We have a loved one at this facility and they treat her so well. Very happy with everyone working there. They have treated her with so much kindness and she is happy there. That is the most important part of having her at this facility. Thank you so much!

They were straight up front everything they said they would do they did. Staff were very helpful. Great experience all around.

We are greeted warmly on each of our visits to Kingswood Place. Our questions are met with thorough answers whether in person or by phone or email. We appreciate that it is smaller than other places we visited. The central courtyard is a lovely place to sit and get fresh air while there are several activities to participate in inside. The staff truly cares about my mom and her health. My brother and I are thankful for the safety, security, meals, and companionship our mom has at Kingswood Place.

My father in law is thriving.

The care was wonderful. The staff is only limited because of laws passed by the state. For example, dad would forget he couldn't walk and fell numerous times because the legislature passed a law they can't use bed alarms. So that part was frustrating for them as well as us

We had a tour of the facility either [name removed]. He is very passionate about caring for his clients and knowledgeable about the facility and the services they offer. [name removed] gave my dad an evaluation to determine the level of care he would need. She was patient while pur conversation tooka few unexpected turns when my dad was reminiscing about his life. She gently steered us back on track and we ended with the tour. The facility was very clean, the residents were friendly and seemed happy. Trustwell is definitely in the running when we are ready to make that tough choice. Thank you!

My mom is just loving it here! I really didn't think she would get involved as much as she is. She is even attending their cardio drumming and going to the lunch outings. This has really been a weight lifted off my shoulders

They could use more staff at times. I would like to see administrator interacting with residents more. There is not enough in between meal time choices. It is a great value and staff really cares about the residents.

Clean and modern style community . Well trained and highly knowledgeable friendly staff . fun family nights and social activities . I highly recommend for seniors who are looking for safe yet fun engaging community.

We volunteered at Clyde Gardens for an activity day. It was set up like a fair with games and prizes. It was fun. Everybody seemed to really enjoy it. They were all very nice. There was a lot of different snacks and foods for everybody. Thank you [name removed] .

Truly a refreshing atmosphere to see such care and compassion for the residents and visitors alike. Would love to volunteer again some time. Everyone was treated like family. It was very organized and a lot of thought and care went into the activities to engage with the community.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The building is clean and safe. Prime location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this facility to a family for their loved one.

We have loved the care my dad has received at Settlers Place. The atmosphere is so homey and welcoming. Every staff member is so compassionate and willing to do whatever it is to meet my dad's needs.

My Sister was reticent, at first, about moving into an assisted living facility. She kept to herself at first. But she gradually started to join in the various activities. The staff is so caring. She now has her favorite activities and seems to feel quite at home here. We are so thankful for the staff at Settlers Place. [name removed] is thriving here.

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place holds a special place in my heart—not only because my sister is the Business Development Director there, but also because my grandmother was a resident. When my grandma lived at Eagle Pointe Place, our family experienced firsthand the compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire team. She was treated with warmth and dignity, and the staff always made sure she felt safe, comfortable, and engaged. The caregivers were patient and kind, and it gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. What made the experience even more meaningful was seeing how my sister and her team go above and beyond to make every resident feel valued. My step mom lived at EPP for around 4 years and my daughter has worked there for 3 1/2 years. I have attended numerous events and have volunteered at some. They are always so fun and the residents love them. When my step mom lived there she was treated with so much love by the amazing care workers and all the staff! Unfortunately she took a bad fall and isn’t able to be there anymore. I know she misses it a lot. She always enjoyed visiting with other residents and attending many of their social events. EPP is an amazing place to live or a home for your loved one!! I have ONLY Positive things to say about this amazing and caring facility!!!

Due to various reasons, my Grandma had to move out of her home. I’m so thankful she found eagle pointe place as her new home. You can tell there is much thought put into caring for all the residents, especially all daily activities. All the staff is extremely friendly and genuinely care for all the residents.
