My sister developed cancer in her spine so her legs didn’t work and she was bedridden. She had trouble finding a comfortable position and it was painful to move The trustwell staff in Klamath Falls were very kind and supportive They did everything they could to make her comfortable [name removed] and [name removed] even came in to visit on their day off Our family is very grateful for the quality of care she received My mother also stayed here and received excellent care

My Mom lived at Trustwell for 7 years post her mild stroke. Her room was perfect for her and right next to the main activity room. We were able to decorate it and arrange her furniture perfectly. The facility was recently remodeled. It is lovely and has a very homey feel. Staff was responsive when I asked them to look in on my Mom and help her as needed. The Activities Director keeps the residents busy and engaged in fun activities. Musicians frequently entertain too.

The staff and administrators have been very welcoming to both myself and my loved one. My LO has her dog with her and she (the dog) is also warmly welcomed and the staff interacts with her, which pleases my LO. The staff is attentive to the residents' likes and dislikes, dietary preferences, etc.. My LO has felt at home and comfortable since her first day!

Living at Clyde Gardens Place is nice. The people are nice, the food is good, and I like activities.

I have been dealing with Highlander for a few years now and find them to be excellent in their care. They listen and work with the family to suit your individual needs. [fee removed] is efficient and so knowledgeable in her field. The whole staff is extremely accommodating . I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

The staff came to house to evaluate my mom. the food looks great, various activities and entertainment and expensive but has been well worth it. we would absolutely recommend Trustwell Living to other families based on the experience so far.

My Grandma has been at River Run a few months now and really enjoys everything they have to offer. She was living alone for so long and needed some extra support and to make some new people. So happy we found this place!

Oakley Place was so kind and helpful with the touring process and helping me understand the steps needed to place my mom in an AL. So appreciative of all of their guidance. The building is so warm and inviting and truly feels like home when you walk in. I highly recommend taking your loved one to live at Oakley Place.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful answering the door and answering question.

Davenport Place has been an excellent fit for my aunt. The staff and residents are friendly but not intrusive or pushy. On my first visit, one of the residents stated, "You'll like it here. Everyone is friendly, and we're like family." That is turning out to be true. [name removed], the activities director, works hard to find activities that will interest the residents and give them pleasure, and [name removed] at the front desk always greets you with a smile and is ready to help in any way needed. Friendly greetings are the norm from both staff and residents, and the staff are quick to respond when a pager beeps. The food is tasty and served promptly at each mealtime. The facility smells good! And they work hard to keep it that way. There is an inviting courtyard with a small waterfall frequented by wild goldfinches, and it is well maintained. All in all, we are exceedingly pleased with Davenport Place as a home for our loved one.

Davenport in Silverton has been a wonderful place for my parents to live. The management has been very upfront and in contact with us for the needs of our parents. After our father passed away, the staff makes every effort to make sure she is comfortable with all of her basic needs and assisting her without taking away her independence. We have told many people about Davenport as our mother loves it there!

Their is like family. Very helpful and easy to talk to.

My mother has lived at Trustwell for 10 months. She feels at home because it is modest in size and east yo get to know all the resident and staff, She feels secure because she is well attended to the treat with dignity. She looks forward to every meal and like participating in all the activities. Our family could not be more pleased with the positive changes in mom since she has come here.

My dad has been here a little over a week and we are so happy we chose Plum Creek Place. All of the staff, especially [names removed] have made our dad and us feel heard during this difficult transition. He's enjoying the food and the nurses and staff have been making sure Dads needs are met. We've come at all different times and each time the staff members are helpful. The community is always clean and smells nice. The food always smells so good and my dad is extremely picky and has enjoyed every meal. Come take a tour and see the family community they've created here.

I highly recommend Trustwell Living. My mom has made good friends, and the staff is friendly and very caring. From the friendly faces of [name removed]and [name removed] at the front desk, [name removed] and her excellent dining center staff, nurse [name removed] along with the nursing and CNA staff…. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

The activities at Westwood are awesome! The residents really like the family night as well. We really enjoyed the family night food and band. [name removed] does a great job! Definitely a great place to be for the evening.

When my father's health declined and living on his own was no longer an option we began looking for a place where he could have life. After meeting with [name removed] and [name removed] I realized I found a place for him to have real life.

[name removed] is such a wonderful med tech at Trustwell Living Cimarron Place. She takes excellent care of my mom, is always kind, and answers our questions with patience and clarity. We are so thankful for her!

The Kingsbury Place is a very nice facility. The lead crew, nurses and aides are very compassionate individuals. The facility and apartments/rooms are kept clean under the direction of [name removed]. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My wife has been a resident in the memory care wing of CP for a year now. She settled in in a week or less and gets along with the staff well. My wife is called a pacer in that she likes to walk the halls. I feel good knowing she is receiving excellent care
