Administrative staff is hard to give an exact answer. The staff there was wonderful but I'm not sure you consider them admin staff. It was in the middle of getting new administers so I talked to [name removed] from an out of state branch. She was wonderful and clear in what was needed from us. The friendliness, [name removed]has met some nice people there. And we are looking forward to stopping in to visit with them in the future. It's nice to know we have a welcoming place to go next time I need a respite. I'd say the food was the biggest issue because we try to eat healthier than the standard American diet.

I love it here, all the staff care and that is a big thing for me. The staff cares about the residents and wants them to enjoy being here. I really appreciate how hard the staff tries to make life good for all of us here.

I only got to visit dad at Oakcrest once, but the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. I feel like he got the best care possible.

We like that it's a smaller facility than most so it's easier getting to know the staff and resident's. Communication between staff/families could be better. Generally the staff is friendly and very willing to help if needed. Staff interacts with residents well and are respectful.

What we like the most about Trustwell Living is the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families and have already.

[name removed] is such a great resource. We appreciate him so much at The Plaza Health And Rehab. He is always willing to assist. Trustwell at Hunters Crossing Place has always be a trusted AL in the Gainsville.

Trustwell is in the process of a refresh in the facility! So far it looks great! I love the colors! The residents are excited about it too! The new activities director is wonderful and creative and keeps the residents busy!

5 on every one. It's a very good place for a loved one. It's very clean and well taken care of. The activity director, Richard is so very good to the residents. Keeps them busy and involved. [name removed] even paints her nails for her.

It was a good experience, but my dad passed away. They have been very helpful and accommodating.

I worked at Miller Place all through college as an aide. I ended up leaving when I graduated college for physical therapy. Even though they don't have a rehab, I always refer patients I see to Miller Place. After their insurance cuts them and sends them home, I feel that so many patients can benefit from a little more time and always recommend Miller Place for a month respite stay. [name removed] is always available to take my calls and will come see the patients even before they leave rehab if they are interested.

My sister lived at miller place for a few years however her daughter moved out of state for a job and moved [name removed] with her. I understand that move for both of them and it's great however I still love miller place. I even still go in to play bingo on Thursdays. I have made my own friends there and look forward to seeing them on Thursdays.

My Dad is just loving it at Miller Place. He talks about their leather making activity. [name removed] really tries to find things for the guys to do as most of them aren't into coming out for bingo and other normal activities. He enjoys the guys table at meals and just spending time with the other men.

Great Community - We toured for our mother and unfortunately we were unable to bring mom to them due to her passing. Mom would've loved being a part of this community. This place seemed so much fun and had a ton of activities that would fit everyone's needs.

The team at Davenport Place offers the utmost hospitality to their families and residents. Thank you for always making us feel like we are the only person in the room. Thank you [name removed] for operating the most efficient community in Marion County.

I have been in association with [name removed] for the past year, and have found, rose to be very compassionate toward her patience, and very consistent in her care and follow through on her duties. [name removed] is very trustworthy, caring, compassionate, loving, and dedicated to her work. I would trust myself or any of my relatives in roses care. I believe she is a dedicated employee of TRUSTWELL Living.

Marcy Place has been wonderful for my sister with Alzheimer’s. The staff is absolutely amazing with her and always so patient and kind. [name removed] today helped me set up a Roku on her tv but all the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything. The place is very clean and they are always doing different events for the residents and their families.

[name removed], I have known for the past ten years are more. I now have the pleasure of being in his presence again here at Trust well. What a guy, of many hats. However; if he’s haven’t tackled a situation,, believe this he will try his hardest to make it happen. [name removed] is surely a team player without a doubt. I’m not just saying this but [name removed] , will go above and beyond even with the resident and their families and really that’s what it’s all about.

Everyone is pleasant to me my work. A dedicated staff on all levels to residents clean place. Each residents clean place. Each resident seems well cared for.

[name removed] does a terrific job and this nursing assistant is always friendly and helpful and on top of her responsibilities. Wish there was more like her that does their job with such care and enthusiasm.

I would recommend Fairfield Living to anyone that ask. The price is reasonable and they have plenty of activities available daily. The aids are very personable and experienced. They do their best to put a smile on the residents face. They are greatly appreciated
