I am writing to your corporation about the above excellent relationship that we had with [Removed] at your Ohio, Westwood Place in Woodsfield. We {my Dad & I} were looking for a place which Dad could live and in finding the Westwood Place we had nothing but a 1st class excellent experience with [Removed] on the 2 times that we visited this location. Dad + I visited many other places to see if he would like them, but none of them appealed to Dad. But when we got to your Westwood Place it was nothing but a superlative experience the whole time with [Removed] being our host. [Removed] is the best-of-the Best hostess and a very valuable asset to this facility in Woodsfield, Ohio.

When my husband and I walked into Ridgeview we liked it. After meeting the people, and touring the area (Memory Care for my Mom) we still had a good feeling about it. Now, Mom has been there for almost 2 months. Overall everything is great. As the caregivers get to know Mom, things for her and them get easier. I will say it is clean, friendly and they have lots of activities for people. They welcome us if we eat a meal with mom. So happy we found this place.

My mom and I toured with [Removed]. My mom was having a bad morning, but in a few short minutes, she had Mom laughing and joking. She is so personable, and so good with the older set. Everyone we met at the facility was very friendly, and seemed to genuinely enjoy the residents. A very welcoming place!

Mom loved her respite stay at this community. The staff seemed nice and excited to help. The food was good and they offer good portions. The community is clean and reminds me of a high class hotel. They do offer some daily activities. This community does not accept medicaid and they are not trained to care for memory care residents. I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

My mother is adjusting well since her move to Cherryvale Place. The place is quite clean and well organized. They have a large variety of activities and keep her busy. The food is good as well. It has been a good experience for us so far.

I feel that we have found a great place for my Mom, [removed]. The staff is always willing to work with me to make Mom comfortable. The staff always goes above and beyond to resolve my issues that come up with Mom

We really like the staff at Russ Place. They are friendly and encourage mom to participate in some of the daily activities. She seems to like the food and they keep the community very clean. I have already recommended this community.

Since I moved in, things are going great. I am getting stronger. I love the food that is provided here, it is very tasty. I have joined activities and made many new friends. We are going to a movie next week. So far, my favorite activity is the bean bag baseball.

The place is very clean and people are very polite. Very satisfied with the care given my mother.

The community has been very welcoming to my mother-in-law. The staff at this community really goes an extra step to make her stay as comfortable as possible. They even called her doctor about a certain health concern instead of making me take care of it. The meals are great. When i have had meals there, the chef always says to tell him if there is anything she wants different he will make. Her room feels like an apartment. She has her own bathroom, small kitchen and even a small living room. She has a window in her room which provides extra lighting. They also have a mixture of activities and even a music program. Overall i am very happy with this community, the staff here is always very happy and tend to her every need.

I like this community for my mom, but it was a private community. The staff was very nice and answered alot of the questions we had. It was clean and they had a very nice staff. I would recommend this is families are looking for a good private community.

My mother just moved in this month. Everyone has been wonderful. We discovered that her caregivers had not been giving her medicine properly. Everyone there has been a tremendous help

My mom is safe and getting good care at this community. The experience is going very well. The staff are friendly, respectful and attentive. They even know my name. It is a clean facility in all areas as well as my mom's room. They do quite a lot of activities but Saturday and Sunday are not as active. They also have outings and I like that.

The food is pretty healthy and I would rate it at about a 3.75. They offer daily activities and trips. The staff are great and really good with the residents. They encourage them to participate in the activities. This community is clean and well taken care of. The community is not bad at the price.

Mom does not like the food at this community. The staff are really nice. They offer a variety of activities for the residents. They even went fishing and had the fish for dinner. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Russ Place is an exceptional facility! They love the residents ands its obvious in their CARE! I am so grateful for them! Ruston is blessed to have such a great facility!

An excellent home away from home. I'm 95 now - looking forward to 100!

My husband is staying at Terreboone Place. The staff there are very caring and show a lot of affection for their guests. The rooms there are very nice and they have plenty of activites to keep the guests occupied

This has been a great place for my mom and dad. After my mom passed they have been very supportive of my dad. Very helpful.
