As far as the staff being accommodating and friendly they have been good I haven't heard any complaints about the food or anything else I was quite disappointed that we were not fully apprised of the $[removed] that we paid to hold his room for just a couple of days and we would have taken our chances had we known it was for that and plus you went up on the rent $[removed] a month the month after he moved in and didn't give us a heads up on that so I'm just being honest you know maybe we should have asked more questions but maybe you should have told the truth

The staff has been very helpful. They have good activities. The cleaning staff does a good job in the rooms and common areas. The one downside has been the dining room. They have had turnover since the beginning. New people and short staff has caused long dining times at times.

The facility is very nice inside; bright, clean, and nicely decorated . There are several nice common areas, the dining room is spacious with lots of natural light. I liked the one bedroom and efficiency floor plans, both had nice balconies or access to a small patio. I think this would be a nice place to live.

The value for the money and the location were the main reasons we chose The Kentridge over other places we looked.

Larger meal servings would be nice.

As I search to replace myself in the care of my spouse my jealousy is enlisted and commissioned. Vitalia provides for my love greater than I could ever do alone. Thank you for dedicating time to assist all the tenants with luxurious care, delicious food, transportation excellence and good sleep. Good job! My family says good things about Vitalia.

Easy to sign up and move in. Really happy with the renovated units, so warm and cozy. Food is usually good, sometimes not so great but can always order Montvales great ham and cheese omelet- you'll never go wrong there! Really happy with the layout of everything but new carpeting will definitely be an improvement!

Everyone is responsive and helpful. Most of the activities are geared for females(which I understand bc that is overwhelmingly the majority of the residents). Any type of hand on activities is what my dad would enjoy the most.

The staff is warm and inviting. You feel like your home after a few minutes on the tour. They are helpful getting everything set up. And we are looking forward to working with the staff in the future.

I recently visited a resident and had lunch. We sat at our table at 11:30 with about 6 tables occupied and waiting on service. It was at least 45 minutes before anyone came out of the kitchen to wait on us. One person finally came out, waited on one table and returned to the kitchen without acknowledging any of us waiting. We placed a breakfast order when a different waiter came out and waited on all of the tables. and it took another 30-40 minutes. The food was marginal at best. It took us two hours to finish the meal. Since then, my resident friend has had continuous and consistent disappointment in the dining room for the same reasons: poor service and poor food; daily specials in particular.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very friendly, and very understanding. They worked with us to make sure we could get her in there. Yes, we would recommend University Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

Maintenance takes forever! Very frustrating. Residents are great! Very nice and friendly. Restaurant needs help with customer service and quality of food.

The staff has been extremely accommodating, but a few things weren't in place when we moved my Mom in. She's struggling emotionally with the move and feeling alone, but the staff has made a concerted effort to get her to activities and introduce her to new people.

Mystery bingo was a different set of in 3 cards that you were given and we did basically the same thing are regular bingo and got prize. I was a mystery bag at the things. We also want to , church service, sang 3 songs with out a company meant, preached read the sermon and had questions at the end went to bible study. The read from the bible basically and explained. No question no one answered anything. Craft class into making knitted hats was fun and continue with Christmas. I thinks I did my experience by go from apt to elevator at least 3x day of any more.

The value for cost is a borderline 5. Vitalia is a bit pricier than some similar facilities, but also would deal with my mom's gluten allergy when others wouldn't. What we like the most about the community is Easy to navigate in the building, not a maze of narrow hallways like some older facilities. Clean & tidy. Close to my house. Accommodating a gluten free diet

It is a beautiful place and I enjoy the pool, activities, plus the movies on traveling around the world. I am enjoying my many new friends.

My mom was at Boulevard from [date removed] to [date removed], when she passed away. She was in Assisted Living for about 3 months, before moving to Memory Care. The facilities are very nice, and the workers are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. She enjoyed the food, and I very much appreciated that they could give her medicine, clean her room, and wash her clothes.

The staff are very friendly. The residents are also. The food is fair I would say. They did just get a new Chef. You receive 3 meals a day. Restaurant hours say 7:00 to 7:00 but food is not available that whole time. However most of it. The one bedroom apartment is the perfect size. A very good layout. The bedroom accommodations our king size bed with some room to walk around. There is a good size MB closet. Kitchen is laid out very well with a counter you can it at. Housekeeping comes once a week. Does no heavy cleaning but dusts vacuums. Cleans bathroom does the floors. There are lots of activities to be involved in. I am pleased with choosing the Boulevard at Wentzville.

Decent staff. Some excellent, others not so much. Food is just so so, however, you can go eat at any time of the day which is nice small attractive facility and outdoor grounds. Would be helpful if they changed up their activities occasionally. Also, at this point, the call buttons have been rather problematic, not always functioning.
