Things are good and everything has been fine so far. We do not have any complaints with the facility or the staff at Kingswood Place. We have been very pleased with the service there and have had a good experience with them.

Very helpful in every aspect so far. Had a lot of help setting things up and getting Financing. Communication has been great so far. I believe my Dad will fit in just fine there. And he will receive the care he needs

My mom will be in Kingswood Place Senior Living for 6 months this December 26th, 2015. We have been more than happy with the service Kingswood Place has given to my mom. The director is very involved in all matters regarding the residents. The staff is very caring, loving and has concerns for all the residents. They make adjustments in the dinner plan if the resident has special request. They are attentive to their needs in there rooms and take care of all request by the resident in a timely manner. Nothing is missed and the comfort of every resident is at the top of their list. The care givers are very professional and take their jobs very seriously. The activities director has activities through out the day. they are involved in there community and invite school children, musicians and all sorts of entertainment to make these fun and get to know residents family. They have a van for the residents to be taken to places they are wanting to go to. The facility has been more than we ever expected. My mom is making new friends and has become the new resident adviser.They are all honest hardworking staff that go beyond their call to make the residents comfortable and to take care of there any need or want. There is no request they will not fulfill. The facility is spot less, and always kept this way. You are felt as if it is your own home. My mom has many guest and they are always invited for a meal or ask to participate in an activity if desired. After searching for 3 months and visiting 5-6 facilities this was the best option as it met all of my moms needs.

A VERY BIG THANK YOU!! Our experience at getting adjusted to living at Kingswood Place has gone well! In a Medical world where most of what we here is HIPPA will not allow that, it is a breath of fresh air to hear: How can we help? We can take care of that? Is there anything else we can do? These type comments are common here!! We have heard these type comments from every employee we have had contact with!! Please share this with ALL!!!! We are Snow Birds from WI and want to return as we like it here! My wife is a Stroke survivor in a Power Chair and I am capable of doing all her care and that is what I want from Kingswood -- to let us live where I know I have back up help -- if needed -- however as long as I can do the work let me do ALL!!

My sister was recently a resident at Preston Place. Unfortunately she didn't move there as soon as she could have and suddenly had to go on hospice which was provided in the residence. I have worked for years in nursing homes and assisted livings as a clincal social worker and mental health consultant. I have never seen such loving concern and care as given to my sister. All the staff was wonderful and caring to her and supportive to her family.

Sinclair Place is going okay. So far so good. I like how they let my mom stay at the respite apartment until we can get her furniture from California and they didn't charge her for it. That was so helpful because we needed to have her somewhere quickly. They have someone come in and clean once a week. They are a little expensive and don't take medicare insurance. Mom is lucky she has long term care insurance but she probably wont be able to stay once that runs out. Overall things are going well here.

I toured this community and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Eagle Pointe Place was a good experience for us. They do need to better explain the benefits at the beginning. When we checked in they talked about the monitor that patient wears around their neck and gave us a number to call for this service. Well, when I called that number the lady had no idea what I was talking about. Most everything else was really good here.

We loved the staff and everything about it. Mom is really happy there.

So far my experience with Sawyer House has been a good one! It's a clean, friendly place, and my loved one seems to be enjoying himself here. I'm pleased with the place overall, and I would recommend it as being worth a look if you're looking in the area!

For the most part everybody is very nice. I think they do care about the residents. There has been a couple of things I had to address. For the most part it has been pleasant. My relatives also think that as well. They have all kinds of levels of care. They seem to do a good job balancing them out. I don't have any major complaints. For the most part I'm happy with it. My mom was mad when we first put her there but they turned her around. She is very happy here now.

Since we moved our father into Cimarron Place he has gotten the best of care. The staff has been very helpful with any and all of our dads needs. I would recommend Cimarron Place to everyone.

They help me with transition and are very caring and supportive

I had a wonderful christmas dinner with my family and many other families who came to visit their loved ones on christmas day. I was impressed by the atmosphere in the facility and we all sang christmas carols and the meal was very well prepared. Kingwood has truly transformed itself from what it used to be and am thankful that my dad is in a good place. Thank you for taking care of my dad!!!!

We were scrambling to find a place for my Father -in-Law to live when he was released from the rehab center. He is in KC and we are in North Carolina. Allyson at Bickford was fantastic! Aways available by phone, even after hour. She got everything set up so all I had to do was come to town and move his belongs and make sure he was comfortable. He was very pleased with his new home. The staff is very caring.

The staff at Cimarron Place is the best. Everyone I have met is friendly ,caring and interested in caring for my mom.. I was concerned about moving my mom from another facility to Cimarron. Change is hard for everyone especially as we age but with the great staff and the great environment she loves it there.. Thank you Cimarron Place and a Place for Mom .. We had to find an assisted living facility in a one-week period of time for our Mother and toured many places. Oak Creek Place was the BEST of all of the local facilities around the South Milwaukee Oak Creek vicinity. Pam and Richard were extremely helpful and our Mom needs a high level of care right now. She is adjusting well and it's an absolutely lovely facility. Every area was clean, neat and the dining room area is stunning. We are hoping that Mom becomes more active than she was being home bound for the past four years. I would highly recommend Oak Creek Place.

My 97 year old father-in-law recently moved to Oak Creek Place. While he initially had some trouble adjusting to the changes in his routine, the entire staff has gone out of their way to make him feel welcome and comfortable. He is now happy there and our family is relieved knowing he's in good hands.

Our loved one has only been here a few weeks, so my feedback is just based on her short time here, but so far they've done an excellent job! I'd give them high marks across the board. We liked that it is on the smaller side, and we just felt like it would be a good match for our loved one's personality.

I am tickled to death with Bickford! They take animals. They're very pet friendly and I think pets are good for older people. My mother is not impressed with the food. She said they don't give much choice. Where she was before, she didn't get involved in the activites. They had a person come in and do balloon animals and she knows something about that so she enjoyed that. She's in the hospital right now and she's looking forward to going back to Bickford. When I visited I didn't tell them I was coming; I just walked in the door. They were very friendly and helpful. They even helped with getting mother's furniture from her house.
