Now well known and respected. 3 years with no issues w/ Ohio Department of Health! We all love Blanchard Place!

Compact, yet ample for my needs.

She only did respite there for three nights. I couldn't say anything bad about them. The people were all just very nice. She just kind of felt like she had a hard time connecting with the other residents. I liked that it was small with not so many residents. The first day she wasn't really happy with the menu, and by the next day, they had everything that she requested. So I felt like they really went over and beyond to make sure she felt cared for, and got what she wanted.

Caring staff- Administration listens, addresses any concerns in a timely fashion.

Mom loves it here. She has only been here a few months but she says its like being on vacation everyday. The staff is great. The move in was simple, the nurses are great and the office staff are always available and very approachable. Mom says the food is good and you can tell the cook has been there for a while. There are activities all the time, they just went and seen the lights for Christmas as a group. Everyday is a relief for me, I used to worry about mom all the time. I would drive over to check on her and have to clean up the house and do shopping and chores. Now I just get to be her daughter again. We should have made this move long time ago.

They have done everything well! It is absolutely the perfect place for my parents. They have gone over and above to make us feel welcome. When they said "welcome to the Bickford family" they meant it - it really is like a family. It is so great to know that dad is being cared for so well and is happy. I could not have asked for more! I wish that more people could have this kind of care. The one thing I think they can do would be to have one more nurse. That poor nurse they have works so hard!

What I really like about Oak Creek Place is that it is a privately owned facility as opposed to a government owned. The advantage this offers is that they can work together with the families on the rates. That's not to say that they are cheap, but compared to half a dozen other places I checked out they were more willing to work with us. I found that very appealing considering the government ones you really have to clean out your savings and everything else in order to afford being able to live there.

Really liked it, impressed. I thought it was clean and the people were friendly, there were some activities that we observed, liked layout, The studio was nice, Nice courtyard. One thing I look for when visiting a community is odor, smelled clean and looked clean. They offered us a good deal, so much money off, a discount for a couple months, 2-3000 is what we would have saved

My aunt loves doing the activities more than anything else in the world, and they provide some of the best! The experience for the entire family has been very positive. Any time we have questions they always provide very helpful answers and guidance. The only area I can even think of to improve is that there was a time or two where the soup has been too salty and not hot enough. Other than that, it has really been a really positive experience.

Mom loves it at Bickford at Mission Springs! Plenty of activities which mom loves. I honestly can not think of anything they can do to improve. Mom is very happy, and if mom is happy I'm happy! Five stars across the board!

My mother has resided here for 5 1/2 years and is very happy here. The staff is very caring and friendly. I would recommend Kingsbury Place to anyone.

We are so impressed with Kingsbury Place. It is a as elegant as a five star hotel and quite possibly kept cleaner. Starting at the regular staff tot the managers, each resident is treated as loved family member. Our loved one is very well cared for and is very happy they chose Kingsbury Place. He also loves the food and food choices.

This is a beautiful facility. Always nicely decorated. The common areas and the dining room are lovely and welcoming. The staff is always helpful and friendly, without exception. My mother is a resident there and I believe she gets excellent care and has a lovely apartment for her monthly fee. The nursing staff is wonderful and always on the spot to help or give care whenever needed. The activity director is busy with many activities for the residents every day.

I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. They were very thorough in asking questions regarding the needs of my Mother and the cleanliness and the fact that she could have her dog is ideal. My other family members, however, are not comfortable with the fact that she would be in a assisted living setting where she would have her own 'apartment'. They are concerned she could fall in her room and not have help immediately. We are still, however, leaving it open as a possibility.
