We chose Five Star because I had experience with them as a caregiver, I had worked with other clients at this location. I think in general with any care facility, the ratio of care giver to resident is a concern that I have. My loved one had a fall that was not detected until several hours later.

We have been very happy with this community, the willingness and awareness of the staff to go that extra mile is amazing and is to be commended. We love the activities director, she is absolutely the best. She is very good at what she does and is very patient. Our loved one never painted and now she loves to paint. They do not have gourmet cooks, but the cooks they have are very good. They are very responsive to dietary restrictions and needs. It looks like a home kitchen with a professional back end. The staff has been very good teaching the chefs about different ethnic foods to make which is awesome.

Greenfield Manor is in a smaller town and it is a smaller facility and I think those do better than some of the larger facilities. I thought they did a very good job. My sister did not agree with some of the health isolation protocols they had so she did take him out but I would recommend them to others, I think it is a good place.

Our family had an in person tour and we love how its right off the interstate, they have the most amazing courtyard and the rooms are spacious. However they do not have a memory care unit and that is what we were looking for.

They went above and beyond helping me out in a really difficult situation. They were instrumental in helping me get my mother moved in on short notice after a hospital stay. She was only there at Stratford Commons for a short time before she passed away, but they were wonderful. We couldn't have had a better experience. For the care that she received, it was well worth the money. I was very pleased. I feel that everything comes down to leadership. The leadership that they have there right now sets the example. All of the staff, including the people in the office, are very involved in the care. They're out on the floor and intermingling with the nurses and residents. They treat everyone equally. It's nothing to see a staff member pushing a wheelchair, and you just don't see that every place.

The nurses are great and keep the family well informed. If something different happens with my loved one, they make a call to me. I have no complaints about the community. My loved one is enjoying all the activities and the staff keep them busy. My loved one seems to be very happy here, and has made friends.

They lost the house keeper a month ago and they have not been able to find someone else. It has been about a month but they stated that they are working on finding someone. The staff that I have met have been very friendly. This is a good place, they are struggling a little bit right now but I am glad that mom is here and we are satisfied overall. The meals have been boxed and served on the weekends in the rooms right now due to staffing in the kitchen and i was not aware of this. I would like to see less boxed meals.

The community is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. They greet everybody by their first name and really get to know all the families. They also have a huge variety of activities.

The staff are working very hard over there and helping our loved one keep clean, and keep his room tidy. They do a good job keeping their eye out on the residents, always paying close attention to everything. Compared to other communities the meals here are excellent, and they always have activities going on and keeping busy.

I would recommend you come look at the rooms and make a place for yourself at Sycamore Manor. The staff stand out to me and they do a great job at assisting the residents when necessary. The food is good, there are some choices available if you don't like what is being served. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to choose from.

We moved my parents here in Mid October. We were nervous and going through all the emotions that go along with relocating your parents into assisted living. The staff at the Lodge are fantastic and have done so much to make Mom and Dad's transition as simple as possible. Both parents are eating better, active, and having more interaction than they've had in a long while. The food is good and the amenities are outstanding. God blessed us by putting the Lodge into our lives.

We have had a great experience at Country Gardens. [name removed], [name removed], and the main nurse have been great to work with. The facility is always very clean and they are good about their covid protocols and keeps residents safe. I would recommend them to others.

The place is great! Residents are involved in activities and singing. It's clean and welcoming. There are some residents there from the area and they can talk of familiar things together. Love that!

It's a great place. We did have a small mix-up with a care issue. But when I notified them, they made every effort to straighten it out. My loved one had her moments where she did really well, and the staff loved her. They were very accommodating. She just became agitated there around other dementia patients, so we decided to move her back home.

The personal attention towards the care they were going to provide to our loved one really stood out to us

This has been a wonderful experience for our loved one. The care and concern and updates of the facility continually to be upmost importance to the care of the residents. We appreciate the buildings and grounds layout and the cheery atmosphere it brings to those who live or visit. The staff is top notch and we are very thankful for each worker. Our family was able to have an in person tour experience and Fieldstone Place is a very nice community, the people who we met with on the tour were very friendly.

My Dad loves Swan Place. Whenever I speak to him, he can't tell me enough how friendly and caring everyone is at Swan Place. He loves the meals and even after a year of being there, he still can't believe they "They even do my laundry and they keep my apartment clean, too!!" Our entire family has peace of mind that Dad is safe, happy, fed nutritious meals and is in such a loving environment.

we toured this community and we really like it. It was very homey feeling and the was a lot of socialization. They answered all our questions and we thought this was a great community
