Trustwell is top notch. They provide amazing care and attention to the residents. What really makes it so good is the staff. And it's a really nice facility, well kept, with a bonus, a beautiful park directly across the street with geese, peacocks and ducks and a big pond. Highly recommend it!

The sense of community at The Charleston is palpable. My great aunt has formed meaningful friendships, and the staff works really hard to cultivate a family-like atmosphere. Special events and outings provide opportunities for residents to engage with one another and the broader community, fostering social connections that are crucial for emotional and mental well-being. We always feel welcome and involved, whether it’s through visiting, participating in events, or collaborating on care decisions. This inclusivity strengthens the bond between staff, residents, and families, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and valued. I asked my aunt how she would score the place out of 5 and she said 4 stars only because she wants more surf and turf meals! 5 from the family!

One of the most impressive aspects of The Charleston is the dedication and professionalism of its staff. Caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and highly trained, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention that meets their unique needs. I wish I would have known about this place sooner because boy has it been a lifesaver

I moved in about 2 months ago and the staff have been great. They are very compassionate and take very good care of the residents. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in my new residence. The meals are good and the staff makes sure that all the apartments are cleaned and laundry is done on a regular schedule. All the staff members are very professional and conduct themselves in a friendly manner. They are helpful and attentive to all the residents needs. A good place to live for those of us who need assistance.

Very casual , friendly. They are well organized and they made deciding on Trustwell River Run, very easy for us to place mom there. She loves it, and having committed, happy employees make this home.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the Marketing Director — [name removed] —this past week, and he was beyond helpful!! Not only did he take hours out of his day to address my questions, but he also brought a refreshing energy that you can’t always find in the retirement world.

We placed our mother at this facility in April of this year. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about this place. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly, kind and caring with the residents and their visiting families. There are endless amount of activities daily. We love the courtyard in the middle of the facility, which allows the residence to get out and enjoy fresh air and beautiful landscaping! We highly recommend placing your loved one here.

Trying to find the right place for my dad was a daunting task. We toured lots of places that were all nice but River Run Place stood out to us as the only location that offered a personalized, comfortable, quiet, courteous approach. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and what really stuck out to us was their great communication. I could call or text and someone was always available during the move-in process. It's been just a couple of weeks since he got there and while moving to Assisted Living can have its challenges for anyone, they have gone above and beyond in their attention to my dad and his needs. On the first night there he wanted something different on the menu and they whipped it up for him. I've been impressed with how they handle every nuance of his needs and wishes and am very thankful we found this place! Thanks [names removed] & Team for helping our family!

Wow! Great! Fantastic! Suncrest Place is the best assisted living facility for my sister-in-law. The administrators and the staff are very friendly, caring, and efficient. Their service and care is first-rate. The activities are just right for my sister-in-law. The fellow residents are very supportive. I highly recommend Suncrest Place.

We found A Place for Mom by googling senior living in temple - they were very helpful in finding Wildflower Place. We toured Monday and put our deposit down for the waitlist. [name removed] asked if we minded sharing our experience and are happy to. Beautiful building with a really nice staff from what we can tell so far.

We toured for my dad and was pleased with the community- he needs somewhere asap and they do not have immediate availability so we are trying to work that out. I hope we can. Nice staff when we were there. Clean too

We toured here along with a few other places in the temple belton area, and ultimately decided to go with Wildflower Place. [name removed] and [name removed] tour came out and spoke with us personally and introduced us to several of the residents and staff. I don’t know how to explain it. It was just so genuine and warm when we entered and met everyone as far as we can tell, we would absolutely recommend this facility.

The RiverRun community is very warm and welcoming. From the first contact with them, I felt this was a place that my mom could thrive in and she does. She likes the activities and shopping trips. She loves her caregivers. I feel they are doing a great job and really listen. She feels safe and I feel good about her care.

This place was wonderful for mom. They have a great caring staff, wonderful food and daily activities for everyone. Mom was very well cared for here. Only down fall they don’t take Medicaid. We had to move her due to this fact. We found a place that has ten Medicaid rooms and are equipped for end of life care. Also just as nice as Trustwell. Even with this being said. Would have rather kept her at Trustwell if they could have offered the same.

Staff friendly and polite, eager to help. Food is good & helpings are generous. Rooms are cleaned regularly as well as trash pickup & laundry. All in all this place has not disappointed.

Maintenance response good. Friendly staff. Good food.

I have been in 3 other places. Plum Creek Place is the best one. Staff is caring and friendly. There are a lot of activities.

I love visiting Trustwell living. They are all wonderful people and do amazing work for the people here. It seems like family to me… they do a beautiful job with decorating and the food has always been great!!! I feel very welcome to come visit [name removed] here. Thank everyone for the beautiful job you all do!!!!!

This is a wonderful home for my sister. She is treated with love and respect. We enjoy the family nights which give us a chance to visit and enjoy the entertainment. We are impressed with the way the staff relates to visitors as well as residents.

Since Trustwell is a smaller facility the staff knew every resident and each resident knew every staff member. The staff were so kind and patient always willing to help a resident with any needs. My mom loved being around people and if there wasn't an activity going on (which was rare) you would find her in the lobby sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace. Any staff member who passed by always checked in with her. When she returned to Trustwell from a hospital stay all the staff was waiting for her in the lobby with clapping and welcoming cheers. Both she and I were very touched by this. I know my mom was so fortunate to be a part of the Trustwell community
