We like the area and overall appearance of the community, the only thing we wish they could improve on is the overall communication and time management in regards to medicine distribution. They have a fantastic chef who cooks the best food around and the activities director is incredible. We love her, she is our favorite and she alone gets 10 stars.

We chose Sinclair Place because of the location of the facility and the size of the room that my mother was able to get and the fact it was on the first floor. The price was also very good compared to others we looked at in the area. Like anywhere right now, the biggest negative is the lack of staff members. Overall I would recommend them.

My father is a resident at Westwood. He is content with the assistance he receives from the staff at Westwood. I am concerned with his falling from his chair because of his leaning forward position. I’ve purchased a couple of seat belts to help keep him from falling forward as a precaution but am told it is considered a restraint and cannot be used. I’m concerned with his safety of falling more.

I would recommend the community to others. My loved one is happy here. The community has lost some housekeepers. Overall it is a really nice place. My loved one seems to enjoy the food. Some of the activities available are bingo, cornhole, happy hour, and more are available for the residents to choose from. There is a lot of activities offered. The best thing about the community is my loved one is having their dog with them.

At first our loved one said the meals and dining were not good, the breakfast would be served cold and sometimes what he ordered would be wrong or only half the order. However the meals are getting much better and now he is really enjoying. They also have activities for those who want to participate.

Suncrest is a great place, the people who work there with major emphasis are helpful, professional and very friendly. However, due to some of the covid restrictions and regulations some of the things we were told our loved one would have access to are not happening, and there is not much social stimulation. The community is very clean, and it is smaller so it offers more one on one attention, but even with their executive chef the food in the kitchen at times is very institutional, boring and bland.

Everyone has been wonderful, the quality of the care services has been very good, but they are having a high turnover rate with their staff. Sometimes it is hard to pin down the itemization for the different types of level of care so that has been a little frustrating. Every time we talk to our loved one they say the food is okay, there are some things she really enjoys. When we first moved in the activities director was doing a wonderful job, each day there was a good variety of things to do.
