The direct care staff (CNAs) are very helpful and caring. The administration is more aloof and it is hard to get follow-through on what we are told will happen.

We were attracted to Trustwell Oak Creek based on the smaller facility size, the non-institutional appearance, location and terrific conversations with the exec director. It seemed a much better fit for our relative than the Milwaukee Catholic Home, where it appeared that no one was held accountable. In general, we're satisfied with Trustwell now that we're 4.5 months in. Admin staff is reasonably responsive and the maintenance person is a delight. Areas that could use improvement are skill level and consistency in the CNA team (apparently common in care facilities), room cleanliness, and food quality (our relative complains ... and honestly, the food doesn't look appealing to me).

Seem very caring. Director engaged accommodating. Our mother seems happy and is cared for. Staff is kind and attentive. Although at times staffing can be limited. You always need to be engaged no matter what facility. We started off a little ruff but things were addressed and have been smooth since. We have been there for nearly 3 months.

She gets a great deal of attention. Staff always calls everyone by name and is very responsive to needs. Staff made a point of introducing my mom to others. This facility is the right choice for my mom and she is content. They are providing her good care and that is the most important. I do not worry for her.

It's a smaller facility which gives it a homey feel. Head staff was good to look into issues that we brought to their attention. Dad didn't care for meal choices, but that could be personal preference.

My fiance has worked here for 3 years and she loves her job and the residents. The staff are amazing and care is as well, the facility is clean, and the food is delicious. Suncrest Place is one of the best facilities in southern Oregon, hands down.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The activities are fun. The room sizes are exactly what they need. We wish that there were more options on the heart healthy menu.

My Mom is very comfortable there. The nurses and other staff are all very friendly. If any issue comes up, the manager gives attention to it quickly. My Mom's rooms are a good size for her, but they have many larger size rooms too. Staff are great.

Makes my life easier and stress free. Good care, comfortable environment, meals provided make my life less stressful. Food is pretty good. Several choices for all meals. My rent was raised by approximately $[removed] a month first of this year. I'm going to have to move to a different facility that will accept Medicaid. My personal finances will be exhausted by Aug of this year. Even though Trustwell has applied for Medicaid it isn't available yet.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is clean. Food is good. Just came from a family dinner where families and friends can all get together. Nice. Most of the staff there as well. Needs some work to the inside, painting and new carpet.

My mom did appreciate her stay there at Trustwell, [name removed], the executive director made the process/ transition very smooth.. Everybody that assisted. My mom was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to [name removed], the chef!

The room seems nice, but she rarely leaves her recliner. Don't think she participates in any activities. She seems clean when we visit. The staff is nice, but communication is rather spotty. There is not much they can do for her other than keep her clean and safe knowing that she is unmotivated given her increased dementia and lack of energy. People need to know that they can't expect miracles as memory decline is more frustrating for those who care rather than those who have the disease.

They have caring staff, nice rooms and good activities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

There are no desk workers on Saturdays and Sundays. There could be more activities other than Bingo for my mother to do. However, my mother does like being there and she does not complain about the food. It seems to be very clean too. I like the location in Houma and the people that work there are very nice.

As well as can be expected for her age and condition. Turnover in Admin staff concerning. -Overall has been great

I like the cleanliness and the staff however, they're understaffed. They haven't given my mom any physical therapy since she got there. That's one of the reasons I chose Trustwell so I'm disappointed about that.

I'm very happy here. I love the way they clean my room and do my laundry. I love breakfast, but lunch and supper could be better. Loving staff. Maid service ([name removed]) is superb. [name removed], our activities director does my nails!

I like the fact that she gets physical therapy. The food is good and the facility is clean. I would recommend the facility to others looking for a nursing home.

They are really good with my sister. They take good care of her and make her feel loved.
