Personnel has changed a lot. A bit unsettling and unexpected. Food is very good and timely. My mom's room is kept clean in a timely manner.

Staff is friendly and helpful, housekeeping is not as good as we hoped have to ask them to clean sometimes.

The Director and receptionist are an asset to the facility. Staff does change,but they are wanting to be helpful to the residents and make their stay pleasant. Location is ideal to get to other businesses quickly, but also near subdvisions of nice homes.

The director was great and overall clean and good. Mom complained that food was not good. Mom got sick and we had to move to higher level care. The RN at Russ was not my favorite. During my crisis week did not think she had good people skills. 4/5 is rating. Only had 6 weeks there.

The staff was wonderfully and always there to help with Mom. Shortly after she was admitted she took a turn for the worse. We had to bring her back with Hospice. My only complaint is that the administration stopped communicating with the family. They wanted her moved to skilled nursing. She came back on a Thursday and had family and Hospice with her around the clock. She passed on Monday.

Like the cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of the staff

The food was very traditional over-cooked or fried, not many, if any, fresh fruits or vegetables at meals. Not enough food for someone walking each day. They didn't have seconds so I had to supplement most meals even after their own staff requested more food for this person. The staff were kind and caring.

Friendly staff and kept very clean! Would recommend!

The activity director is great. Room sizes are good, and the meals could be improved. I would recommend this community to others.

I liked that she had her own room and the nurses were very nice. They did drop her once in the van and her leg got pinned between the wheelchair and the ground. The food was ok.. but a bit bland. She did like that there were pets allowed. They were quick to call me if anything happened and I liked that.

The adjustment was understandably hard, but the great variety of people and activities is wonderful and helped with the transition. Eagle Pointe welcomes and homes a diverse culture - staff and residents, ages, personalities, backgrounds - which allows for a variety of needs and interests to be met by many. In my case, I needed a specific care plan that would help me with my unique needs and help me keep living a productive life, despite some hindrances. The place reminds me age is not a hindrance. The staff really know how to be around and care for many different types of people, ages and abilities. It’s fascinating to watch staff engage and respond to everyone.

Very nice neighborhood, friendly staff. New Director is very nice. Always there to answer any questions. The rooms are adequate in size. Kitchenette, large bathroom, living room, small kitchen, small refrigerator and small bedroom. They plenty of space for walking, nice dining area, in house beauty salon, washer and dryer facility.

Staff were fantastic, best I have seen anywhere. Very caring, helpful, attentive. Facility, my biggest frustration was the bathrooms in the patient rooms were not truly handicapped accessible, especially the shower.

Everyone here, including the staff, are very friendly. I’ve made many friends and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten here. I was here for about a year before Covid then came back in 2022 and have been here ever since! One of my favorite things to do here is to go to all the music programs, such as Happy Hours and Hymn Singing. I love to sing!

I’ve lived at Eagle Pointe Place, in the same apartment, longer than I have lived any other place in my life - 17 years! It’s a good place when you can’t live in your home alone anymore. When I first moved in I brought two cats with me- Murphy and Hope- as they are pet friendly. I’ve always had cats over the years, so being in a pet friendly community was important to me, and especially when one of my cats was my emotional support animal when going through chemotherapy. I was her support and she was mine. Later I adopted Pumpkin and years later, Scooter, when a former resident needed to rehome him.

Everything is good. We just need more staff on the weekend because we need more people doing dining room duty and activities. The friendships are good and the new people that i have met are also good.

Overall, my husband has enjoyed living at Suncrest Place for the past two years. The calm environment and friendly staff contribute to his comfort. We are relieved to see a director and nurse currently on site who seem to be personally engaged with the residents and addressing staffing shortages experienced in the past. While my husband doesn't participate in most of the activities offered, it appears many residents are engaged in the wide range of activities. I believe he would participate in more outside activities if a larger vehicle were available to accommodate more than four people.

I liked the staff and the assisted living area was great but if someone was looking for memory care they should consider their loved one's needs. I felt it was better for women in memory care.

We love the size of the facility it is smaller and cozcozy. All the staff is friendly and personable. They make an effort to get to know you & your loved one. Our Mom's team is awesome [name removed]; [name removed]; [name removed]; & Comfort are all special to her and our family. They could use an extra person at nighttime. We love that they have activities daily; [name removed]& [name removed]invite all residents to participate & encourage participation.

The staff is great. The caregivers for my mother are great. Very patient. The food is very good as well. I looked at many places and chose Fairfield Place because they had good reviews and was considerably less expensive than other places I didn’t like as much.
