I like the friendliness of the environment. The staff is friendly.

Absolutely a wonderful place to live. Three very good meals a day, even brought to the room when needed. Maid service, much entertainment, transportation to doctors etc. Very reasonable pricing. The most helpful and caring staff I have ever known.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with The Cambridge, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff here is friendly and professional, and whenever we've needed any help with anything they've been there for us. It's a very nice place, and they take great care of the residents!

It's very nice. We haven't had any complaints or concerns at all so far. Everything has been handled very well. They were actually less expensive than others we looked at.

My parents love The Cambridge. I know they really like the food. They also really like the size of the one room apartment that they have. Everything has been really good. The staff members have been great. It has been a very smooth transition for them. Overall thing have been really good at this facility,

They have taken care of her needs and helped her get in and settled and anything she asks about they take care of. She likes the food and being able to order what she wants, when she wants. If there is anything I would say about the place, it's that there isn't much parking.

From our experience the meals are very good and everyone is very helpful. We have not gotten involved yet in enough activities, but we are going to start doing that. So far everything at The Gardens seems fine.

Our experience with Mallard Point has been a very positive one overall! The staff here is friendly and very communicative! They were a huge help throughout the whole process, and always had time to answer any questions that I had. Now that my loved one has moved in she really seems to be enjoying it! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and she is really enjoying the busy social atmosphere!

The two managers, Paul and Colleen (a great husband and wife team), are just amazing! My dad has been very happy since going there. The staff is amazing, and the facility is amazing. It was a hard time on my dad as my mother had just recently passed away, but they have been incredibly helpful. I cannot possibly recommend them enough!

The people at Country Squire have done every thing possible to make my move here so easy and comfortable. I've felt like I am welcomed home!

The staff was willing to work with me. It was very pricey and fancy. The food was as if you was going to a restaurant. They had guest lectures. My parents are religious and didn't think this would work for them. The rooms were also small and too small for my parents.

We've had an excellent experience with University Living so far! I think they do an excellent job of quickly assessing the needs and personality of your loved one, and they go out of their way to help them get involved in activities that may be of interest to them. They are also very communicative with family members, and always keep me apprised of how my loved one is doing. I really have nothing but good things to say about them, I would recommend them highly!

I'm very happy with Emeritus. So far I don't have any concerns. The food is served from a menu, and you can order a grilled cheese sandwiches any time if you don't like what you are having. Sometimes it's just staying out of things, when you get a lot of women together, and there is nothing better to do besides complain.

The Arkanshire is wonderful and great. The staff care about my mom and are good at assisting her when she needs it. They are very clean, friendly and know what they are doing. Mom is still getting use to the community, she said the food was pretty good. We had looked at several other communities, but liked the Arkanshire over the others and the price was reasonable.

Mother is 92 and lives in the VIP memory unit. There is a video awareness system of her when she is alone in her room to alert the staff when she is moving around and might need assistance. Where in her previous assisted living, she was having up to 6 falls a week, she has had 1 minor fall getting out of bed by herself in 3 months. The nurses and nurses aids are wonderful to her and to us. But, all of the staff from the greeter, launderer, beauticians, to the exceptional entertainment and activities staff are delightful and make an effort to help folks adjust to the change and move into assisted living. Mom has GAINED weight on the delicious foods. We enjoyed our previous setting too, but the Gables is doing a much much better job keeping my mother safe and healthy. When I visit, she is almost always out in the community rooms with others. She is happy.

This just seems to be a very nice, well run community overall. The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff all seem very friendly. They even do a good job with the food here, which is a very nice change from other communities we have had experience with.

I loved the staff and found them to be very helpful. We had lunch and dinner meals there at the community and we found the meals to be very enjoyable. I liked that it was near a shopping plaza which is convenient. It was remodeled and spacious.

We have been incredibly happy with The Cambridge. My mother in law loves the meals. She has tended at times to stay up all night and get her days and nights mixed up, but she loves the breakfast so much that she makes sure to get up for it. The cleaning services are excellent as well. The facility as well as moms room are always very clean. We are just very satisfied with The Cambridge and would highly recommend!

Overall our experience with University Living has been a very good one! The staff here really seems to be involved, and they're very thorough when it comes to placement. In our initial conversations they made very sure that we were getting the appropriate level of care. They've done a great job overall, and I would recommend them to others looking into care in the area!
