Trustwell Living

My loved one was only at Mansfield Place for six weeks but during that time I would recommend Trustwell Living at Mansfield Place to other families.

I would like to see more activities. The staff is friendly but I would like to see more interaction from them. Maybe that happens & I just haven't witnessed it. My friend's toilet hasn't been cleaned in over 2 weeks. I would most likely recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Clyde Gardens are very kind, patient and friendly. They care for the residents like they are family. My mom is well taken care of and loved.

They have had a lot of turn over which is hard for clients and staff. Overall Good. I think staff tried their best to provide good care to the people of Clyde Gardens. My father for the most part is satisfied with home. Story activities food are very important.

The categories with a 4 rating only reflect that most things can always work towards improvements. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend Trustwell Living at Terrebonna Place to other families

I would tell a friend: 1. I really like the residents as they all look out for each other. (2 of them told the nurse about my brother's toe but the nurse did nothing - she kept saying I'll call the doctor) 2. The 2 aides that take care of my brother during the day are wonderful and take great care of him and love home like a 'papa'. That would be [names removed] The night aides help themselves to the food/drinks I send to him for his afternoon snack which they take without asking. 3. They used to take people out for 'excursions' to like the zoo or animal retirement farms or museums but since the new administration people came the original wonderful nurse and the recreational aide as well as the amazing cook they had have all left. 5. The food is ok and the daytime aides are great about helping the residents but the food has gotten to be a diabetic nightmare since the original cook left. 6. I think they try but they in the admin area seem to blame others instead of accepting that things are falling apart due to their 'cutbacks' especially with the evening aides. The aides sit and chat or play on their phones more than check on the residents, play games or explore other things to do with the residents that don't go to bed at 7pm since that's when they put people to bed and then go sit in the living room and play on their phones or sleep themselves.

Clean and friendly with age appropriate activities. We picked this community because of the price and a very clean appearance like there landscaping mom likes to sit outside on a nice day as do other residents.

The staff is nice. Especially [names removed]. The caregivers are friendly, understanding and respectful. I wish there were more caregivers. There have been days the bed went unmade, and the bathroom is not kept as clean as I would like. For $[removed]+ a month, the bed should be made daily and the bathroom should be cleaned as often as needed. If it's daily, then clean it daily. That's why they need more caregivers.

Meals are what they are- they are balanced however the taste and quality..... I realize that it's not home cooking. Activities, there seems to be very little if any scheduled on weekends. I'm pretty sure that we are paying for a full month not a full month and pro-rated weekends because there are no activities. These residents deserve better than this and not be bored. We chose EP not because it was the cheapest, or most convenient. But, in our hearts it was a good fit.

The facility is very clean. The staff are very caring and supportive. They have been great with mom overall and she has had good interactions. From what I have seen and how mom has described the food, it is very good. Some activities are good, but some more variety would be helpful. It is on the more expensive side considering other facilities in the area.

I have recommended this facility to a friend of mine a few months ago. I have voiced to her that the staff genuinely care about their tenants and that is the most important aspects of an asst living facility to me

This is the right place for my mom. With short term memory loss, she needed a smaller venue. Plum Creek is a nice, well kept assisted living. Mom fit right in and the staff truly care and take good care of her.

The cost was doable but the care quality was spotty and the food was terrible! The apartments were nice and so were most of the staff.

Trustwell Living has good people and we would of course recommend them to other families! Our loved one has now passed and as hard as this was to navigate it was a blessing our paths crossed with Terrebonne Place! No place is perfect, you have to stay vigilant no matter where you place a loved one! Terrebonne Place strives to improve; they listen and they take action!

My sister has acclimated to her new Environment and is making the best of it. Although I was not able to see the facility myself prior to her moving in her husband has been pleased with her care and the property.

I thought the staff were all super friendly. Place was very clean. Felt some of my Dad's medical issues were ignored that needed attention and due to that had to be taken to the ER. My parents went thru several chefs while they were there one year and felt serving size was very small and felt snacks should be offered in evening time. Had long discussion with nurses to get my dad at the appropriate level of care to decrease cost of care. Felt he was charged too much and it was corrected. It was also very expensive.

We are satisfied with Terrebonne Place. My mom is safe and well cared for. Could it be better? Of course. When people pay that kind of money, everything should be perfect. But I understand the challenges. Thank you for recommending Terrbeonne Place.

What we really liked about Trustwell Living is that we didn't have to worry about him, we knew our loved one was well taken care of and they would give me a call if they felt like he hadn't been socializing normally for a couple days in a row. They really cared about him.

It is a nice small community, so people get to know you better. Since it is a single story community, everyone lives on the same floor, and there are no stairs.

The staff is very kind and caring. The activities director is super, every day there is a fun activity. The kitchen staff are so nice and accommodating to special diets and requests. The staff communicates with family so well, meds are never late.
