Trustwell Living

Before the big mess there with the RN situation, it was not a place I was comfortable with. Now with new staff, administration, things are going great. Good communication. My mom loves it there. I probably would recommend but, need more time to settle in to the new staff and see how it goes.

The staff are all very caring, attentive and respectful of the people in the community and each other.

Cleanliness, looks, smell, ate 2 meals there they were not fancy just good food, extra services for assisting residents and Price was the best of all that I saw.

My grandma lives here and really likes it. They have fun events she attends, they include family and the food is good. Staff are friendly and caring. Thank you Trustwell Living Evergreen Place!

My parents are residents of Trustwell Living at Evergreen Place. I cannot say enough good things. The peace of mind knowing that someone is there to check on my parents each day, three meals a day and just the overall care the staff provide. Their activity director is always thinking of something fun for them to do, whether it be going to see Christmas ships, store outings, casino trips (mom's favorite) crafts or fun parties. I highly recommend Evergreen Place!

My mom died [date removed]. They took very good care of her. She could be demanding but they were patient. Everyone very caring dining / food service good and mom loved bingo. Apartment good size and clean. Thanks for your help suggesting them and helping her get VA benefits from my dad's service.

[name removed] in admissions was amazing very thoughtful and great at keeping me informed it was literally like moving my grandma into a place where she has already lived for years the warm welcoming the friendliness. My grandmother told me Eagle Pointe place has exceeded her expectations

We have been working with Trustwells community rep [name removed] while we transition our dad to Trustwell. She has been a joy and quite helpful in this transition in a very practical yet empathetic manner. Very impressed with the facility as well. We hope the time that dad has here is as good as it has started out to be. High hopes!

As you can probably see from my answers, the facility is clean and many of the CNAs are friendly and helpful, but I think they've got some areas with their menu and the administrative staff that they're definitely needs to be some work. It is a serious commitment I just don't want to elaborate on the administrative staff. I think that the people who live there will need to work with Administration on improving the menu

Staff at Trustwell Living River Run Place are extremely kind and thoughtful.

It's 5 stars for me thus far. Of particular note, their nursing supervisor is world class. The staffing ratio is excellent and the communication has been top notch. They immediately caught a medication issue and Linda has improved dramatically since moving in. The room is larger than anticipated and the staff is welcoming and professional. I appreciate the food options. If I had any quibble it's that the food appears bland, but that's anticipated when serving a diverse community with dietary restrictions. To this point, Astor Place has felt like a true partner.

I am a friend of a family member that resides at Oakley Place and I could not be happier with the love and care she receives. It is hard to trust people now adays and I know without a doubt that she is getting the utmost treatment. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an assisted living to check into Oakley Place.

My brother in law was only there for a short time. He was horribly behaved, but the staff was wonderful. Yes we would recommend Trustwell Living to other families based on the experience.

I was pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. The facilities were very nice. We were out of town, so we didn't see [name removed] during His stay. But he seemed happy when we picked him up. And had no complaints. On the downside (not a criticism of them) they discovered that he required a higher level of care than they were normally capable of offering. They provided it during His stay, but told me they would not be able to so again in the future.

[name removed] and I are very favorably impressed with Parkhurst. I rate each of the 8 items a 5. No kidding. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and they continue to be genuinely friendly. The food is consistently attractive and wholesome. The place always looks like it was just cleaned.

They have helped me out with his medication calling around to get him the right medication he needs. Highly recommend.

I came in unannounced and the staff was so welcoming and inviting. I took a tour of the community and they made me feel at ease and gave me so much helpful information I would not have even known to ask about. I know that this is the place for my parents. It was so cozy and comforting. It felt the most like coming home to visit than the other cold facility type places. Thank you

The staff was very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They do so much to invite the families in with the residents of the community. Like family night! I never thought I’d be ok putting my family in an assisted living because they feel like a locked sterile place with too many rooms. Mansfield place is the BEST if you want a real family atmosphere with care and socialization. They make my family feel like their own family. Not a room number lost in the sea of rooms. If you want the personalized attention and care, Mansfield place assisted living is BEST choice.
