This was a very nice community. The tour guide knew all the resident's names. The fees for care was extra depending on what we needed.

The community and the area around it is very convenient and friendly. Mansfield Place was the first place I looked at. [name removed] was very impressionable. The cost at the time was a little more reasonable for my loved one

I am generally happy with this place and my care here.

Dad coming to Miller Place has given the family peace of mind.

We chose Rogue River Place because it is a smaller facility so it is less overwhelming for my mom. I also feel like she gets more personalized care and she has an easier time getting around. They do have tons of activities provided. Residents have a lot of opportunity to get out of their rooms and get out and about whether they want to or not. She has a really nice view out of her room as well which she enjoys. The meals from what I have seen seem to be healthy and fresh. I would definitely recommend Rogue River Place to others.

My dad and multiple residents have been complaining that the food is not cooked properly. Lots of room for improvement on the food. Other than the food everything else has been quite lovely and very well suited for our families needs.

What really stood out to us was the cleanliness of the community and the administrative staff team have been excellent. We would recommend the Wildflower Place to other families.

Nice well put together tour with what seemed to be a very nice and clean facility. They went above and beyond on the tour.

Next to living in your own home, good health and own experiences, Urbana Place is top notch. Urbana Place has many opportunities for goodness. You are treated by the best people to help you in your later years. Your home is immaculate. You are surrounded by good food, good health care, and many cheers for each day. The kind of care you receive is gentle and refreshing. Your laundry is done nicely and there is always someone around to help. Good, loving and kind care is given here at Urbana Place.

They have a good list for the activities, that they offer, although my loved one does not participate in any activities. It has been a positive experience. They really pay attention, to the needs of my loved one-, and their increasing needs. They have made bothaccomodation, and modifications for my loved one. Overall, they are doing there best and I am pretty happy with the services.

Living at Clyde Gardens Place has helped my dad become engaged with other people. He participates in activities like exercise classes, so he's a bit more motivated and more social. The staff are pretty good, although there are lots of staff changes. That just seems to be the way the healthcare system is right now.

After an event back in January of 2021, my Dad could not go home to Independent Living. It is not that he is in need of help with any ADLs. He is still mobile (without any sort of walking device), he still bathes, eats, dresses, etc....without any needed assistance. Ne was what is referred to as a non-compliant diabetic. So he does not take his medicines as prescribed by his PCP, which over time ends up getting him in trouble and in the hospital with a multitude of other health issues. We just need a place that could manage his medications for him (literally making him take them as needed) and provide a safe, lovely, and kind place to live. This is what I found in Kent Place! I hope that we never see the time where he needs to go on Medicaid, because they do not accept it. We hope that he will instead live out the rest of his days in this wonderful place he calls HOME.....Kent Place!

The levels and what they do as far as the physical therapy progam, might help others. It's a clean community. Be sure to have a plan, for your loved one to get better, which is a key piece, and goal to shoot for. Overall, focus on getting your loved one better and stronger.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was nice as well as the staff, however it was to small and it was to far away from our house but their prices were reasonable

I would say staff are pleasant and do their best for the residents. Rooms could be kept better. Big negative is staff response to letting visitors in and out.

Ridgeview came highly recommended by 2 different sources. We were in an urgent need so I did not have much time to shop around. The cost for the room is reasonable and comparable, but the cost of care is quite high comparatively. The care is great - but definitely expensive. We are pretty happy with the experience overall and would recommend them to others looking.

Friendly atmosphere. There was lots of activities offered. She knew people already there, which helped out a lot.

They take good care of my loved one, but they lose her clothes and linens, so you have to keep an eye on that. She's wearing other peoples clothes, which I don't fully understand. I did address those concerns to them; they were very friendly and they speak of efforts, but I haven't seen any results just yet. Communication between the community and myself is good and is usually person to person, or through telephone & email. Overall I would recommend Ridgeview Place to others.

We toured with Trustwell Living of Raytown and really liked the facility and everything that we saw, it just came down to the location. Our family lives north of the river so it would have been too far of a drive for them.

I toured Plum Creek Place and the community was very nice and nice looking. The people were very nice as well. We were looking for something a bit more independent. We chose another community because Plum Creek Place was a bit too nursing home-like. Although the rooms were fairly new, I noticed hospital beds in the rooms.
