Trustwell Living Kingsbury is very clean and provides excellent care! All staff are very professional and caring to the residents. The meals they prepare are great and they have fun activities for the residents! We enjoy the family/friend events too! Highly recommend!

Have a resident here that gets good care in a friendly atmosphere with very good food. They have fun activities for the residents to participate in. You can call and check in on your loved one anytime. They provide transportation to appointments which helps out a lot when you need a wheelchair.

Our Mother has been a resident for almost a year now. A nice place for her to interact w/others in her condition. Dementia is a struggle for family members as well as the person themselves and Mom is doing well..being taken care of daily, interacts w/others, enjoys activities, visits from friends and family and making new friends w/other residents. I encourage Kingsbury Place to continue to better themselves for all.

Very clean and well maintained facility. Staff are very friendly and caring. They prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and supper for the redidents and all meals are said to be very filling and taste great! I would highly recommend TW Kingsbury!

We are very happy with Trustwell Living at Kingsbury Place where my father-in-law has been a resident for the past two years. He absolutely loves it! He enjoys the food, visiting with other residents and considers the employees part of his family. He loves that everybody knows his name. He enjoys the extracurricular activities, especially karaoke.

They take excellent care of my mom. Treat her with respect and dignity. The Nurses provide excellent care. The Staff is attentive to her needs. Very clean and nice facility.. just like home. We appreciate the neighborhood setting.

I think it's a very nice place. Everybody there is kind and the staff is awesome and they take very good care of mom. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The care staff and med aides take amazing care of the residents. They are friendly and attentive. The facility is always clean and the residents are always happy and busy doing an activity of some sort.

Clean building, Happy residents, Friendly staff. Food is nutritious and flavorful. Activities are fun and engaging. Staff are attentive and friendly, engaging with residents, families, and coworkers. Highly recommend you come see for yourself.

Faculty staff was very supportive, and nice. The food is good, just about like a restaurant atmosphere. They really do a great job. Very clean and small enough, they don’t have to walk as far as some places.

This sweet little community is hands down one of the very best communities in the rogue valley. You are always greeted with warm, friendly staff and residents and their families are happy! The building is well ran with residents safety and happiness at the forefront of everything they do. I cannot say enough good things about Suncrest Place and the people that make it home to some really great residents!

I would recommend this place! The people who work here really care about the residents! We have have a great activities program. This place gives a family feel. Our meals are prepared greatly.This is a pet friendly facility.

I recently toured with [name removed] and I am thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and how happy all of the residents are. There were smiles every where I turned. The staff and residents all interacted so well and you can tell they all genuinely are happy. I would love for my mother to be apart of this family.

The facility is well kept and the food is good. The staff are all fantastic. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Before the big mess there with the RN situation, it was not a place I was comfortable with. Now with new staff, administration, things are going great. Good communication. My mom loves it there. I probably would recommend but, need more time to settle in to the new staff and see how it goes.

The staff are all very caring, attentive and respectful of the people in the community and each other.

Cleanliness, looks, smell, ate 2 meals there they were not fancy just good food, extra services for assisting residents and Price was the best of all that I saw.
