Trustwell Living

We toured here along with a few other places in the temple belton area, and ultimately decided to go with Wildflower Place. [name removed] and [name removed] tour came out and spoke with us personally and introduced us to several of the residents and staff. I don’t know how to explain it. It was just so genuine and warm when we entered and met everyone as far as we can tell, we would absolutely recommend this facility.

The RiverRun community is very warm and welcoming. From the first contact with them, I felt this was a place that my mom could thrive in and she does. She likes the activities and shopping trips. She loves her caregivers. I feel they are doing a great job and really listen. She feels safe and I feel good about her care.

This place was wonderful for mom. They have a great caring staff, wonderful food and daily activities for everyone. Mom was very well cared for here. Only down fall they don’t take Medicaid. We had to move her due to this fact. We found a place that has ten Medicaid rooms and are equipped for end of life care. Also just as nice as Trustwell. Even with this being said. Would have rather kept her at Trustwell if they could have offered the same.

Staff friendly and polite, eager to help. Food is good & helpings are generous. Rooms are cleaned regularly as well as trash pickup & laundry. All in all this place has not disappointed.

Maintenance response good. Friendly staff. Good food.

I have been in 3 other places. Plum Creek Place is the best one. Staff is caring and friendly. There are a lot of activities.

I love visiting Trustwell living. They are all wonderful people and do amazing work for the people here. It seems like family to me… they do a beautiful job with decorating and the food has always been great!!! I feel very welcome to come visit [name removed] here. This is a wonderful home for my sister. She is treated with love and respect. We enjoy the family nights which give us a chance to visit and enjoy the entertainment. We are impressed with the way the staff relates to visitors as well as residents.

Since Trustwell is a smaller facility the staff knew every resident and each resident knew every staff member. The staff were so kind and patient always willing to help a resident with any needs. My mom loved being around people and if there wasn't an activity going on (which was rare) you would find her in the lobby sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace. Any staff member who passed by always checked in with her. When she returned to Trustwell from a hospital stay all the staff was waiting for her in the lobby with clapping and welcoming cheers. Both she and I were very touched by this. I know my mom was so fortunate to be a part of the Trustwell community

They were very transparent with their pricing structure from my initial inquiry, prompt and friendly in getting us set up for a tour, and very patient as we explained the needs of both my parents who are in a room together. They take good care of them and are always available for questions and quick to respond when we need to contact them about something important. I visit quite often and have never been concerned with anything when I've gone to see them.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Facilty is clean, bright, and welcoming. Residents seem to enjoy themselves and have the courtyard and living area for them to gather in. Several activities offered for residents to participate in.

Everything is fine in all areas so far. I would recommend Trustwell Living at Russ Place to others who are searching for assisted living for their loved ones.

Had a great time at the veterans breakfast. [name removed] was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing them in the future. I work with many veterans at the VFW and this is a great event to bring them together.

My loved one is currently living at Trustwell Living of Springfield, and her experience has been excellent so far. The facility is consistently clean, and the staff is both warm and welcoming. The care services, meals, and overall value are outstanding. Everyone on the team has been kind and supportive. I would confidently recommend Trustwell Living of Springfield to others.

When you cannot take care of yourself any more, this is the place to be. They try really hard to take good care of everyone here. I think that is the most important thing. There are also fun things to do here with the other people.

I seriously enjoy the beautiful courtyard and spending alot of time outside. It is exactly what I enjoy and need at this time. Also, the staff is absolutely great! They all seem to genuinely care, and will do anything they can to make your day better.

I would rate them all a 5. We are very happy. I have been in the nursing home business for 30 years. And this is by far the best i've ever seen. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experiencce so far

I am very happy with Settlers Place Assisted Living Facility for my Mother. The entire Staff is genuinely friendly, accommodating, caring, and patient with each resident. I am relieved to know that they all are looking out for my Mother's health, care and safety. I highly recommend Settlers Place if you are considering a Senior residence for your loved one.

Blanchard place is a beautiful community, they are respectful and well educated on care needs of each patient. If you’re looking for a home like atmosphere with the best medical care, this is your place!
