I give them an A, they have done a great job. They have been very helpful they have treated him well. It's clean and everyone is friendly. Anything he has needed they have done it right away, and they keep us informed. We are very pleased with them.

They are doing an excellent job. I really looked around everywhere around here, and The Solana is really good. It's clean, and the staff is really great. She really likes the food, and she is picky eater, I have eaten there too, and it was really good. She is happy there, and everyone else is happy there too!

I'm doing a whole lot better than I was health wise. They are feeding me a lot better than I was feeding myself. The facility is above satisfactory and the staff is above wonderful. There is plenty of entertainment, if I choose to join in. My only complaint is that when they make an announcement over the PA I can hear the chime clearly but I can't hear the announcement unless I jump up and run to the door. I think they are doing a great job though, I am very happy with them.

I love them! I think they are doing an excellent job. She is very happy there. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They take good care of the residents. I can't really think of any thing I want to see done better. They really are doing a very good job.

They are very good. I don't have any complaints about the level of cleanliness, and the staff is friendly. I don't do activities, so I couldn't tell you about those, but I don't have any complaints. Everything is working out fine.

The Cambridge is wonderful. We want to move there ourselves. She liked it there. She liked the people and the staff. There is a home health agency onsite to help with extra care needs. The staff here bent over backwards to try to help her. There is just a real community feel to it. Everybody, and I mean everybody says hello and speaks to you, when you walk by. They have really fostered a wonderful atmosphere.

I only helped friends find a faculty, but really liked The Cambridge. The people were very, very nice, and David was very good. The person there is happy being there.

We toured this when making a choice. It was very clean, immaculate with no odors. The people I spoke with were all very nice. This was a little out of our price range. It was a first class place though.

My mom moved into the Solana shortly after opening in 2012. We weren't happy with the prior facility she was residing in so we began our search. We met with Sales and then the ED. We were impressed with their longevity and passion for being in the "caring" business. We had toured other facilities but in the end we chose Solana and we couldn't be happier! The staff are so friendly, greet you with a smile, it is clean and active! Of course there have been growing pains along the way but I haven't met anyone that is perfect and I know I wouldn't be able to care for my mom the way Solana has cared for her. My mom is happy which makes me very happy! I am thankful for Solana and appreciative of what the staff do everyday! It truly takes a special person and at Solana we have found many!

I was looking for a place for my great uncle to have a little more security but still be on his own. The Cambridge was the first facility I took him to visit. From the moment we walked into the door we were greated by staff and residents. Everyone was extremely nice and ready to strike up a conversation. My great uncle being the talker he is was delighted. Although with his dementia he thinks he already knows everyone from his past, he is ready to talk their ears off. No other place can compare to a real loving and caring community like this. By the time we left from the visit he wanted to come back and live. The days leading up to him moving in all he wanted was to move in right away so he could visit his buddies. The staff was great and still are as helpful as when we were just looking. I even joked it was so great I would move in (although I don't meet the age requirement).

My dad says the food is good, but I haven’t had a chance to try it myself. The parking is really very limited, so that’s been a concern. There are nice outside areas for residents to enjoy. The community is clean and we’re happy with the services offered.

We don’t really use any care services, so I can’t rate that. My loved one has dementia so it was very hard to settle in. It’s hard for anyone at that age. There can be lot of time required of the family to start. The staff was great with that.

They did a wonderful job here, it was a very high end community, and I'd rate them highly across the board. The place was nice looking, the staff were friendly, and they did a great job with all of the services they provided. The activities director in particular was wonderful!

My experience with the staff at Mallard Point has been wonderful. Everyone has made the transition for my mom an easy one. Everyone is also continuing to update and communicate with me during my mom's first 90 days.

We have been very pleased with Mallard Point. When we had concerns they listened and fixed the issue. Most of the staff have been very helpful. The apartment is wonderful and the food has been excellent. There are lots of activities and the other people living there have been friendly and encouraging. The meals are at a scheduled time but that is helpful to us. The view is very good and it is in a quiet residential area. It is wonderful to have one payment include everything.

APFM was very helpful in narrowing down our search to places that accepted smoking. That was important to our mom. There were a couple of places that they referred me to that I didn't realize were in my community, so that was good to know. One of those ended up being the place that we chose. Our mom is very happy with the care that she is receiving so far, and so are my sister and I. Thank you for your help!

Montvale has proven to be a wonderful choice for my mom. The entire staff is friendly, cheerful and caring and the food is excellent with many choices for those who don't find the main offering at any meal to their taste. There are also two rooms for family meals with mom or you can simply join her in the main dining room. Motvale offers numerous activities, including regular exercise classes, movie nights, games and live music virtually every week from a variety of musicians. Finally, although technically an independent living facility, Montvale partners with a company called Vital Wellness to provide many assisted living services, some of which my mom requires.

My mother was required to move out of rehab earlier than expected after her stroke. We had contacted Solana earlier about moving mom there selecting an efficiency for her, but we had two days notice that she was being released earlier. Solana went out of their way to provide a temporary room until her assigned room became available two weeks later. It was such a relief for us, since everyone there was friendly and caring. Mom has upgraded from an efficiency to a one-bedroom place since then and is doing well. I live 400+ miles away so I can only visit monthly. I continue to be surprised that everyone know who I am by name, knows exactly where my mom is at the moment (restaurant, class activity, etc.), and provides near immediate response on my requests for billing, health records, etc. The care has been wonderful, the food has been really good, and the place treats you like family. I couldn't ask for more!
