They accommodated us very quickly and efficiently. They certainly filled our instant need and we so appreciated that. Overall I would recommend Evergreen Place to others looking.

They tried very hard to meet our needs in a difficult situation. My brother was only there for 2 1/2 weeks before he passed away. We were very pleased with the care he received while here. They seemed to really care and tried to make him comfortable. Even though they didn't know how to deal with his colostomy bag, they worked hard to learn and take care of him. Every person we worked with had a caring attitude.

What we like most about the Oak Creek Place are the good friendly and helpful staff that work there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Based on our families experience the communicate is very little and if we had the chance to do it over, we would look more closely at other facilities.

Greeted warmly by staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Renovations are beautiful and it appears to be a very nice place. I would live here. i spoke with several current residents who all appeared well cared for and had good things to say about the community. staff was busy and seemed involved in patient care

I came for a tour of Trustwell Living of Springfield as a new lab tech. the residents were very nice and helpful. The staff was very nice they showed me around. I noticed the facility was very clean. The apartments I went into were huge compared to the other facilities I have been in.

Parkhurst I feel good about this facility. I get frustrated once in a while but who doesn’t because at the end of the day I think it’s great place to live and the care staff take good care of me. I enjoy living here.

I feel very comfortable here. People are easy to work with. The caregivers are nice and polite. Maintenance man has been on top of things for me. Always comes when I need a fixing. The crew has always been on top of things. Very nice place.

The rooms are great. Have your own TV in your room. Everything works. Great dining room and food. The staff is great and very helpful. We are always busy having a great time. Highly recommend coming and taking a look.

I love living here and don't ever want to move. I love the staff , Med aides are excellent. The activity director keeps us busy with the things we enjoy. The chef Is great. He comes out and speaks to us. He cares about what we like or don't like. This is a great place to live.

My Mother-in-Law has been a resident for about 6 months, and has grown to enjoy the staff greatly. Their professionalism and caring attitudes have earned her trust. The multitude of activities helps to make her time there more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire staff….keep up the good work!

It's a nice location, outside of the city. It's a smaller community, with one level, which is a more intimate, friendly, and cozy atmosphere. I felt that, my loved one needed a larger community with more people, and social interaction.

The transition has been handled very well. My mom has made many friends and really enjoys the activities. She also likes the food!

Finding any place with Quality care in this day and age because most places experience short staffing, which effects every category. The staff works very hard and most are honest and reliable. I see compassion and genuine interest in my Mother, especially since my Father recently passed away. For cleanliness I think there could be some improvement, but they do pretty well overall. Friendliness is an important quality in valuing vulnerable seniors when they are frail parents, they were very welcoming and kind to my parents and me. They are short staffed but really make every effort to take care of my Mother, especially since my Father recently passed away. Food has a healthy variety on the menu and tasteful. Activities again, good variety and helpful for social and emotional connections.

It has been good for Mom to have supervision but to also have freedom at the same time.

We have not seen the community ourselves so we cannot comment on the cleanliness, but we do know based on the experience our family has had so far we would recommend Suncrest Place to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good tour experience and one of our top contender's.

I moved into Park Hurst after living 11 years in my pickup. I knew very little about assisted living facilities. but I find myself impressed by the quality of care and the character of the caregivers. Thank you.

Trustwell Living is having quite a bit of turnover with some staffing which we understand that is like every place right now but we do see the frustration of having train and then re-train new people and having to get to know new people all the time. However the staff members are all really nice. We dealt with [name removed] who is not there anymore in the beginning and she was very helpful and thoroughly explained the process to us which we appreciated. The meals are really good. We love the birthday celebrations they have each month for the residents, we also like the nice holiday parties and dinners they put on. They were very encouraging to the families to come and enjoy the holiday parties and dinner - they sent invites over email and gave the families ample time to respond back. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It's a good place. We like it. I think they're friendly enough and do a pretty good job of keeping with my loved one.
