I would recommend them to others. The room sizes were very good. My brother didn't like the food. I lived two hours away so it was very hard, especially with Covid-19 when they shut every down to visitors. It is a very clean place.

My parents moved into Carriage Court at the beginning of July. I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff. They are kind and helpful and seem to very much care about each one of the residents here. I think people at any company are what differentiates them from other like or competing companies. The staff and its leaders here are consistent and responsive and go out of their way to support the residents. I did a lot of research prior to selecting a place for my parents to live and thrive. I believe we made the right choice and that choice was based very much on the staff here.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They have been a huge help with my brother. One of my primary complaints is the food served. The quality has diminished in the last year and a half. Since the virus outbreak the meals have suffered. I have seen this for myself on video chats with my brother. This is my only complaint I have about the facility. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.

I think living here is good with the exception of the food. I think they serve mashed potatoes too often as well as broccoli or broccoli/cauliflower combination. I don't like the salads when it contains whole leaves of something I've never seen before.

I like living here but why should I have to pay to have my apartment cleaned, if house keeping doesn't want to clean for me. They could offer to let me use a vacuum and I will do it.

The independence it affords you is good. The food was a little better when it was being serviced in the dining room. Now that it is being brought to your room it is not very good. The room sizes and layout are good. The staff is friendly.

I felt that my mom needed memory care, the thing that impressed me the most about Journey was that is was a smaller size community. I liked that they have large rooms with their own bathroom. You really got to know the staff that was caring for your loved one. The community was set up in a square with a beautiful garden in the center. They have a very low turn over rate with the staff. My mom had a stroke during Covid-19 and the nurse was very kind and let me in to see her. The only negative was that the marketing director lead me to believe that she could stay there through the end of life and did not turn out to be the case.

I thought it was a very homey place. They have good food. The staff was generally good. You always had a different person helping you. The room sizes were good. They have a gardening room and a patio.

Whenever I come there, I am always greeted by the staff as I come in. Even the residents were very friendly to my dad. The staff make it a point to know all of the resident's names. I like, and my dad really appreciates, the restaurant style menu for the meals. That way he can order what he wants. The rooms have individual thermostats, so my dad has control of the temperature, which is a big thing for him and is a really nice feature.

Very nice Memory care facility infrastructure, wide halls, clean, well organized, nice outdoor area, rooms are smaller private studio with closet, utilities, cable & internet provided, private bathroom have shower with seat & multiple grab bars for safety of residents, all residents I saw at dinner table area looked like they had good hygiene, all services are not inclusive with monthly fee, I was disappointed this community has charted Bathing & Dressing services are not included in basic monthly fee? No medicare spin down

The waiting room area for the consultation was private and comfortable. Floor plan options are great. Staff was very interactive with residents. [Name removed] offered in depth information and asked many questions to ensure choices were outlined.

From when my brother and I first toured the facility we got a good vibe at the Cedar Trails community. The staff refers to the retirees living there as family members rather than residents and so far they practice what they preach. It didn't take long before mom started referring to Cedar Trails as "home". She has been there since May 2019, it's now Aug. 2019.

Personnel were very friendly. Studios are good size. Lots of activities; medical help; good food but starchy. Can eat whenever you want all day.

I was impressed with almost everything I saw while visiting The Boulevard. It would be one of my top choices if they offered all levels of care throughout their facility. I want my parents to remain together and not be separated throughout the remainder of their life together. This would not be possible at The Boulevard.

Looks like a nice comfortable place to live. Liked 3 meals a day. Did not like that each apartment did not have it's own washer/dryer. Has communal laundry rooms.

There was a communication issue so we toured the independent living area instead of assisted living. We will be setting up an additional visit.

[Name removed] was a wonderful tour guide and the apartments had a good layout. The community seems very friendly. We are still exploring other available options and haven’t made a decision yet but this community is high on the list so far.

Nice facility. It is a little older than some of the other ones, but well kept. Staff were friendly. One drawback was that the bathrooms had tubs which they had cut out to make a walk through. I would like to see them replace these with true walk in showers. This would alleviate a potential tripping a fall hazard. Had lots of activities.
