My mom did not participate much in activities, though she did enjoy going to hear the musicians that came in. My main feedback relates to how friendly and helpful the administration and staff were. I was under a lot of stress and time pressure to find a place for my mom, and the administrators were incredibly helpful. The admissions person met with me quickly and helped things move forward as soon as possible, accommodating our situation. The head of nursing provided me with the extra resources that I needed (particularly getting my mom set up with a good hospice organization), and the financial office was friendly and easy to work with. They were all very involved and helpful, and there was great communication. I was also very pleased with her room and the living accommodations. It was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were overall friendly and responsive. My mom especially liked one of her caregivers, and I met another that I thought was very good. And I had cause to interact a couple of times with the person who administered medications and found her to be both proactive and responsive. So really I have no complaints!

The staff here is wonderful! Would definitely recommend for a family member needing Assisted Living. [name removed] is great! [name removed] is great! [name removed] is great! The facility is very clean and the residents are friendly. They have wonderful activities to participate in as well.

My brother was a resident for his last two weeks of his life he couldn’t have found a better place. The staff was so supportive and friendly even in this short and very difficult time. The facility was clean and pleasant and the other residents seemed very happy and friendly.

Aides are very nice and helpful. They have activities every day during the week. Happy hour on Friday with entertainment. Food is hit and miss, but you can get alternative from the menu. You can get rides to appointments on Tuesday and Thursday. Everyone is friendly.

Extremely friendly staff, and residence seem very happy. They said the food was good here. Very clean and smelt great! Small and Family like community. The apartments are very cost-efficient. The community is snuggled back in a wooded neighborhood. No road noise. I really enjoyed my visit.

I have had the pleasure of helping out at this facility on multiple occasions. From the staff to the residents this place feels like home. [name removed], the ED, has done an exceptional job at making this feel like home for all of the residents and such a great place for the staff to want to work. She is the true definition of a compassionate and hardworking human. She goes above and beyond for the community. The care staff including, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] just to name a few really go the extra mile for these residents. Bev who helps out in any area that is needed is always a pleasure. This community is really becoming top notch thanks to the work the staff puts in day after day. I look forward to each time I get the pleasure of helping out here and can’t wait to come back each time.

This is a wonderful assisted living community. I have attended several events for seniors and always have a great time. I would recommend this community to anyone. Staff is great and friendly. Clean and neat. Smells good.

When it comes to the meals, it appeared to have a lot of microwaved items, but there are lots of available activities, mother didn't participate. Ys, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

The staff are great, caring and thoughtful of the residents. I could not have found a better place for Mom. Close to home and Mom is happy and well cared for. We shopped around, and Clyde Gardens fit everything we wanted in an assisted living facility.

We looked at a ton of places in Eugene. The team at River Run took all the after hour calls with questions, extra visits, and just so much extra time with our family. We are grateful to them and our loved one is adjusting so well. [names removed] really made the entire process smooth. Thank you!!

[name removed] and [name removed] made this transition for my Mom so easy. You can tell how passionate they are about the residents it is not just a job for them. So happy to know my Mom is taken care of by everyone there! What a great place

I have always been impressed with the friendliness. Nurses seem to be helpful and and the aides are very sweet with my friend. Meals seem pleasing, although my friend sometimes complaiins because her food must be chopped!

I toured Clyde Gardens Place a week ago and had a wonderful experience. The Director [name removed] was Amazing! She took the time out of her busy schedule to give me a tour of the community just by walking in the door with no appointment. She was very professional and courteous while explaining all the amenities a Trustwell Living community had to offer. I would highly recommend this place for a loved one!!!!!!

My sister became a resident of Rogue River Place after discharge from the local hospital. Her complex medical problem necessitated close and attentive clinical and personal care and management. The staff provided excellent care and had no hesitation in taking a concerted effort to care not only for her, but her family and friends also..

Usually you walk in and expect to see and smell unfortunate sights and smells - that was not the case here. I think this is probably the cleanest and most welcoming facility I’ve been in. I’m always greeted with smiles!

Never have I experienced such a warm and welcoming community - what a blessing to have the genuine team there that’s always happy to greet and assist. Truly a heaven sent building. Gorgeous courtyard too.
