I love the size of the facility. It gives it a more friendly feel. Also staff takes good care of residents. My mom’s legs had been a struggle with edema. They are the first ones to get her swelling down to normal. My mom feels very comfortable here.

Westwood takes great care of our mother. They do a great job of keeping families included in the residents' lives. They have lots of activities and the have facilities available so residents don't have to leave to have family gatherings.

Beautiful facility with a wonderful staff. Everyone is polite, attentive & friendly. The residents all seem to enjoy themselves & the activities they participate in. So glad to have a nice place for our elderly parents to live.

My Mother has lived at this facility over 5 years. She has been able to age gracefully in beautiful surroundings. There are many activities she can be involved in to keep her active. The food is great and the staff are well trained. They are kind and very caring. I would recommend Trustwell Living at Westwood to anyone.

My aunt was here for about a year-and-a-half and was treated with the highest level of dignity and respect. The last couple of months have been especially difficult as her Alzheimer's had gotten significantly worse, but the staff used this opportunity to show an even greater amount of love and care for her. When she passed last week, it seemed that there were staff members and other residents sitting with her anytime that family members couldn't be there. We will forever be grateful for how everyone here walked with our family in both the high moments (most of the first 16 - 17 months) and the low.

My mom had a month long respite stay at Trustwell. The staff was very attentive to her needs and were incredibly thoughtful. They made her feel welcomed and included. I appreciated the efforts they made to accommodate my mom while we had a break. It is difficult to take time for yourself when you are caring for loved ones. I am truly grateful for both “A Place for Mom” and for “Trustwell” for their understanding and support.

We met [name removed], while looking for respite care, for my wife's mother, who could not be left alone while we travelled, even for a few days. We arranged for a two week stay, followed by another two week stay a month later. [name removed] loved the facility. She immediately made friends with residents and spoke highly of the staff. As things progressed we began talking with [name removed] and [name removed] about the possibility of [name removed] becoming a resident. Initially, it was a hard conversation to have with a loved one. [name removed] gave us a perspective that rang true for both [name removed] and us. [name removed] decided to move into Kingswood Place on a permanent basis. She lived there for almost a year and received outstanding care and attention. All of the staff interacted with her often. She enjoyed their attention and she felt they were not caregivers, but friends. Paula was always a smiling face when we visited. The nursing staff led by [name removed] were always pleasant and caring. Sadly she passed recently.

What I like the most about Trustwell Living is that it is clean, quiet, attentive, and they can cater to each resident in an intentional way. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience

I like that the staff are so concerned about their clients and are willing to give wherever they're needed. Their response time is short and they are timely in coming to help. They are concerned and willing to help with not only the big things, but also the small things, even killing a spider. The staff always gives welcome to residents friends and family, they know how important they are.

Staff is friendly, engaged and actively works w residents. My mother in law had some unique furniture and artwork which they hung on the walls for her and even went out of their way to find a small profitable ice machine for her use.

Staff is very caring and helpful. Very polite to all the residents. Activities are available, could use some variety. Dining is good. Staff is helpful and professional. Food quality is far better than most facilities.

Would like to thank everyone at Blanchard Place Kenton. The move in went smoothly and Dad is getting to be more involved in activities. Everyone has been very welcoming to all of us! Special shout out to [name removed] and [name removed] for helping make this all a smooth transition.

After touring numerous memory care/assisted living facilities, Trustwell living is the facility we chose. upon entering,the facility appeared to be very clean, all of the staff members were very friendly and very informative. One hour later after reviewing all the information and touring the facility we felt this was the best choice for a future place to live. Making the decision to move into memory care/assisted living is not a decision to make lightly, after our time with the staff I know we made the right decision and also I feel like we made new friends.

My grandfather lived at Kingswood Place. The caregivers were amazing and took such good care of him. The entire staff was really friendly. The Executive Director, [name removed], went out of her way to make sure the move was successful and made him feel right at home. My grandmother liked it so much she said that she would like to live there when she’s ready. Would highly recommended it.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff, attention to detail and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

[name removed] was very caring and friendly to my family and me. She is very dedicated to her job so explained to us the facility. I could automatically tell she cares about her patients and the care they receive.

The front desk of our assisted living community has been such a rewarding experience. Every day brings new opportunities to connect with residents, families, and staff. One of the most memorable moments for us was helping a new resident settle in on her first day. She was nervous about leaving her home, but after greeting her with a warm smile and giving her a tour, she started to feel comfortable. By the end of the week, she was waving to us every morning and calling us by name.

If you’re looking for a place for a loved one, this is as close to home as you can get. Cost efficient with a Caring staff, activities for the residents in and out of the facility, a variety of different rooms to choose from .They have many activities where the whole family can come in and enjoy some time with their loved one and the other residents. I would highly recommend the Gardens!
