Nice location, great activities including water aerobics at their pool, lots of choices for different rooms, assisted living staffed by RN during weekdays, transportation to appointments and excursions...A beautiful facility in a community setting near local shopping center, Asbury plaza. Fun activities and transportation for appointments and outings. Friendly staff and independent as well as assisted living options.

She has finally resolved it is her home. Took a month. The food is very acceptable The bathroom potty is not always clean. I’ve cleaned it myself On initial tour they said the residents are bused around just to get out of the facility. I haven’t seen that - if it has happened Overall a good place. Shes finally satisfied.

Despite their appearance, the staff appeared very friendly and helpful to my father. Tattoos, died hair, piercings, and general "punk" appearance of staff (not including sales or management) was concerning to me at first, but the staff truly cared for my father and I appreciated their help.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Although it is not a "Memory Care" place per se, they handle my mother's needs with dementia pretty well most of the time. The caregivers' kindness is a real gift to my family. There have been a lot of changes at Wildflower Place in the last few months due to a change in ownership and major changes in management personnel. I hope that the transition period will end soon once new management is in place.

I really like it. Worst part is laundry-there's no one person so sometimes it's slow getting done or clothes get mixed up. But my family is satisfied & likes it, & goes different times of day to ck. Staff is very patient--I think they must be well trained to exhibit that.

The best experience is getting Jon urgently admitted due to a family emergency. Much appreciated. It's an economical choice and I liked the smaller facility environment. Location is very convenient.

The room is nice and bright and larger than previous facility for several thousand LESS a month. Executive Director is fabulous, very responsive and approachable. The facility is smaller than others which means fewer residents and (hopefully) better care. The price is much more reasonable than other places I visited. It is a very cheerful place.

The facility is smaller, on one level, very clean and very friendly staff. Our loved one really likes the food and her room. The studio apartments are L-shaped which makes it feel more like 2 rooms. Hers faces into the inner courtyard and she is able to "observe" everything going on out there. River Run does not have a high minimum for extra care. My mother in law takes no meds, is fully ambulatory and mostly in her right mind. Extra care is based on a point system which is really low for us. There seems to be a disconnect between the Corp office and staff with the billing. Might be growing pains? We found an error on our bill from corp one month and the staff figured it out and fixed it

All is well for mom at Kingswood. Very happy she's there. Great, dedicated staff. Excellent new management. Wonderful food. Happy residents. Caring staff too. Very caring.

Everyone is very friendly. They really are trying to make Mom comfortable and make friends. They are very concerned about her and call me if they see a problem. Nice and bright and a lot of nice seating areas. There is always something going on to keep people active.

Expect most of the residents to have serious cognitive deficits which may lead to less companionship, conversation, etc. than we hope for our own friend or relative. What I like most is the relative small size, small number of residents. There is more personal attention to each resident. Honestly, I don't find complaints about the facility and services.

It's a small, nice community.

I would tell a friend, the atmosphere felt more like a home not an institution. We visited other places and they didn't seem as friendly and more sterile.

Mom is diabetic. I would assume she is not alone at RRP. The menu should be geared towards diabetic people. Skip fruit juice and provide good to excellent fruits and vegetables (fresh is best) the difference in money would be small. Overall I think mom is happy at RRP. Staff levels are probably a bit on the low side. Some of the staff really care about the job they do, others not so much. Early on mom lost some laundry piece that was very dear to her. Laundry is marked very well. Administration is unable to find her blouse (I think it was)

It's a pleasant facility and very clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The thing that decided me to pick Ridgeview was the availably of a large apartment (a lot larger than any other facility but the majority here are studios). Food is mediocre. Ridgeview really does need to address that. The flip side is that the elderly do better with less highly spiced meals.

The entire experience is always wonderful. The meals are delicious. We had live music tonight. Activities another night. The staff was energetic and pleasant. They always make you feel welcome.

It would be great to be able to pay by card. great ratios to clients is wonderful would recommend be more upfront and change billing code on added point for maintaining paperwork. We picked this community because it was close to our home.

We picked this community because we thought they would feed her and give her more care however, that was not true.We truly did like the facility overall but she needed more care.

The staff is superb! I love them all. They take wonderful care of my mother, an alzheimers patient.

We were only a resident there for a month. Mom then developed some pressure wounds, and we had to move her to a skilled nursing facility. That is where she will be staying. The staff was good to her and us while she was there. They did a great job knowing if it was an assisted living facility. They did keep us informed about her conditions. Mom never wanted to participate in activities, but that is her. The only issue I had was that they did run the prescription drugs through insurance. I had to do that. That may have been since they are a private pay facility. Overall nothing bad to say about the care. Miller Place was a nice assisted living facility. All private rooms. Staff willing to help as needed with care. The facility was clean and neat. Note that it is a private pay facility.
