Mom hates the food. She does have mild dementia, so her feedback is not spot on. All issues have been handled asap. She loves NAPS that does her care. The housekeeping is okay. I do go in and help. [Name removed], the recruiter, is very nice and the move in process was easy. They have one slow elevator. We are happy and mom is too. There are, I am sure, fancier places but for the price we are happy and most importantly mom is happy. She is clean, fed and is well taken care of. NAPS has done amazing things for her!

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday The Cambridge and most everything has been great for him so far. As far as I can tell, it is a very nice facility for the money. I couldn't find any other place as nice for the same price. Based on the experience, I would recommend Holiday The Cambridge to others.

My mom is currently a resident at Vitalia Rockside and she is doing GREAT! She is very happy, with only a few bumps in service. The inside is great, however there are Geese outside that leave droppings all over. Especially on the Assisted Living community patio. Someone-janitorial perhaps needs to wash if off often so that the residents can enjoy the outside without having to dodge the droppings. From the front desk to the aides and nursing staff, the friendliness is great. Sometimes my mom says that the dinner isn't that good. Maybe dry. But for the most part, she likes it. Breakfast is always good. The activities are great. They always seem to have a well balanced list of things to do. The value for cost is good. They raised the rent to be able to keep employees, however it still is a problem... much like everywhere.

What we like the most about The Boulevard of St. Charles is just how easy everyone is to talk to. There are always a good array of options when it comes to the meals. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would recommend Vitalia Rockside to others. The housekeeping is good, except that the dining area is not cleaned enough. The meals are not set for older people all the time. They need more comfort food and not so much spicy food. My loved one is in independent living, so I'm not sure how communication with the family is.

We moved my 92-year-old mother into assisted living at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, Arkansas in February 2024. Mom had been living independently in a two-bedroom apartment and needed some additional help. Of course, the transition from living on her own and being in a much smaller apartment took some adjustment on Mom's part. Getting older and depending on others is not easy. Overall, the process has been smooth. There were some bumps along the way as this is a newly built facility and they had a management changeover the same week she moved in. The management team has been very responsive whenever there were issues and worked to resolve them quickly. I would recommend this facility to others.

The main problems is food service, small portions or running out of advertised food. My main problem is getting work orders done. You put in a work order and you don't hear anything for days. When you inquire, they tell you that they are backed up. I am not sure if I would recommend The Fremont Senior Living to others, unless there was improvement.

I'm concerned about the pit bull currently residing there. Not only are the rooms not ideal size to accommodate a dog that size, but the owner has the staff caring for/walking the dog for her. That is a huge liability and danger to the staff and residents if something were to occur. I feel there should be a size limit for the animals allowed into that facility and a necessity that the owner be capable of caring for it on their own.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Parkway Senior Living and everything was very good about the experience. The staff was always very caring and professional. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

Very friendly staff. More staff would be helpful especially at meal time. Seems folks in memory care need to be around more people who do not have memory issues to have better modeling. My mother in law needs more help and time during meals and that is not always available.

My mom is a current resident at Vitalia Active Adult Community North Royalton. The staff is friendly. The food is good. The Director of nursing is horrible about returning phone calls. I've heard from other family members you have to watch your bill or they will overcharge you, but I haven't experienced that yet.

I am very active outside of Walden with friends, family & activities. But I am confident that over time I will feel more a part of this community. Yes, I would recommend Walden Place. The location, size, renovations, living & community space, staff, & opportunities to participate are all excellent. I'm glad to be here.

Mixed reviews on the food. Not always good, and usually not meals that are typical of south Missouri. The menu is difficult to understand with crazy names and strange combinations. The staff are exceptionally kind and personable. They know the names of all the residents and usually remember breakfast requests without asking. That's pretty impressive.

Our move in experience was less than stellar. We came on a day that the Wellness Director was out and the communication from the sales team about what was missing for admission lead to things being rushed leading up to mom’s arrival day. Because we were already tired from a multi state move and nervous about the change it made the first day very stressful. NOW, what I do not want to leave out was that EVERYONE was so nice and tried to make this very stressed daughter feel at ease. The first few weeks were rougher than I expected but we kept communicating and now 30 days in things are starting to smooth out. It takes that long for the residents and staff to learn each other. I continue to reach out to the administration to work on an improved first day experience for other families. And, like many facilities in the area they are under staffed. There is always room for improvement but I do believe the staff at the Madison care about the residents.

I tell others about the great food and the activities available. I also tell them about the great care my Mom receives. I liked the fall detection monitors they have in each room since my Mom is a fall risk with her Parkinson's. But they did just have a huge rent increase.

My biggest concern is, with my mom's colostomy bag, they only have 1 housekeeper who cleans all the rooms. She only cleans my mom's place every 2 weeks. For [removed] a month, I would expect weekly like it says they do, in the handbook. My daughter is helping to clean, change her colostomy bag, etc.When my mom first moved in there-a year ago, they said they would help with the colostomy bag, 3 months later, they said they wouldn't, so I had to figure it out.

I would recommend it, the staff is good with the residents. Meals are tasty, clean atmosphere and the Director is great. My dad is in memory care, so things do get lost/misplaced.

It's beautiful and the facilities are first rate. They haven't been able to coordinate laundry and cleaning schedule for my mom and so that is something we are working on .

I would recommend. The kitchen should vary the food a bit more. Overall, it's a positive experience but the residents all talk with each other about wanting to leave. They feel imprisoned. I don't think it's reflective of the community, just their situation.
