What we like most about The Boulevard of St. Charles is that the community is clean and it has everything you could need. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Facilities are excellent. Staff genuinely cares, but they are short staffed. Management is mediocre. Overall a nice place, but you will have occasional frustrations.

So far our experience has been a positive one. My mom only complains about the food, but that's normal. Also, they are expanding the building...doubling the size, so they aren't sure how it will impact some of their activities and the food scheduling.

My family likes this community because it is a smaller community. The overall ratings was my experience and thoughts.

We toured The Princeton Senior Living when searching for an Independent Living facility for my loved one. This facility was a very nice place! My loved one ultimately chose another facility due to the community of seniors seeming more established than at this facility.

My husband and I toured Vitalia Active Adult Community North Olmsted during our search for Independent Living. The tour was very good, it's a new facility. However, the apartments are very small and there was no sense of community, no 'history.' The Marketing staff were fine, but that's not how you decide.

Our first impression of The Parkway Senior Living and what really stood out to us at first was definitely the friendliness of the staff members and the other residents. It has a homier feel to it. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families

This facility is very good. Some of the staff are really good and some are not so good. There's been a turnover in staff, but I'm sure that's everywhere. I like it here. I like the people that are living here. The building is old, but they upkeep it pretty good. They're looking to hire the third Maintenance man since I've been here, so it must be a lot to keep the building up. I've never lived in this type of community, its been a change for me. But I like it overall. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The Community itself seems very clean however sometimes in my moms room I see crumbs on the floor after cleaning staff has come and gone. Her toilet is not cleaned near enough. Laundry service has been great on the other hand. The staff members have always been friendly. It has gotten much better than months ago. My mom was going through a lot medically at that time. Perhaps I expected more. Ones self has to be the best advocate for their family members care. Sometime things by staff are overlooked and must be questioned. For most part my mom really enjoys her meals. Most times very good but sometime she comments food being late and or dry. She loves sitting with her new ladies friends though. Though mom doesn't participate in them all, they do offer a lot I feel. For overall value, I'd have to say 4.5 compared to other communities in the area. A 5 would be given if there were no issues at all.

The staff at Hudson Grande is very friendly and most seem to genuinely care about the residents. Sometimes, the common area of the Memory Care could use more attention to cleanliness. Many of the amenities are not available due to Covid procedures but, efforts are made to include the Memory Care residents when it can be accomplished. The food is good and plentiful but, lunches are almost always a heavier, hot lunch which doesn't suite my parent. All in all, my parent enjoys her life at Hudson Grande and I feel she gets the care and attention she needs.

The manager [name removed]is wonderful and very accommodating . They have had some very poor chefs but recently fired the 3rd one since [name removed]came in late October. I would like to see a small commissary area committed to things residents might run out of . (Kinda like an airport). like denture fixative or aspirin , crossword puzzles , candy bar, etc so caregivers don't need to take a single item in to the resident. Charge for them. Residents too frail to get on the hospitality bus could shop for impulse purchases .I would make the same choice. Thank goodness for your organization coordinating and narrowing down the obstacles.

Vitalia North Royalton was new and shiny but their memory care unit seemed to be lacking attentive care. Questionable meal and care plans. Not a good fit for our needs. We already had negative experiences with new and shiny.

I do feel like they are very good about trying to help us work through some issues we have had. They have been very helpful in that sense. We had a couple of problems with staff members, but we are working through those and things are getting resolved. We have been pleased and I would recommend Hudson Grande to others looking.

I am a resident that lives here at The Cambridge. I have lived here for a long time. I enjoy the staff and I am getting great value for my cost to live here. I have made a great number of friends here since I moved in!

Rock Creek was nice. We were very interested, but the location was not good for me, as it was too far.

I have enjoyed living here and looking forward to them getting a better handle in organizing the facility and especially having the food situation corrected. It is a clean facility. There is construction traffic, which brought in lots of dust and mud. There is not a janitor or an outside person to do clean up. Hopefully next year will be better when all the construction is complete. This is new facility. It is very nice but lots of new people that do not know what they are doing. The food is good, no complaints with the taste or the chefs selections – but they are challenged with employees. It takes an hour and a half just to get served. This at times leaves the food to be cold at times. I have heard of others who were sick and had to get their food delivered to their rooms, never getting anything they ordered. They also run out of food like bacon and ice cream. Activities are just getting built up, again this is a new facility. The outings are nice but they seem to have issues communicating if something is canceled. There also are times when I have shown up to an activity

My loved ones seem to be pretty comfortable there. It is clean and nice and everyone is friendly. There have been some staffing changes within the facility and it is pretty expensive for what they get, the rates are already raising since they moved in.

My wife and I live here. We have lived here for 6 months. The staff are nice. The food is good. Very fine place to live. We plan on staying here for a long time. We are thankful for being here.

The Princeton Senior Living community is newer so it does not feel like your walking into an assisted living community but more like you walking into a new home. It is very clean and they have a really nice restaurant with their own bistro. We do see different activities going on. The nursing staff are very attentive and are on top of all of our loved ones needs. For our family so far it as been a really good find.
