We chose Preston Place because it seemed like it would be the best fit for my loved one. The rooms here are a good size for what she needs. The staff members really seem to care about the residents which is something that we find very important. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

What we have seen so far is the rooms themselves are a little bit dated. I performed some small repairs myself in my loved one's room. The repairs that we had asked of maintenance had been done in a substandard manner. So we've had little issues like that. But I understand that their focus is not necessarily on the facility, although I think they would have fewer problems in the long run if that were the case. At the same time, the general, overall condition of the place seems very good. They keep things very clean. She seems to like the food, although she wishes they had a little more variety at times. I think they're supposed to have Cokes and snacks and things out in the afternoons, but they're not doing that right now because of Covid. Also because of Covid, they're not running the usual schedule of activities. And I understand that's outside of their hands. We felt that they needed to be more clear about the annual increase. It's based on Cimarron's calendar, not how long your loved one has been there. So we ended up having a significant increase after only about two months. But the staff have been very friendly. I still give them a superior rating, especially compared to other places we checked out. Overall we're very happy. And more importantly, our loved one is very happy.

I feel my loved one is very happy at oak creek. He really likes his room and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure he knew what to expect. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

This is an assisted living community so your loved one needs to be more independent due to the lack of medical staff. The community is kept very neat and clean and the staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating. The food is good and they have lots of activities going

The staff is willing to help the residents. One of the activities include bingo and other games. The communication with the staff.

I would say to check this community out for your loved one. I have seen several activities displayed on their Facebook page. This has been helpful for us to still see our loved ones. They have painting, decorations, birthday celebrations, and other holiday celebrations are a few activities available for the residents. I am very pleased with this community for my loved one.

My husband and I have lived at Eagle Pointe Place for 21/2 years. We love the place Great apartments that you can make your own (bring your favorite furniture and remembrances) with you. The staff is awesome and very helpful. There are many activities for you to take part in. We have a beautiful patio and balcony so you can get some fresh air. If you are able you can walk around the property for your daily exercise. You will make a lot of new friends and enjoy each other's company. The place is very comfortable and inviting and welcoming. Come see for yourself

I wish the community had skilled nursing on premises. I would absolutely. recommend this community. The Executive Director is great, and called to check on my loved one is doing after a few medical issues. They call back when they say they will, and the follow through is excellent. Due to the community not offering the skilled nursing, I had to move my loved one out of the community. I wish I could've kept my loved one in this community. The staff are so nice and accommodating.

I habe always been able to talk with the nursing staff and had good results. I'm so happy we chose Fairfield place to be my grannys home

I like all the care partners. They help me out a lot as far as doing my laundry, making my bed. There are no stairs, which is good. Everybody is friendly! The staff is very caring and funny! They make me laugh! If I have any problems or if I need anything, the care partners are always there.

The facility and the staff are top notch. My Aunt has been a resident at Westwood Place about 4 months now. I know she receiving excellent care. The staff and administration consistently have awesome activities for the residents which they all enjoy and it helps distract from the Covid-19 restrictions and frustrations that we all deal with daily. I would highly recommend Westwood Place for anyone looking for a caring and dependable home for their loved one.

This is the perfect place for people who don't feel comfortable in a large community. We chose this community for this reason. Before COVID, they would come and get my mom and take her to activities. They introduced her to to table mates and they would get help her to the dining room. I would recommend this community to other families. For my mom, it is the perfect place.

The staff at Fairfield Place is great. The food is okay. They have a lot of different floor plans, Mom is in a medium-size unit and it is nice. They have a secured outdoor courtyard for the residents to use.

The genuine care and concern for our Parents has been phenomenal. Working through the transition from their beautiful home...to their new home (much smaller) has not been easy. However, the advantages and safety and peace-of-mind have outweighed many of the challenges which we've had to overcome as a family. The Staff , The Entire Daily Team, Nurses and Therapist are such a treasure. You always want to know that the folks caring for your Parents...will respect and love them just the way they are. The Staff and Team at Urbana Place, allows us to be reassured that our Parents are enjoying a safer and more robust quality of life. Is everything perfect? Nothing is perfect (in this world)...but it's good to know there are individuals helping us, doing their best to help our Parents during this time of their life! Our Parents are Precious! The Russ Place in Ruston, Louisiana is a nice place to be. The grounds are very nice, the staff is very helpful and the dining is to live for. We have a nurses on duty from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm 7 days a week and have an activity director here Monday thru Friday.

Highlander Place was a very good fit for our dad. He liked the smaller size of the building, the family feel and the caring and friendly staff/caregivers. The food is good, the building is clean, and the exercise class is very beneficial. He loved the "country" setting and that he could see wildlife and birds from his apartment. [name removed]

My Mother in Law was a past resident at Highlander and received great care. Now, My mother is a resident and we still love this home! It's fresh, lively, inviting, organized, efficient, cozy, and welcoming! I can not say enough good about it. It's been the perfect solution for mom and our family to put our minds at ease knowing she is getting loving personal care by a terrific staff! [name removed]

I live at this community since July of 2018. I have been in the Longview/Kelso area since 1957. This is the best location to have lived. I am 98 years old and will be 99 in June 2019. I have been married twice and lost both to cancer. Have a daughter and a son. I have enjoyed my stay here at Highlander. [Name removed]
