I really liked Evergreen Place and was seriously considering them. The only reason we didn’t go with them is they do not accept Medicaid. But the facility was very clean. And it seemed like it is a quality care community.

My Mother in-law has been at Rogue River place for a year no. She is very pleased with the direct care.staff that help make her stay comfortable. They offer a variety of Social activities through out the day. The residents I have spoken with seem to echo the same thoughts as my mother in-law.

They're always very friendly. I think management and sales exaggerates a little bit when you're trying to figure out if it will be a good fit for your family. I was told if somebody wants a snack, it doesn't matter if it's midnight. You could call and ask for a sandwich, and they would make it. But after moving in, I was told that's not true, that the kitchen closes. So I would just recommend getting anything important in writing. The way they do their points system bothers me. When someone moves in, they reevaluate them after only two weeks, and they haven't even had time to adjust to a completely new lifestyle yet. My loved one seems happy with the food overall, The flavor is good, although some cuts of meat can be hard for seniors to chew. Their activities are one of my favorite parts. The gal who does those is really good at her job and good at communicating with elderly people, people who forget, people who get cranky. She's very personable. And I also appreciate that there's somebody there 24 hours to care for my loved one, which is important.

We chose Parkhurst Place because they had availability quickly when we needed it. The food is good, but they have arranged seating and she sits by someone who does not really talk to her so she wishes she could change seats. The room sizes here are good. The staff made it easy and they are working with us to help us get my moms long term care insurance to pay for it and they have been great with that. Overall my mom is doing better and adjusting well.

We are still going through a transition period and trying to get our loved one settled in to the community. We are still getting a feel for everything.

aides are friendly, patient, and attentive. activity director is creative in providing events residents are able to participate in based on physical and mental abilities. receptionist is friendly, kind and helpful. the chef modifies diets as needed, and is open to suggestions or comments. there is a beauty shop available with a very sweet beautician who enjoys older people. administrative staff have helped us immensely with paperwork and questions and they even stayed over night several nights during recent snowstorms to help keep residents safe.

I love them and thrilled we were guided this direction. They have great staff and a warm atmosphere.

We had a good tour experience with Wildflower Place, everything looked to be pretty good. One downfall is they only offer one level of care which is assisted living. So if your loved one progresses and needs more care you have to find another place. We needed a facility that was closer to the VA.

The community is having trouble with getting staff and keeping them, like any other organization right now. The aides are doing their best in getting to all the residents the best they can. Everyone is friendly and helpful to the residents and family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is an outside agency for therapy that works with the community to assist my loved one. They do a good job in helping my loved one. The medication distribution has been good during my loved one's stay. The food is good. I know when my loved one first arrived, they didn't have a cook. The staff were having to help cook; however, they now have a cook and they do a great job. My loved one thinks the food is good and tastes well. Some of the activities that are available are bingo, exercise, games, and more for the residents to choose from. There is a new activities director that just started.

This is a good place for the money for you or your loved one. They do an awesome job with our loved one. The one thing that we want is for them to get security cameras we did have some issues in the past where something was stolen off of the van. This would just give more comfort and knowing that our loved ones are protected with cameras. Go and talk to them they are very easy to talk to. My father was in the service and they also stated that there may be a discount which is nice because they are helping him with this. We also hope that they begin to offer more outings for the residents and things for them to do.

They lost my loved ones laundry. They seem to be going through a change. The staffing and management seems to be changing. Food was really good at first, that has declined a little bit. The enrollment and intake person is awesome. My loved one really likes the caregivers.

I liked this community but the thing that made the final decision was the fact that my loved one needed a community that would take medicaid if necessary. This would not have been an option here. The tour was good and they gave me all the information that I needed we just needed more financial options.

I would highly recommend Ridgeview Place. Dad is very happy there. He was pretty miserable at home by himself prior to moving in. It took him a little while to adjust, be now that he has, he's getting along very well. He goes to pretty much every activity. He tells me it feels like home. When I take him home with me for dinner, he's always anxious to get back. He's very happy there.

If you can get your loved one into the community, I would recommend you move them here. In fact I have already recommended it to others for their loved ones. The food is okay; however, they are changing the food service and will have more of a selection for the residents. The community recently went through a change of staff including management. There are activities daily for the residents to choose from. Some include church services, bingo, bible study, trips, arts and crafts, and more for the residents.

We chose Wildflower Place because of the location as well as it was being newly remodeled at the time and they were also reasonably priced. The facility is smaller which is a positive, there are only about 40 residents when it is full. The room sizes are equal to sizes at other places that we looked into. The food got a low score because they do not season their food at all and they do not allow residents to bring their own to the dining cafeteria. The meals come boxed and then they serve them.

The tour guide was great but the community was not what we were looking for for our loved one.

The community was responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The staff are prompt in what they did. During the short stay my loved one was cared well for. The community works well with hospice care.

The staff were very friendly during our tour. While walking around, the residents all looked to be very happy. The reason we did not choose them was because the location was further away so it would be hard to pick her up as often as we wanted and also the view from the room was not very pretty.

Good community, not the right fit for us.

This was a nice clean environment for my loved one. The community is short staffed, like any other community right now. Anytime there was a concern or question, the staff was good about the follow up and follow through.
