They are a fantastic place and would recommend them to anyone.

Sometime picking up bathroom waste is slow and piles up. Over all this is the Best place in Houma,La. My parents are enjoying being there. They are always happy to adjust and help the residents. You just have to ask for what you need or want.

5 on everything except administrative staff but there is new staff since my experience. What we like the most about the community is the staff and the friendliness. I would recommend the community to others.

My mother is very well cared for. The staff take a personal interest in her wellbeing. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Very welcoming facility. Staff is very friendly and personable. Very hands on with the residents and meeting their needs. Facility is alway very clean and smells amazing. Very involved with the local community.

Such a wonderful facility with wonderful and caring staff. The activities department is fantastic and very involved with the residents. The dietary is great and they offer a wonderful menu,and the management team is very involved

The staff was wonderful. He had a very short stay, but he passed away happy. Yes I would recommend it, however, my brother was only there for 8 days. I think they would remain the same long term. They did have medical assistance to him immediately and made recommendations. I really appreciated their responsiveness.

Staff were very compassionate and took good care of our mom. I would recommend to others.

Recommending this place to others is difficult to say. My sister liked living there because she could do things that were not healthy for her. Like drinking too much wine for one example. She had a fall (was it relating to the alcohol....,maybe). No I made a mistake about not putting her in a more intensive care situation. In January, [name removed] had double pneumonia, then she broke her ankle. She still requires intensive care. And I just didn't realize how much she is benefiting where she is at, at this time.

I am visiting nurse at the facility and everyone is wonderful. The residents appear happy. They have fun activities. The staff are caring and love there residents. House keeping works hard to keep the facility clean. The rooms are large with several different styles.

We thoroughly enjoy the activities they have for the residents and their families. They seem to take good care of my brother. Always there to answer questions and concerns we have. Thank you for the delicious Hershey bar.

Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place is a small facility with a maximum of 48 residents. Most are self-sufficient and only needing light assistance, but my loved one has a higher level of care need. The cost is reasonable for the nice apartment, but the services provided could be better for the price. The apartment has a small refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and several nice kitchen cabinets. These amenities are very helpful when family members visit overnight. Even with a hospital bed and additional furniture, there is still a lot of room. The private bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and cabinet for toiletries. The additional care services include mobility assistance to and from the dining area, bathing and changing assistance, and regular incontinence care. One concern is that there is only one registered nurse on staff during daytime hours and no overnight nurse coverage, which has at times created concerns regarding medication scheduling and overall care oversight. There have also been concerns related to the level of hands-on care provided for residents with higher care needs, which required additional medical support outside the community. Overall, the facility has a comfortable, home-like feel and offers spacious accommodations, but families with loved ones needing more advanced care may want to ask detailed questions about staffing levels and care support.

It was Great. Everything was nice clean well put to together. Smells great in here residents are treated great with care , everyone speaks and. Greats. Nobody is rude or act like they won’t help you!

The staff has been great. He doesn’t take advantage of many of the activities but the food and care has been great. The studio apartment is the largest among the facilities i toured. It is light and airy with large windows with a nice view. I absolutely would recommend Trustwell to others; I had already toured several nice places but i immediately knew this was the right choice for my husband.

Bri, Meghan, Ashley and all the staff aided us in making our decision to move mom to Blanchard Place. They were supportive and kind and explained everything thoroughly. Bri has been available at all times to answer questions and even met us all day on a Saturday to move in. Jenna, the nurse, couldn’t be more wonderful! She was there every step of the way on move in and next days as we got settled. Thank you all!

My husband and I needed to find a safe place for his oldest sister. We had been receiving phone calls from the county police in regards to her calling 911 four times in as many weeks. Dementia and delirium are horrible diseases. We had no idea where to start. I reached out to A Place for Mom. Immediately I received a call, a contact person and a list of recommended facilities. They offered to set up tours, and followed up with our progress. With the assistance from A Place for Mom we found Trustwell of Springfield. My sister in law is settling in, we feel good about this decision. Thank you A Place for Mom and [Name Removed] (at Trustwell) for making this transition a bit easier.

[Name Removed] is a gem to work with. Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always willing to help. She made my dads move to Trustwell easy and made us all feel comfortable!

The people at wildflower Place, especially Alicia Newland are amazing. [Name removed] bonds well with her patients, is easy to work with and is a great communicator. She works hard to make sure each patient has exactly what they need and if she can’t meet those needs in her facility then she ensures a prompt referral to an appropriate facility for that patient. I have found the [Name removed] has nothing but the best interest at heart for each person that she comes in contact with.

Recently toured for my grandma and was extremely pleased with the whole facility![Name Removed] was the most helpful in giving us all the information we needed!
