Just wanted to put a word in for [name removed] in food services. I have known him for years and he has been in the food industry all if this time! He puts his all into everything he does!

They have been great and we have been really happy with the experience so far. Staff are super attentive and always willing to help out. They know everyone by name and greet residents in the hallways when they walk by. My loved ones felt at home right away, it was a very smooth transition from their home. We would definitely recommend Alexi Senior Living to others.

This is a good community. There is no nurse of staff 24 hours a day.

We love the experience we are having with Tiffany Springs. My loved one is enjoying their experience here, as well. There is no smell to the community. The staff is super friendly and know who we are. Anytime I have questions or have needed assistance there is someone there to help me or my loved one. I have already told several people about Tiffany Springs and will continue to recommend the community to others.

This is a great community, and all the residents get to know each other as this is a smaller community. The staff are great liaisons and willing to communicate with the family and keep us updated about our loved one. The community is willing to work with the residents on dietary restrictions.

I liked St Pauls. I thought it was very nice, but it was too expensive.

We really enjoy and appreciate their constant communication with us, they always keep us up to date and informed on any changes. We really like all the personal care they give our loved one and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We are very happy with Park Square Manor. The staff is great and responsive to my mom's needs. Each resident gets a call button to wear, and if she needs anything at all - whether it's fixing her computer, getting channels on her TV, or if she falls - they're right there. They'll all 911 if they need to. And they're always so friendly, both to my mom and to our family. They all know her on a first name basis. They deliver food to your room if you need it. She enjoys the social aspect of going to the dining room for meals, and if she doesn't show up, they'll knock on her door to make sure she's alright. I appreciate that they check on their resents like that. Mom has made friends and is very happy there, and we are very happy as well.

Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service, she likes how the food is served on real plates, with nice silverware and nice glasses. When she is able to take advantage and participate in the activities she really enjoys them. The value for the money is so far so good and based on our experience so far with Cottonwood Place we would recommend them to other families

The Forum at the Crossing did a very nice job with their tour and answered all of our questions. This facility was my second choice, I liked everything that I saw.

Every time we come to visit we can see just how clean the community is. We have not been able to eat there ourselves but all the feedback our loved one has given us it seems like they are really enjoying it. Our loved one is able to get physical therapy onsite and he is enjoying the library that is inside the community. We aren't able to compare the value to anything but it is really nice that they are taking care of everything.

My tour at Greene Place was very good. I was very impressed with the facility. The biggest reason for not considering them is they were private pay only and couldn't kick over to Medicaid when funds run out. Really the only negative I saw was the cost was high and the rooms were fairly small. But I actually really liked them a lot. Their contact person was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information about finding care for a parent. Even after I told them that they wouldn't be our choice because of the Medicaid issue, he continued to have contact and share information with me, which really impressed me.

There is a lot of Christian people here in the community so there are a number of different church services and prayer groups which I really enjoy. Based on my experience so far I would recommend the Five Star residence to other families.

I would recommend Sycamore Manor. I paid them and it took them forever to cash the check. That was my only issue. It took them forever to get my final bill. They need to update their finances a bit.

We have been very happy with this community, the willingness and awareness of the staff to go that extra mile is amazing and is to be commended. We love the activities director, she is absolutely the best. She is very good at what she does and is very patient. Our loved one never painted and now she loves to paint. They do not have gourmet cooks, but the cooks they have are very good. They are very responsive to dietary restrictions and needs. It looks like a home kitchen with a professional back end. The staff has been very good teaching the chefs about different ethnic foods to make which is awesome.

Greenfield Manor is in a smaller town and it is a smaller facility and I think those do better than some of the larger facilities. I thought they did a very good job. My sister did not agree with some of the health isolation protocols they had so she did take him out but I would recommend them to others, I think it is a good place.

Our family had an in person tour and we love how its right off the interstate, they have the most amazing courtyard and the rooms are spacious. However they do not have a memory care unit and that is what we were looking for.

They went above and beyond helping me out in a really difficult situation. They were instrumental in helping me get my mother moved in on short notice after a hospital stay. She was only there at Stratford Commons for a short time before she passed away, but they were wonderful. We couldn't have had a better experience. For the care that she received, it was well worth the money. I was very pleased. I feel that everything comes down to leadership. The leadership that they have there right now sets the example. All of the staff, including the people in the office, are very involved in the care. They're out on the floor and intermingling with the nurses and residents. They treat everyone equally. It's nothing to see a staff member pushing a wheelchair, and you just don't see that every place.

The nurses are great and keep the family well informed. If something different happens with my loved one, they make a call to me. I have no complaints about the community. My loved one is enjoying all the activities and the staff keep them busy. My loved one seems to be very happy here, and has made friends.
