We've been very pleased with the service provided here so far. It's a nice looking community, it's well lit and open and has a good feel to it. I also like the way the facility is arranged, it is split into 4 groupings, based on care needs, and each grouping has an spacious community area where the residents can interact and socialize. The management has been very easy to work with, which is a nice change from the location we'd be using before.

The Forum at the Crossing is a beautiful, well maintained, welcoming facility. The orientation of the building is easily navigated. We looked at other communities and we chose Riverwalk because it seemed to be the best fit for the situation we were in. The staff is really friendly and they have plenty of activities, even though it is hard to entertain the residents. We have no complaints and am very pleased with Riverwalk. Small and cozy. Evidence of great attention to care of residents. Residents' wealthfare stressed. Secure building with round the clock nursing personnel, geriatric doctor visits, personalized care. Very clean, no smells. Did not see regular assisted living area, but new memory care wingis lovely. Rooms small but accommodating. Central heat & air a plus with no under window or cupboard units to hear or worry about dirty filters, etc. Top pick.

One of my top picks. Nice, clean facility. Spacious apartments. Great amenities. Residents seemed happy and cheerful. So did staff. Very accomodating to resident's and family's needs. Not a secure facility, and noticed too many perfumey smells that would bother my mother's asthma. Would highly recommend this facility otherwise.
