I live in this community and my loved ones lived in this community. It is expensive for me to live here, but all my relatives lived here. So I call myself a Washington Hillbilly. [Name removed]

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am always updated on my moms changes and they listen to my request. She really likes the meals. She is getting around better now than she did before she went to Fairfield Place.

the staff is wonderfully warm , and when you visit they know me by name . always helpful and I know my grandmother is getting the best care , I would recommend this place to any one . I sleep better at night knowing someone is always around for my grandmother at night

I feel the communication between staff members is lacking. Beds don't get changed and bathroom in her room doesn't get cleaned when she has an accident in a timely manner. Overall cleanliness is great in all the common areas. Getting in and out of the facility is frustrating because you have to be let in and out by a staff member which are sometimes hard to find. Overall we are pleased with the facility.

The Wildflower Place is a wonderful place for my mother to stay in her twilight years. The entire staff, Administrators, Healthcare and the Technicians, are all fine caring people. All very friendly and kind, they all treat mom as if she were special. I would recommend Wildflower Place to anyone needing to find a place where a loved one could live and receive the care he or she needed.

My dad had a respite stay of a week at Blanchard Place as we were waiting for a room to open at a facility in our hometown. [Name removed] the Community Manager, went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad, had all of his needs met. She personally spent time with him and was available to speak and support the family whenever needed. While his time at Blanchard Place was short, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to have him stay there again for respite. The Blanchard Place Community is a wonderful facility - beautiful, well cared for and staffed with caring individuals.

My mother has lived at Cimarron Place for 8 months. They worked with mother so the cost of living here was something she could afford for her level of care. My sisters and I liked the small and personal size of this facility so mother would not be afraid of getting lost. We wanted her to feel confident to get out of her room and find her way around. I appreciate the staff and how they check on her, I like all the activities and the great meals they provide. Mother always says the staff here are so friendly and kind to her. She also enjoys visiting with the other residents too. I hope mother will be able to stay here a long time.

Three months ago I was forced with the fact that my mom could no longer live alone in her home of 60 years. After a month of researching communities to admit her, I chose Terrebonne Place Assisted Living. My hardest decision has turned out to be my best decision. This community fosters a positive and caring environment due to their great staff members who strive to have the residents live in a welcomed and homely environment. The friendly and loving staff is available 24 hours a day in case my mom needs assistance through an emergency call system which really gives me piece of mind. At Terrebonne Place, I feel every physical detail from the lovely grounds to the well planned apartments along with the great variety of activities provided daily assures me the comfort I was looking for in my mom's new home.

It is a hard adjustment for my love one moving here, but I think she’s happy. She is getting the right care and she’s actually getting out of that room. She’s being for social and interacting with other people instead of just conversing with me. The staff here is also very knowledgeable and communicative. My love one and I agree that they could use more staffing, but with the amount that they have they are very competent in giving the correct care to the residents. The nursing staff is pretty good with her, they assist with straightening out her pills and they always call me if there is an issue. My love one goes down to the dining area to eat and she is making friends. The other residents that she socializes with are very welcoming. Also, a good feature is that if you give them a days’ notice they can take you to doctor appointments.

I took a tour of this facility and it was very nice. It had an overall cheery atmosphere. I liked that there were chairs in the hallways, so if someone needed to stop and catch their breath while walking they could. There were a couple of staff members that I interacted with that I really liked and the salespeople that I dealt with were very nice. The food was okay and the overall facility was very clean.

Outstanding facility with caring staff under awesome leadership!

I have been very pleased with this facility thus far. The community is smaller and because of that, they don’t have very many social activities. However, my sister-in-law is quite happy here. She has mentioned to me that the staff members, as well as the administrators, are very nice. They are actually approachable and they leave their doors open so the residents can poke their heads in. For the care she is receiving I think that it is a great value. The food is perfectly acceptable and good. The cooks have gotten to know her and what she likes to eat. I also like that if there are any problems, the managers work with you to find a solution. My sister-in-law’s things have not come up missing. I would recommend this facility to other families.

While looking at other facilities, this location included the best care that was needed for my loved one. The staff is really helpful and informative. During the first interactions they let us know up front on needs that they were able to meet and other needs that they could possibly meet. They were very straight forward. There were a few hiccups when my loved one first moved in. There was a slight miscommunication between us and the staff. It was promised to us that my loved one could receive cable in his room, but come to find that it only works on the opposite side of the building. So it was a huge bummer to find out the day of my loved one’s move in. Overall, however, it has a higher level of care then most places that we have seen and everyone there is very passionate in what they are doing. Even the upper staff in the offices, the people that I spend a lot of time talking to always seem so helpful and happy to do it for you.

I'm a nurse so I know a good place when I see one. We were looking for a place for my grandmother when she needed to downsize and leave the farm. Everyone here is very friendly and treats her well. They also treat all of her family as an extension of their own

Urbana Place is a fun friendly atmosphere where they always put their residents first.

I love the friendliness of the staff. they are always willing to help. I've called ahead to let them know I was picking grandma up, they went to make sure she was ready.

This is a very nice community and my dad's probably one of the youngest residents at the age of 65. He like's his room and he was able to bring his own furniture so it feels more like home for him. They offer a lot of amenities for the resident should they want to take part as well as field trips for shopping and appointments. There is a nice courtyard to sit outside on and I would definitely recommed scheduling a tour here just to see the community first hand.

The staff are doing a great job. My mother in law is adjusting to living at this community. She has a nice apartment and has started making friends. She has started to participate in some of the daily activities and has even gone on some outings. She is not big on the food. When we toured we met with the director and they are very involved. This is a smaller community and I would recommend it.

My mother in law is content with living at this community. The staff seemed interested in helping with the adjustment process. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do offer some daily activities. The food is good and they take good care of the community.

I so appreciate the kindness and helpfulness that we have experienced. A wonderful place for my mother.
