We recently reached the point in which I had to find an independent living facility for my mother. Brenden Gardens came highly recommended. I met with the staff, reviewed and toured the facility and ultimately chose it as the new home for Mom. The entire experience has been wonderful. The staff are professional, very nice and a pleasure to work with. The apartments and entire facility are extremely well maintained with an environment of a caring home. While everything is great, the dining facility even rates a little higher.

My daughter was sad when my husband and I first moved in because she said she feel like she sent us here to die. I told her it is quite the opposite - she send us here to LIVE!! This home is so much easier, you don't have to cook, clean, or shovel snow. I had a little family now I have a much bigger family and I know they really care. I am talking about both the residents and the staff. They all would do anything to make our life easier and more comfortable.

We are very happy with our family member at Pinicon Place and she is happy as well. They have a lot of activities provided and are always staying busy and active. We have also really enjoyed the family nights that they put on.

I'm been here for 8 months and I'm very happy for many reasons. The residents are very friendly as well as the staff. The maintenance guys have a sense of urgency and will do whatever is needed.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Activities are enjoyed by all people who live there and who come to visit family. Dining staff are very friendly and offer a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My husband and I have eaten there quite often. The only thing I can say if your loved ones are of sound mind and can live on their own with no help, it’s a wonderful place to live. Just remember, there are no nurses on duty or CNA’s on staff.

I lived in my home for 50 years and didn't think I would want to leave but I was alone and now I have new friends to eat meals with and do activities with. The residents that live here are always here and it's nice we can socialize.

Tiffany Springs was much nicer and less expensive when we did a cost comparison to other places we looked into. The staff are really concerned for the residents. [name removed] and the whole nursing staff really knows them and looks out for them. The level of care and concern is phenomenal. We are very pleased with the experience and would absolutely recommend the facility to other families looking.

My mom is 95 years young. She moved to The VIllages at Mission in respite care and decided to stay in an assisted living apartment. She's been here 5 months and so far so good. Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is fantastic and so caring. There is always a big adjustment when you are used to living alone but she has done well. [name removed]is not only understanding she was able to offer suggestions about the move that helped eveything go smooth. I can't say enough good about her. [name removed]and the nursing staff are fabulous and are very responsive. Everyone communicates with me. I have received phone calls and text messages if there is something I need to know. The aides, housekeeping, dining room, activities and I could just keep on going about how great they all are. You can feel how much they care about the residents. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend The Villages at Mission to anyone needing a place to call home.

My elderly mom has been a resident for almost 4 years. The staff are all amazing! The facility is clean and well-maintained! Planned daily activities. Just love the care they provide! Over and above! Highly recommend!

Mom spent 1.5 years in another facility prior to living at Bridlebrook. She lost weight, hated the food, and the Covid experience was terrible. She moved to Bridlebrook in October 2020 and has never been happier. The food is great and she’s never complained once. She loves the staff and her surroundings. Oh, and she has gained 25 lbs. Bridlebrook has still experienced Covid issues, but the staff has handled them professionally and with compassion. If your looking for a place for your parents or a friend, this is the place to be.

Our family had an in person tour and it was definitely a decent tour experience, the food was great and the staff were very welcoming. It was a little farther away then what we were wanting but it was very clean and nice.

They tried to have activities (individually) as much as they can, that are more suited for the individual. They try to make sure that everyone is engaged in the group activities; they take consideration of the special needs of each individual. They also try to keep the family informed of changes and required needs.

We toured Jefferson Manor; it was more of an apartment building and not so much a community. Granted, we toured as the pandemic was starting to ease, but they were still insistent that no one come out of their rooms. It just didn't seem as inviting.

Big [name removed] in the kitchen is always serving a great variety of appetizing meals. You know your loved one will not go hungry here!

I've had such a great experience indulging in the delectable vittles provided by this grandiose institution as well as admiring the administration's ability to set a comfortable environment and ambiance. Cudos.

My husband and I have both toured this location and have eaten thanksgiving dinner there. The food was really good and I would recommend it to anyone! The dining Facilty was enjoyable with nice decorations and professional looking signs. and the wait staff were very friendly. . In talking to the head chef, I found that some of the recipes they used are very similar to my own! Too bad this isn’t a public restaurant!

[name removed] is a great chef and always delivers a delicious meal with every menu he creates. You can definitely feel his passion for cooking and the love he has for the residents.
