From the minute I walked in the door I felt the warmth and the beauty of the place. As we started our tour we visited the dining room and all the residents were smiling and looked happy. It felt very inviting and welcoming. It felt like home. As we toured the apartment, I was impressed with all the storage space and I could control the heat or air which was important to me. I just knew this was the place for me because it felt like home. Everyone we met from the staff to the residents were so friendly. But, especially the dining staff and chef are super helpful and want to please. I'm very happy here

My loved one is currently a resident at Norterre and everything has been great for her at this facility except for maybe the food. However, I do know that they are working on improving that area. This facility does an excellent job of communicating with me regarding all aspects of my loved one's care. I would definitely recommend the facility to others. The staff have been very helpful and communicative regarding the status of my loved one. This is the only facility I saw that has a small kitchenette in each room. It allows us to keep snacks, beverages and treats for my loved one in her room. Also, the feel of the room is more of a home rather than just a room because of the small kitchen area. The move in process was fine, except we attempted it during the dinner hour. Because she is in Memory Care, the area is secured so we often had to wait for staff to let us in and out , while they were busy with assisting residents with their dinner. The facility is clean and more importantly my loved one is always clean and her hair is clean. I think the staff are good people trying to help take care of their residents.

I recently needed to sell my my house after to moving to Smith Farms Manor. SFM was able to put me in touch with a realtor and after only few days on the market my house sold! Smith Farms has capable and resourceful staff that our sensitive to the needs of others. They sensed my need for additional support in finding some financial assistance and referred me to one of their financial partners for a bridge loan and then also to the Veterans administration to seek additional financial benefits. I highly endorse Smith Farms Manor because of the expertise in knowing about these resources for seniors.

Our loved one has been a resident for over 4 years and we have been very pleased. The staff has treated all of us as family and we truly appreciate their care. The community is smaller so they are able to be more personal and recognize changes as they occur and have communicated with the family in a timely fashion. We feel confident that our loved one is in a safe environment and well taken care of.

My parents had a wonderful experience in the independent living residence at The Forum. The staff was professional yet warm and attentive. There were multiple opportunities for engagement whether it be the writing club, exercise class, playing bridge, field trips to area restaurants, or even happy hour before dinner. The food was varied and very good. Moving to The Forum was one the greatest decisions they made as it allowed their last few years to be interesting and as comfortable as possible.

I am currently a resident at Fieldstone Place and my experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff is very helpful and cheerful and they treat you with respect. At this facility, you are respected and treated as an adult. The housekeeping is good, the facility is clean and there are no odors. The meals are good. If you don't want the main entrée, there is an alternative menu. I like living here. I'm free to take part in the activities offered, of which there are many. I recommend Fieldstone Place to others!

I am very pleased with be at the Tiffany Springs Senior Living community. Everyone you meet they are always smiling when you seen them.

The friendliness of the staff members as well as the activities gets a 5+. The residents and staff are very welcoming and friendly. My parents also have an "ambassador" to show them how everything works & introduce them to everyone. Based on our experience so far with Overland Park Place, we would definitely recommend this community to others!

What our family likes the most about the Sugar Grove community is the staff. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is all on one floor which makes it easier to navigate. And they have a separate entity within the facility (EmpowerMe) that does physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Their facility is clean, people are friendly, and it feels homey. We picked this community because of the location, price, and Mom chose based on tours. I would recommend to others.

This place was the only one concerned about making [name removed] life easier. They did a great job finding out his triggers. And kept us up to date on daily situations. I wish I would have found this place first! I have been singing your praises to everyone who might be looking for a place for their loved one.

This is where my elderly mother has been residing for a year. Prior to moving into The Forum at Overland Park, she was dwelling at [removed] and had always focused on anything unpleasant, typically any little disease. Since coming here, she has undergone a significant shift. Since our father's passing years ago, we haven't heard Mom sound this happy. She appreciates the activities most of all, along with the cleanliness, food, and overall kindness of the employees.

Morningside was a great place for my Mother-in-law. They knew how to deal with her. Plus it is a very clean and nice home for dementia people. It was a very good experience. They understood what we were going through. So we were able to get her in right away.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Always have a few bumps but nothing serious. Glad I moved him there. It was clean, friendly, listen to my needs. Didn't smell inside.

I'd recommend it. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a good facility, and has a positive vibe.

[name removed] communicated and helped me every step of the way. It is clean, with a warm feel about it. My mom has had nothing but good things to say so far. I give this team a 10 out of 10.

My father was a resident at the Forum and received good quality care. Staff was welcoming and caring. Family was always welcome to visit as well. He settled in well thanks to the care of staff. Thank you!
