Trustwell Living

My husband is a relatively new resident at Fairfield Place, but is acclimating well. A lot of this is due to the home-like atmosphere with open concept living room/dining room and daily activities which include 4 outings each month. The aides get to know their people and what to expect from them. A special shout out to [names removed]. A unique 'feature' is the monthly family entertainment night. Families & friends gather with the residents for top notch entertainment. I would recommend Fairfield Place!

The staff and services have been exceptional. The staff continues to communicate any issues that may occur whether supply needs, medical prescriptions or mental health. After shopping other assisted care facilities, our family is glad we chose Trustwell Living, Kingsbury Place.

Grandma is blessed with a very loving and caring staff here and is getting very good care. They are continuing to improve the facility and always open to feedback. It gives us peace of mind knowing that grandma is in such a great place.

It’s been only a few months but have been very happy with the care mom has received so far. The staff had been receptive to all of our questions and concerns. There haven’t been very many concerns, just little adjustments here and there. Overall a very good experience.

The staff is amazing and always ready to help. They are very engaging to the residents and try very hard to get them to be active. The facility is very clean and well presented. The courtyard's are awesome and we enjoy the birds and flowers

Kingsbury House a great facility! My mom as well as our family are very pleased with her care. The staff are wonderful people and care about the residents. All of mom’s needs are met my the Pleasant care givers

I really like this place for my dad, very nice apartment clean and spacious. Staff is great and helpful.

Food was amazing.

Clean, quiet, attractive, safe, pleasant admin staff. A little expensive for my family. It's not the food exactly that needs improvement, it's the menus. The staff will often lose menus that the residents have filled out or will make changes to them without checking with the resident who filled it out. The food itself is good.

Staff is very caring and patient with our dad. He can be a bit of a handful but the staff remains supportive. My dad has a hard time chewing his food with his false teeth. The kitchen staff have been chopping his food which has helped some.

Was half as expensive as the facility I first had my mother in law at. Smaller facility which I liked. Appreciated the refundable deposit ... not offered at the previous more expensive place.

Very friendly, even when I'm walking with her in the hallway, the staff always makes a point to stop, call her by name & talk to us. She will live forever because they do take real good care of her (sometimes with dementia patients that is a struggle)

Bright rooms and physical therapy available. They really cared.

The staff are truly caring and really want to get to know your family member. They have been in contact with us multiple times and I can contact them when necessary. We have been truly impressed with the care that our Mom is receiving.

I can't say enough about how beautiful and welcoming this facility is. The personnel is caring and truly concerned with the best possible life for the residents. The activities are well thought out and there is a wide variety for all tastes. The coordination with local physical, occupational and speech therapists is a definite plus and have helped my mother immensely. There have been a few hiccups with the "onboarding" but all in all we have been very satisfied and happy with the care and facilities at Trustwell Mission Springs.

Mom often tells us how much she enjoys the meals, and it’s great to know they cater to dietary needs without compromising on taste. Most importantly, the level of care provided is outstanding. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, ensuring their medical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Very helpful, kind to us as family and client. Good to explain what could and couldn't be done by them because of Hospice regs. We asked plenty of questions and they found answers if they didn't know them. A Laundry item was only lost once even though labeled. I had taken pic beforehand of [name removed] clothes and bedding/towels. I showed them pic of what piece was missing and they found it w/in 2 days. I would recommend for families to do this in any facility, as well. I would also recommend that each family request a call if any client change from ordinary takes place. For example: if client tries to go outside and sets off alarm or starts to wander hallways instead of usual activity or starts sleeping on floor instead of bed, etc.

Overall they do a fantastic job. They were changing a lot of staff when my mom passed away. So I would tell them to check out and talk to some of the residents now residing there. There were quite a few that were pretty independent.

Staff is caring. They want what is best for the residents.

The Staff at Trustwell Senior Living is great and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .
