Everyone is nice, kids are happy we are here. Everything is a home run. The food is wonderful and so many choices. We are so glad we made the choice to come here.

I like it real well, everything is so nice. Do my laundry and clean my apartment. My apartment is just the right size for me.

Feel staff is very interested in what we have to say. They fix problems right away. The food is good, good choices.

It's a good place. I tell everyone that I think the food is good, no complaints.

If I could rate a 10 I would. It's just perfect. I don't have to cook or clean anymore. Everyone here is wonderful. My heart is open here.

Both my parents are now residents at Suncrest Place. The staff is friendly, efficient and courteous. The staff communicates well together and with the residents. My folks truly feel welcome and at home there.

Visited Bell Gardens when I was looking for a residence for my elderly parents. The staff and facility were both warm, welcoming, and inviting. Parents moved in December 2014 and are thoroughly enjoying the facility and as important the food! Father requires a highler level of care which is performed seamlessly by the staff.

Father in law and mother both live here. They (mostly my mom) have gotten more energy because of the exercise and walking, talking with other people, more active. The place is so clean. They question some of the food choices, dry meat, brown rice. Otherwise we all love the building and its staff. Thank you so much!!!

The Miller Place is a beautiful facility with very dedicated and caring people working here. We would recommend this place to anyone needing a place like home for a loved one. The only "improvement" my father suggests is the food menu. Choices given to them. Also portion sizes are small to men and lack flavor.

My grandma was struggling to live independently at home. We started checking out local assisted livings in the Midland area. She was quite hesitant to visit any of the communities, but the residents and staff at Cimarron Place made her feel very welcome in a matter of moments. We visited with the administrator and nurse and they assured us that grandma could still be independent, but have the care she needed when she needed it. Grandma really loves her apartment. She was able to bring her furniture, her doll collection, and all the little things that made her house a home to the new apartment. She's been here for two months and we have a hard time dragging her out of the community because she loves to spend time with her friends.

Sinclair Place is a really wonderful place! They are all very friendly and very helpful. The toughest thing for any place like this is the financial aspect, finding out what sort of aid is available and where to look. That was hard. But otherwise the entire experience has been wonderful!

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far Bell Gardens Place has done a fantastic job! The nursing staff is fantastic, they are all incredibly caring and professional, I really can't say enough good things about them. The aide staff also do a great job, they keep a close eye on the people who live here, and will show up at the drop of a hat if they are needed. It's done wonders for my peace of mind knowing that she is so well cared for. The facility itself is lovely. It's well lit, the hallways are wide and easy to navigate, and they've got a beautiful secure outdoor courtyard. They also do a great job with the food! It is high quality, and there's always plenty of choices.

My mother in law has only been there for a short time. We found out that they were extremely helpful with the process of the interview, and with the move in. They were very accommodating. We were impressed with their cleanliness. During the time with moving, other things stood out. We noticed they were very conscious with their residents health. Very good with quarantining the illness, using gloves and making sure other residents stay in their room to not risk infection. they did that with my mother in law. We were very impressed and you don't get that with other nursing homes. They were prompt to always return our calls. It appears we will be very happy with my mother in law living there. It will cost her a lot less than a nursing home, and better quality, space, and to better interaction to speak with others. A very secure facility, you have to be let in and let out every single time. Of course inconvenient at times for family members to be let in, but you only wait 30 seconds. But they do try everything they can to improve. We were glad to have that security.

My mom has lived at Kingsbury for years and she love it there. It's very clean, the food is great and the staff makes her feel like family. She loves watching the deer and squirrels out the window.

Staff works together to provide a safe environment. Staff has always been pleasant to residents and families. The only concern is that there could be better transportation for the residents to get out into the community more often.

I have lived at Kingsbury for five years, since my husband passed away. I enjoy my apartment, staff and nurses and also the location. The food is also very good.

I have been privileged for 2 1/2 years to live comfortably and securely at Kingsbury. As a volunteer I greet new residents, get them settled and enjoy listening to their varied stories. The competent and professional staff is nearby. I am 90 years old and really feel fortunate to be part of this jovial, smiling group.

My mother began her journey at Kingsbury staying in their respite Apartment while we were on vacation. When we came back home, she told us that she wanted to stay at Kingsbury as a permanent resident. She loves the staff and her apartment and has many friends to socialize with.

My home for 2 1/2 years has more than filled all my needs.s I have many friends. The staff is professional, but friendly & helpful. My apartment is attractive and welcoming. Maintenance, if needed, is prompt. I feel "important" and fulfilled here.
