All staff are very friendly and helpful and happy with their jobs. They truly seem interested in the people living at the Cambridge. It's a smaller community than most which allows for more staff contact and easier for the tenants to move around without having to go great distances. I am very pleased that my mom and dad are living at the Cambridge.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They are very understanding of my mother's needs. I would recommend the Brookdale Fremont. It has been a pretty good experience. Everyone is really nice. The friendliness is excellent. This is a really nice community. Everything has been going well. I am pleased with the services. The value is pretty good. I can't rate the care services because it is not applicable.

We think of The Cambridge place quite highly. The staff is friendly and professional. Some of the residents are not very friendly. There is probably not a lot the staff can do about that. There are some really rude residents that are rude to others. In general, the facility is great. My mother is still new and getting use to it. Everything she needs is there. It's just a matter of her taking advantage of it. We think of the place in good terms.

The folks at Brookdale Fremont have all been very accommodating, willing to help wherever they can. The food is also very good. The only thing I do not particularly like is that if you use one of their side-doors to step outside for a moment, you can't go back in but have to walk all the way around to the front. I assume they have it this way for security purposes, but it is an inconvenience. Other than that one very minor thing, it has really been a very positive experience overall.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They have two choices for their main meals and also a soup option. A lot of chances for social activities.

Emeritus, now called Brookdale, is a wonderful place where the employees are all excellent, caring, and helpful. The apartments are a great value, and they are putting a lot of work into upgrading the whole place. I would recommend Brookdale with much enthusiasm. We are very grateful for the experiences our family had with them.

My mom was only there for about four weeks before she fell and broke her hip, but while she was there they took real good care on her. They checked on her regularly, and made sure she was involved and active. I would highly recommend Montvale Estates.

It is a grate place to live ,all the meals are furnished and maid service . I like it very much ,but i am a person that stayes by my self .I ENJOy BEAING BY MY SELF .

Dad was welcomed and has started to meet those with similar interests. The dining room food is very good and everything is located where he can easily attended activities. Parking is not great for visitors but he likes it there so it's not a major problem.

I moved my parent here from out of state. The staff at The Solana have bent over backwards from the start to insure a smooth and welcoming transition. We have been most impressed by the efficiency, the professionalism, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of everyone we have come into contact with thus far.

So far they have been phenomenal! They call me for everything. They have a mobile x-ray unit to take an x-ray if they fall. It's assisted living and they do have memory care. They have taken very good care of her and have taken a lot off of my shoulders. I honestly have not had anything bad to say. You do have to watch the bill closely everything is itemized. Every server and every aide I have come across, have all been more than I expected. I have highly recommended them to several people already. They have more staff and more 24 hour staff, so there is always somebody in the building.

The folks at Walden Place are very nice ,pleasing, just a delight to be with.

My mother is very happy there and it was hard to get her to buy in to going to some place. My mother is very pleased, they keep her more than occupied. My mom has Alzheimer's and I've noticied several others and they take care of each other very well. They have certified people coming out that were basically right there on the premises and that was excellent, I'm more than pleased. I'm just prayerful that the rate won't go up terribly because we can't afford more, but other residents tell me to expect a significant increase, but there's life around her, she has friends there and I'd like not to move her. I've eaten meals down there and I've had a good opportunity to observe, i just pop up and her little apartment s always clean and there's always someone there to do what they need to do. It's a good place, she's never lonely, she feels independent and there's always things for her to do.

I toured this for my mom who will be coming out of state to be closer to me and my family. Very nice place. I like their centrally located areas and the wading pool and atrium. Best part was their "anytime" dining, since my mom is a night owl and never liked the strict meal times. She's now on a waitlist to get in!

My overall experience upon moving to Vitalia is rated at 4 stars. I don't think 5's are logical as any moving situation has its pros and cons. Although several conversations took place prior to selection and much paperwork and documents were presented there was a period during which I felt overwhelmed. Adjusting to new surroundings while still trying to make it a home took priority. Learning the rules ie who to contact with questions could have been easily solved if a long time resident ( or committee) had been available as a potential source of info. Knowing who to contact is more than half the battle because as a newbie the last thing you want is to be labeled a problem. After settling in which took several weeks I am able to say I am satisfied with overall service. The staff is pleasant and friendly and there are plenty of opportunities to become socially active. I am making it my personal goal to try a variety of programs and to make as many new friends as possible.

My very first tour so I have nothing to compare to. My guide was knowledgeable and gracious. She invited me to come participate at some point to get a better feel as I get closer in chosing what I feel fits me best.

Floor staff were very good. Seemed like they couldn't hold on to their admin staff. Food was fine. Quality of care was very good. I felt my mother was safe there. Notable staff were nurse [name removed] at nurses station and [name removed]-Love who worked on the floor. [name removed] from Premiere Health was also very good. Reason for leaving was financial only.

The facilities seemed to be clean and organized. The staff seemed engaged with the occupants. We are early in our search but found the sales person knowledgeable and supportive.

Mostly, things are good there. The staff is nice and thoughtful. My father passed away last[Date Removed] and the support they gave my mom and the rest of the family was tremendous. There are plenty of activities for mom and she does almost all of them. The facilities are clean and the food service is good. The Princeton does struggle with communication sometimes. Mom had a fall and went to the ER as a precaution. I wasn't notified until hours later. There was a billing mix up after my father passed and we just got a bill for 4 months rent, after being told we had a credit each billing cycle. There have been a few medical things that have popped up that I only found out about because I initiated a meeting (I am PoA). But, they are nice people and try to fix the issues when they arise.
