When I volunteered, all of the staff members were extremely helpful, but one that really stuck out to me was [name removed]. she would talk to the residence one on one. I also notice that she was extremely quick in the kitchen.

The staff from the front desk receptionist, the cnas, and the nursing even the housekeepers are very nice and friendly I enjoy seeing the residents when I come in. I would recommend this place to anyone .

My mother in law was a resident here for over six years & absolutely received wonderful, caring care!! All the staff here are amazing!! They cared for mom like she was family. Mom developed dementia a few years ago. The care, safety & understanding of everyone at Kingswood was exceptional!! I would highly recommend Kingswood!!! I absolutely would not hesitate saying you can trust them to take of your loved one!!

My mother was a resident for many years before her passing. Over the years the staff always showed a realistic desire for great personal care. Even up to the point of moms passing, all the staff were visibly upset. They were with her when I could not. I will always recommend this facility because of the incredible staff who really care for their residents.

[name removed] was absolutely exceptional. She really made my day! She sat and talked with me when I was feeling down and made sure all my needs were met. All I can say to her is thank you from the bottom of my heart .

Gem of Hardin County. Affordable assisted living. 3 meals a day plus snacks and drinks at all times. Housekeeping, laundry, maintenance all included. 24/7 care staff on duty. They genuinely care about the residents. 5/5 Highly recommend.

[name removed], the Community Relations Director at Miller Place, is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed! I highly recommend reaching out to her! I would reach out to her about any questions you have! She is a fast responder.

Such an easy transition. Always trusted the staff. Sweet kind and caring. They were always welcoming and the residents were well taken care of. I would recommended this to anyone. Such a clean place to live.

I think there could have been more activities but other than that they were great. The staff was very helpful with my mom. She could be a challenge to manage and they were able to deal with her. The head nurse spent time with me explaining some of the processes the residents go through from starting there to getting settled in. I was grateful for her help.

I called and ask about placement for my mom. [name removed] answered and she was very helpful. This seems like a very good fit for what I am looking for. This is something that will be in the near future. I appreciate the time and patience that [name removed] gave. She is a really good asset for your company

My mother has adjusted very well to BP and the staff is so friendly & helpful to her. I feel she is in a very safe place and I am so pleased to know she is being well taken care of.

Trustwell is top notch. They provide amazing care and attention to the residents. What really makes it so good is the staff. And it's a really nice facility, well kept, with a bonus, a beautiful park directly across the street with geese, peacocks and ducks and a big pond. Highly recommend it!

I moved in about 2 months ago and the staff have been great. They are very compassionate and take very good care of the residents. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in my new residence. The meals are good and the staff makes sure that all the apartments are cleaned and laundry is done on a regular schedule. All the staff members are very professional and conduct themselves in a friendly manner. They are helpful and attentive to all the residents needs. A good place to live for those of us who need assistance.

Very casual , friendly. They are well organized and they made deciding on Trustwell River Run, very easy for us to place mom there. She loves it, and having committed, happy employees make this home.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the Marketing Director — [name removed] —this past week, and he was beyond helpful!! Not only did he take hours out of his day to address my questions, but he also brought a refreshing energy that you can’t always find in the retirement world.

We placed our mother at this facility in April of this year. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about this place. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly, kind and caring with the residents and their visiting families. There are endless amount of activities daily. We love the courtyard in the middle of the facility, which allows the residence to get out and enjoy fresh air and beautiful landscaping! We highly recommend placing your loved one here.

Trying to find the right place for my dad was a daunting task. We toured lots of places that were all nice but River Run Place stood out to us as the only location that offered a personalized, comfortable, quiet, courteous approach. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and what really stuck out to us was their great communication. I could call or text and someone was always available during the move-in process. It's been just a couple of weeks since he got there and while moving to Assisted Living can have its challenges for anyone, they have gone above and beyond in their attention to my dad and his needs. On the first night there he wanted something different on the menu and they whipped it up for him. I've been impressed with how they handle every nuance of his needs and wishes and am very thankful we found this place! Thanks [names removed] & Team for helping our family!

Wow! Great! Fantastic! Suncrest Place is the best assisted living facility for my sister-in-law. The administrators and the staff are very friendly, caring, and efficient. Their service and care is first-rate. The activities are just right for my sister-in-law. The fellow residents are very supportive. I highly recommend Suncrest Place.

We found A Place for Mom by googling senior living in temple - they were very helpful in finding Wildflower Place. We toured Monday and put our deposit down for the waitlist. [name removed] asked if we minded sharing our experience and are happy to. Beautiful building with a really nice staff from what we can tell so far.

We toured for my dad and was pleased with the community- he needs somewhere asap and they do not have immediate availability so we are trying to work that out. I hope we can. Nice staff when we were there. Clean too
