the phone. Everyone I spoke to wa s friendly and caring. Any questions or concerns were addressed patiently and thoroughly. Any suggestions I made to help dad be more content were listened to and acted upon to the best of their ability. When I was able to visit I found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The residents were treated with respect as adults, rather than as patients. Lots of activities including card games and trips around town.

Though my husband does not take place in the activities, they have two wonderful activity directors that provide a wide variety of activities on a regular basis. My husband gives them a few challenges but they take it all in stride and do a good job handling him. They are very caring and personable with the residents, getting to know each of them personally by name. There is a very homey atmosphere to it that I didn't find in a lot of other places I visited. They also don't pile on the extra charges that I have noticed other places do. They are very up front and transparent about what the charges will be. They have better 24 hour nursing coverage than a lot of other places. It is a great value. The only area for improvement I can think of is that my husband has mention the servers that serve the meals don't seem to have much serving experience.

They do an amazing job at Church Creek! There is absolutely nothing that they don't do well! Their sales team is amazing, and was so helpful throughout the whole move-in process. And they have a really excellent home health care service as well. All of people here, both the residents and the staff, seem very friendly and happy to be here. They are also very reasonably priced for what they provide, and there is no buy-in fee, it is strictly rent based. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior living!

Thye were just very welcoming and made my mom feel very at home there. Bev and Wendy especially went above and beyond. The residents themselves were very friendly also and mom fit right in. They're wonderful there!

Dad moved into Green Place from a nursing home where he wasn't happy and was only sitting in his wheelchair in his room except for meals. The staff at Green Place worked with him and got him walking some to meals and participating in multiple activities including outings in the community, milk shake Monday's, Friday drinks on the patio, and church services. They learned how to calmly care for him during a recurring medical episode so he wasn't disturbed or disturb other residents. When he took a sudden turn for the worse with all family out of state the staff kept us informed of his situation and we were confident that he was receiving the best care in the most caring home! When I came to visit (never pre-arranged) the home was always clean and calm the staff was attentive to all the residents, not just my dad.

My father was a retired farmer and the decision to move “to town” was a difficult one for him to make. When he made the decision to move to Swan Place, he was welcomed with open arms, plenty of hugs and meals that were both delicious and nutritious. The staff even made sure to have his old fashioned oatmeal available for breakfast. His apartment was a beautiful home with large windows for plenty of sunshine, a large bathroom, a bedroom that was easily large enough for a queen sized bedroom suite and a living room/kitchen area that was large enough for visiting friends and family to relax and enjoy time with Dad. He was partial to the courtyard where he enjoyed sitting in the gazebo and enjoying the weather. With all the wonderful amenities, the best part for Dad was the friendship of other residents and of course, the staff. When he spoke of the staff, he maintained that the only thing that was missing was their angel wings. Their ceaseless efforts made sure Dad wanted for nothing. Whether it was a warm smile, a hug or just stopping by to see how his day was going, Dad was surrounded by people who truly cared. As a daughter, it gave me peace of mind knowing that Dad was truly enjoying his new home. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude to these wonderful people for their care and concern. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Swan Place as a new home for a loved one.

The administrators at Riverwalk Commons were very helpful and provided any information that was requested as Mom and Dad considered the move. My parents were so impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness and warm feeling they got as soon as they entered the building, that they reserved an apartment the same day as the tour. Which was a good thing as there was only one one-bedroom apartment and one studio available at the time! The cost of their apartment was very reasonable. My parents were moving to the Noblesville area from an assisted living facility in their hometown. They are actually paying less than they were! We ate lunch at the facility on the day of the tour and other residents came up to us and introduced themselves and a couple residents even sat at the table to have lunch with us. We were impressed that many of the residents we met that day had lived at the facility for several years and they gave unsolicited good reports about Riverwalk Commons. This was a strong selling point for me as was the fact that many staff members had been there a length of time as well. It speaks volumes about a place with people want to stay. The move has been a smooth transition and staff at the facility have been friendly and have offered any assistance that we might need with the move and the transition. The other residents have been extremely friendly as well. Residents have come up to my parents and introduced themselves and some residents have come to Mom and Dad's apartment to meet them. Meals have been excellent. I have eaten lunch with them once since the move and the food and food service was just the same as it was on the day of the tour. You order from a menu a meal time and there is a good variety of foods offered. My parents do not eat chicken or turkey and my Dad is not a fan of fish. The menu has always had choices for them that they liked. The food has been well prepared and served fresh and warm. The kitchen/wait staff were friendly and joking with residents as they took food orders. The staff also knew preferences of several of the people at the table. My parents like the fact that they do not have to get up or eat meals at a set time. Riverwalk Commons staff really tries to make assisted living as homelike as possible. My parents are able to keep their desired sleeping and eating schedules. Riverwalk Commons also has a nice variety of activities including several outings. My parents like to eat out and Riverwalk takes a bus of residents out regularly to local residents. The last trip of which I was aware was to Wolfies. The restaurants chosen are those that would appeal to older adults. There were also shopping trips to Walmart. My parents could go to Walmart or visit other stores in the same strip mall with Riverwalk Commons providing the transportation. They also provided bus transportation a couple Sundays a month to the local Methodist and Catholic church. I was speaking to Dad the other evening and Rivewalk took a group to the Palladium in Carmel for a show. I am really pleased with how the staff is striving to provide the residents with a good quality of life with lots of varied activities from which to choose. There are a lot of offered activities that my parents would like to do. The location of Riverwalk Commons was a plus, too. It is close to shopping, pharmacies, and Riverview hospital. My parents are going to take advantage of the doctor who comes to the facility. It is easy for them and a comfort for me that they will not have to go out in bad weather for doctor appointments nor will miss doctor appointments due to bad weather. My parents are pretty independent and are not using many of the nursing and care services available. It is good to know that these services are there if the need should arise.

We are on the waiting list here for independent living. We expect to wait 6 monhs
