This is the most wonderful community. They are the nicest people. The entire staff are sweet they will bend over backwards to help. I could not ask for better people. The food is fantastic and they have a five star dinning room. The community is always nicely decorated. They allow pets and have a community bunny named Preston. The community is small, kept immaculate and I would recommend it.

I flew into West Virginia from Germany to help my father who was struggling with the loss of my mother and I had no idea where to turn. All your support and guidance were key to me finding Westwood Place. From my first contact with [Removed] the director of Westwood Place I could feel the compassion. Upon my first visit I was truly impressed by the up beat energy of the facility, it's staff and the residents. My dad needed cheery human interaction and caring. We have found both in Westwood Place. Thank you to everyone that has turned my father's life around. My dad had one request in his interview and that was his cat would go with him. The amazing staff at Westwood Place has made his wish come true.

Our parents are doing very well at Cimarron Place, my mother is enjoying all the great activities they have there and going to the dining room where she can be with friends and the food is great. It is nice seeing the changes in her. My father's Alzheimers is being addressed as well. This was a good move for both my parents.

I love it here. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff are so helpful – their patience is unbelievable. They work so hard. Meals are delicious, and one had many alternative choices. Activities are frequent and varied. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here.

Due to a variety of reasons, my mother spent time in another assisted living facility for about six months. She is SO much better satisfied with Bell Gardens Place. The staff truly cares about the residents, and the residents and their families can see this care in practice every day. For example, my mother is a retired nurse; on National Nurses' Day, she received flowers from the staff. I often witness the staff members in playful banter with my mom. Little things count! Additionally, the staff is extremely helpful to residents' families. Staff members have offered to help schedule appointments as well as to help find a way to get Mom to the appointment when I'm working. I'm truly impressed with the care my mom is receiving and with the environment in which she lives.

Plum Creek is a GREAT place to live, and the staff is very caring towards the residents, meeting their needs. The facility is smaller than other facilities which gives it a home style feeling with a family friendly environment. Resident rooms and facility are well maintained and cared for. The food is prepared before each meal and offers a healthy variety. They offer many different activities for the residents throughout the day. Overall it's a GREAT place for your loved one to live!

Patience, love, kindness and smiles are good descriptions for Mansfield Place. Our mom enjoys the activities, family nights, and music events. She appreciates the pleasant surroundings and good food. We are so thankful to entrust our loved one to this staff.

I have been in this facility everyday for the last 2 weeks, being in a family that is in the business I am very impressed at the level of care they provide. The staff is very tentative and it is a nice place.

Oh my goodness! My Mom has dementia combined with Alzheimer's and I was so concerned about moving her anywhere. But I prayed and prayed and God led me here to Plum Creek Place in Ama and I am SO /thankful!! Everyone here is so helpful, so knowledgeable, and friendly. I had no idea how much paperwork and legwork it takes to get someone moved in - [Removed] and everyone else involved have made all of the long process so much easier! After just a couple of days, Mom has already settled down and is not so upset about not being able to go home. AMAZING!! Thank-You!

I feel at home here and have no complaints. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone knows our names and present themselves very well. The activities are fun, the food is very tasty and I like it here so much.

The genuine care and love exhibited by all the staff is truly amazing. You can tell they love taking care of seniors and their famlies.

We have been very happy with mom’s care here. The staff is very loving and supportive. Mom was here and actively involved for 15 months before she became ill. After a week in the hospital, Hospice began attending her here. They work week together and she is context. We live on WA and come down often.

Nice and clean community. The staff was very helpful and professional. There are plenty of activities and the staff promotes the residents to participate which really helps my husband because he is usually not sociable. He adjusted really well with the experience. The staff always makes sure we are well informed about his care. The food was perfect for my husband who is a picky eater. They served restaurant style with two entrees. The provided good substitute options if he didn't like the entrees, such as hamburgers. The location was perfect for us and I had such a good rapport with everyone in the community I didn't need to tour any other facility. It was a perfect fit and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff are excellent people and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has been loving the meals they provide as well as participating in many of the different activities they have available. I am impressed to see her involved in the exercise classes as well as the social environment. I have seen a big improvement in my mother since she moved in to this place and I would recommend it to anyone.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far everything has been going well for her. The staff have all been wonderful to work and I am comfortable with the care they are providing. The thing I am most impressed with is the nutritious meals the chef serves throughout the week. They are always tasty with lots of variety for all of the residents. I also like that it is a little bit smaller then some of the other facilities and feels like home. Overall excellent place and I would recommend it to anyone.

I enjoy the RCPS here, they are always ready to help when I need. They are always helpful and handy. When I fall, and make sure what I needed. They make me laugh, everybody is very friendly here.
