We volunteered at Clyde Gardens for an activity day. It was set up like a fair with games and prizes. It was fun. Everybody seemed to really enjoy it. They were all very nice. There was a lot of different snacks and foods for everybody. Thank you [name removed] .

Truly a refreshing atmosphere to see such care and compassion for the residents and visitors alike. Would love to volunteer again some time. Everyone was treated like family. It was very organized and a lot of thought and care went into the activities to engage with the community.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The building is clean and safe. Prime location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this facility to a family for their loved one.

We have loved the care my dad has received at Settlers Place. The atmosphere is so homey and welcoming. Every staff member is so compassionate and willing to do whatever it is to meet my dad's needs.

My Sister was reticent, at first, about moving into an assisted living facility. She kept to herself at first. But she gradually started to join in the various activities. The staff is so caring. She now has her favorite activities and seems to feel quite at home here. We are so thankful for the staff at Settlers Place. [name removed] is thriving here.

My grandma loved living here. Great place to live! Staff were very friendly whenever I would go visit her and there were a lot of great activities for her to engage in. An excellent place to bring your loved ones to.

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place holds a special place in my heart—not only because my sister is the Business Development Director there, but also because my grandmother was a resident. When my grandma lived at Eagle Pointe Place, our family experienced firsthand the compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire team. She was treated with warmth and dignity, and the staff always made sure she felt safe, comfortable, and engaged. The caregivers were patient and kind, and it gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. What made the experience even more meaningful was seeing how my sister and her team go above and beyond to make every resident feel valued. My step mom lived at EPP for around 4 years and my daughter has worked there for 3 1/2 years. I have attended numerous events and have volunteered at some. They are always so fun and the residents love them. When my step mom lived there she was treated with so much love by the amazing care workers and all the staff! Unfortunately she took a bad fall and isn’t able to be there anymore. I know she misses it a lot. She always enjoyed visiting with other residents and attending many of their social events. EPP is an amazing place to live or a home for your loved one!! I have ONLY Positive things to say about this amazing and caring facility!!!

Due to various reasons, my Grandma had to move out of her home. I’m so thankful she found eagle pointe place as her new home. You can tell there is much thought put into caring for all the residents, especially all daily activities. All the staff is extremely friendly and genuinely care for all the residents.

The extra curricular activities are awesome. Family night once a month is very good, they bring in good local entertainment The staff is very attentive to their clients . The greet them by their first name and get to know their personalities

From the moment you walk in Eagle Pointe Place is vibrating with positive energy from the residents, compassionate staff, open and welcoming dinning and community areas. The resident room was perfect size for my grandma and the building was easy to navigate. Highly recommend sending your loved ones here.

My mom will be moving in soon and the marketing person been so kind and caring helping us to find the perfect apartment for my mom. I can’t wait for my mom to move in. Heck it so much fun there I’ll be hanging around with her there lol It’s a beautiful place with tons of natural lighting, a perfect secluded location with lots of places outside to enjoy the weather and everyone we have dealt with us been amazing ??

Grandma lived at Eagle Pointe for about 3 years and truly loved it. The transition was understandably difficult—any big move and life change can be—but once she settled in, she really began to thrive. Music was always a central part of Grandma’s life. After Grandpa passed away in [year removed], she promised him she’d keep the music alive. That’s why discovering that Eagle Pointe prioritized live music—through happy hours, concerts in the garden, holiday performances, Monday afternoon bands, Tuesday sing-alongs, and more—felt like finding her new happy place. She was best known at Eagle Pointe for singing in the halls, especially her fun renditions of [name removed] with another resident on the way to supper. I smile every time I think of that and all the joy Eagle Pointe brought her.

The staff are great and are excellent communicators. The facility is very well kept. The residents have several activities they can do each day. My mom says the food is generally very good and she appreciates the multiple options each meal. Highly recommend.

My Mom is staying at Plum Creek and she is very happy with the staff, events, and especially the food. I have been impressed with the staff and they genuinely care about the clients that live there at Plum Creek. I highly recommend this Assisted Living place for anyone looking for a great place for their family members.

I am most impressed with the way Trustwell is set up like home. I love that there is 24-7 stay on hand and the staff is vetted. There are options for long term and respite care which most facilities do not have. I’m definitely going to refer Trustwell to some of the families I know that are looking for trusted and quality care.

There is something to do for everyone here. If we have questions or a problem there is always someone around to help us out with any problem. I also feel safe here and everyone is very nice. I like it here.

Everything is a 10. I love it there. It's very comfortable. Very clean. The staff has been so helpful with Dad. They make sure he goes to his meals. They weigh him every week. There is a nurse that visits him every month. If I could afford it, I would love to live there when I am no longer to live in my home.

Love the staff. [name removed] has been especially helpful. The facility is very clean and the common areas are well decorated. The staff alerts us immediately with any medical concerns. Our overall experience has been a very positive one.

Our Mother really enjoys being at Trustwell. All the Staff is very kind! They accommodate our family when we want a special meal with Mom, take her to Doctors appts., and take care of her like we would! Mom likes being social when she able to. She has made friends whom she likes to eat with, along with playing cribbage and she really enjoys the Church services she attends there. They hold parties for Holidays and everything. We are extremely happy Mom is getting taken care of by special people!
