Such a good facility the workers are amazing very helpful one worker that stood out to me was [Name Removed] such amazing help great with the residents very respectful and kind the facility is very clean and organized overall such a incredible facility I recommend you take a tour to see for yourself .

It was a great tour and a very clean facility. The customer service from a Resident Assistant name [Name Removed] was amazing, she smiled and greeted with a positive attitude.

The people working there were amazing. Always so helpful and caring. Very good communication. I will miss them. I would recommend to others.

The facility was very clean and pleasant! Nice layout. Dining area was well set up. Everyone on the staff from executive to janitorial were all very nice, friendly and helpful and responded to questions/requests very quickly.

The facility is clean and well kept. The people assisting my mother are kind and attentive to her needs. If there is an issue, they contact me immediately. She is well taken care of. The staff interact with her several times a day and assist her in whatever she needs.

They are top notch. Could not ask for better.

All staff are very kind and good with my mom. My mom has been difficult to deal with at times so I appreciate them taking care of her even in the hard times. The food is good. I've only had a couple meals with my mom but it always looks good and seems to be plenty of food for her. The facility is always clean and doesn't have a bad odor at all. They have recently been painting the hallway walls and common areas and it looks really nice. Carpet is scheduled to be replaced very soon.

We chose Trustwell Living at Oak Creek Place because they renovated facility and they were able to meet all of the needs of our loved one. The staff is very welcoming and has provided great care!

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My mom is very well taken care of. My impression is that the regional flavors of the meals are too bland.

5 for all categories. Dad loves it there, making friends and getting involved in activities that interest him. We would absolutely recommend Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place community to other families

I had my doubts about placing my Father into assisted care after his short term memory significantly declined, but Astor Place has been an absolute Godsend. They worked hard to train staff and place my Mom with him there too. They absolutely make it feel as close to home as possible. A special shout out to [name removed] who absolutely treats my dad like family and appreciation for head nurse [name removed]for all she did to unite my parents with complex medical conditions. Wholeheartedly recommend Astor Place for loved ones with 5-stars!

I stopped by Miller Place to see if Miller would be a good fir for my mother. I was immediately taken back how help the market was she was very knowledgeable and quick for answer any questions I had

After my walkthrough, it was very apparent it was well run by management. I completely enjoyed my visit and hope my mother will be living there soon. [name removed], in particular was so kind and friendly, I really enjoyed getting to know her and the staff.

My Dad has been a resident for a few months. Staff have been great. He loves the food. I feel he is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend if you want a place that will get to know your parent. I am grateful.

Choosing Oakley Place for my dad was the best decision we made. The staff communicates well, treats him with respect, and pays attention to the little things that matter. Knowing he is safe, supported, and surrounded by kind people gives our whole family peace of mind. We trust Oakley Place fully.

The staff at Oakley Place takes incredible care of my loved one. They are compassionate, patient, and always go the extra mile. I’m so thankful for this community. My Grandma is such an important part of my life and as she has aged I am very thankful I have a place to go and see her thrive and be cared for.
