Our family was able to have an in person tour experience and Fieldstone Place is a very nice community, the people who we met with on the tour were very friendly.

My Dad loves Swan Place. Whenever I speak to him, he can't tell me enough how friendly and caring everyone is at Swan Place. He loves the meals and even after a year of being there, he still can't believe they "They even do my laundry and they keep my apartment clean, too!!" Our entire family has peace of mind that Dad is safe, happy, fed nutritious meals and is in such a loving environment.

I would tell others that it is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We were able to meet the chef and the meals are amazing. It is a very clean environment and feels like a fancy hotel. Singing, dancing, painting, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents.

During the tour ask to speak to Jordan, and they will work with you on getting your loved one into the community. My loved one enjoys the Ruben sandwiches. The interaction during the meals is a big plus for my loved one. The staff make sure to check on my loved one and other residents during the day. Pets are allowed and the staff will try and assist with walking of the animals.

Our families experience so far with Five Star Residences has been amazing, and we would absolutely highly recommend them to other families.

My loved one likes the food. It would be helpful for the staff to assist in placing the residents together for meals to communicate with each other. The community has lots of activities for the residents to participate in. I would live there if I could.

Every time I am able to visit the community has always been very pleasant. Our loved one always raves about the meals and dining service and says how much she loves them. She also mentions how much she enjoys the activities, and that there is always something going on. We would recommend this community to others.

We chose Stratford Commons because they have much better rooms, it is more like a house and has plenty of space. The staff members have been very good about communication, especially with me living out of town. I know that they have a bunch of activities provided for the residents. It is a much better place than the place that he was in previously. I would recommend them to others looking.

The feedback our loved one has given us about the meals, is that they are great. Even though he does not always participate in the activities, they are starting to open back up. We would recommend this community to others.

Both of my parents lived here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was like family and would visit on a personal level and took great care of my parents. There were several instances where staff would come down and watch football with my dad or even visit with him about his farming days and different topics. It truly feels like home.

Our experience was really positive. Our loved one enjoyed her stay there. In fact, she enjoyed it enough that after we picked her up, she expressed an interest in going back to visit the people she had met there. All the staff, from the top down, from the administrator, to the people who administer medications, to the people who did the laundry, even the person in the kitchen, came in to talk with us, and had a genuine interest in getting to know us. They made a great effort to be attentive to the family as well as the client. The staff were just great. They came in and took laundry out of the laundry basket every day, and were bringing clean clothes in every day. I had no complaints. My loved one had no complaints about the food except it was too much! We were there at Christmas time, and it was very well decorated. And their dining room was really nice. They do a good job of making everything festive and enjoyable for the residents. The staff was very attentive and cheerful and helpful. I had absolutely no complaints and no hesitations about having my loved one there. And I'm planning on using their services again for another respite stay shortly.

We love them, they have been wonderful, even the maintenance team is ADD compliant and are experience with working with the elderly who are disabled. They are knowledgeable in their approaches and are always very attentive to our loved one. They are accommodating to the residents, the staff members are very polite and friendly. The food is great and they cater to our loved ones wants. They have a variety of activities for them to participate in, and they offer a lot more at a cheaper rate which is a big plus.

They were absolutely fabulous. They're the real deal. It's not a sales pitch. They do what they say they do. What they say they offer is what they provide. It's legit. They really care here. The manager makes things happen, and she does not waste any time. She puts the residents first, even if there's tough decisions to make. And the staff respect her because she works as hard as they do. Everyone right on down to the maintenance workers are just great. I was my loved one's primary caregiver and was there often, so I got to see these things day in and day out. I can't speak highly enough for them.

This is a new community and had great amenities, but it didn't fit our needs with skilled nursing.

The staff is terrific. What you get for what you pay is just excellent. It's not the cheapest place, but it's not the most expensive either. I think for what you get, it's a great value. The staff have been so helpful and responsive. I wish they offered more options for dietary restrictions due to medical conditions. We asked if they could accommodate, and they said they could not. But they've been very helpful on the spot with some falling incidents, so that's been very good.

They were absolutely fantastic, we could of not gotten through the last few days of our loved one passing without them. They were just very personable, compassionate and really showed that they cared.

We chose Floyd Place because we had a budget and they fit that budget. We were able to have a virtual tour before my dad could see it and they he did his own virtual tour. The fact that they value military veterans was a big deal to him. They have a wall that has their pictures and they get a plaque by their doors. That little touch really helped him know there were other veterans there that he could relate to. They do have a nice variety of activities provided. The room sizes here are adequate, it is great for what he is paying. The facility is a smaller community so the staff are more attentive and it is in a safe neighborhood. I would recommend to others looking.

If we could rate them any higher than a five we would, they have just been so wonderful.

We have been very pleased with Lamar Court. We chose this facility because of the value for the money and we talked to a lot of people. The room sizes here are very spacious. It is a 3 story facility so it is bigger, but they do have their own staff on each floor. I would tell others looking that they will also take medicare down the road which is something that Kansas does and Missouri does not. I would highly recommend them we have been impressed.
