My Dad has been a resident for a few months. Staff have been great. He loves the food. I feel he is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend if you want a place that will get to know your parent. I am grateful.

Choosing Oakley Place for my dad was the best decision we made. The staff communicates well, treats him with respect, and pays attention to the little things that matter. Knowing he is safe, supported, and surrounded by kind people gives our whole family peace of mind. We trust Oakley Place fully.

The staff at Oakley Place takes incredible care of my loved one. They are compassionate, patient, and always go the extra mile. I’m so thankful for this community. My Grandma is such an important part of my life and as she has aged I am very thankful I have a place to go and see her thrive and be cared for.

I recently toured Trustwell Living at Oakley Place, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The community was warm, inviting, and exceptionally clean. We've been very happy with the experience for almost 1 year. Part of the care issue is adjusting to working with new primary care and not always knowing what is going on like I did when she lived with me.

1-7 all 5s. Amazing staff worked closely w me to get paperwork from drs. Very patient. My need was immediate and someone available to talk to even on weekends. The staff is so pleasant from cooks to aides to everyone. Always a smile and greet you. So far the quality of care is excellent. My brother isn't speaking much these days. But he is always ready to go to the dining room for meals. Always smells good. The place itself is nice and bright and clean. It smells fresh not the urine smells of some facilities. My brother isn't speaking new to the place so he has not yet participated in activities. But the calendar looks inviting and I know eventually he would enjoy them. Price is comparable to other places. It was sticker shock to see the cost of assisted living facilities.

For #s 1-5 I would give Plum Creek the best rating 5 # 6 Food would be 3. Because the meals were very very basis, not varied, cheap, and sometimes delayed. #7 Activities would be 3. They had trouble keeping activity people (as the turnover) was very high; resulting in few activities for the residents. #8 Value for the money would be 3. Frequently their internet & cable service would go out for extended periods. Tv is important to the residents. The lack of regular & multiple activities was a concern. Their nursing & aides employee turnover rate was high so residents were constantly having to adjust to new people. However, the overall experience was good for our family; especially the smaller facility that allowed more timely responses. The director ([name removed]) was very good at her job & always provided prompt answers to any questions and/or concerns that our family had...

We have invested in a long term care policy and decided to see what Assisted Livings in our area has to offer. We visited Oakley Place, and were really impressed. [name removed] was attentive to our needs as we age and helped us with all of the questions we had. We look forward to calling Oakley Place home one day!

The moment my Mom and I walked in the door we felt at home. You can tell the staff truly cares about their residents. We were thoroughly pleased with how clean and well kept the facility is. I highly recommend if you are considering an assisted living for you, or your loved one that you join the Oakley Place family.
