I lived in Ruston for 21 years. I came back to visit a friend in Russ Place. It is a wonderful place, and people seem so kind and helpful. If I ever needed a place or a community to live in Ruston, Russ Place would be my first choice.

Nice place. Very interested in moving my aunt here, staff answered all our questions. I could tell they loved what they do.

My husband and I are pleased to have Westwood close to our home so we can visit every day. We feel that the staff really care for my father-in-law in the way they take care of him.

We love Westwood Woodsfield! The staff is so kind and caring and the building is always clean. The meals are very good. I am satisfied that [Removed] is well taken care of.

The warm, personal care that is given to residents as well as the activities that are scheduled here surpass any other community. The locked community is a bonus and ensures loved ones are safe.

I visited this community in preparation of moving in my uncle when the times comes. The first thing I thought when I walked in was – man, it smells nice in here! You always here, first impressions are everything and Russ Place did not disappoint. For this reason among others, we will be moving my uncle into this community.

Russ Place always has great activities for my grandfather. He loves playing bingo, exercising and bible study.

I was called within hours of the referral and the person I spoke to was great in listening to all our needs and answering all my questions. We weren't able to make a connection with touring the facility on the same day because I couldn't come until later in the evening but I let her know that I would figure out my schedule and call her back.

As a nurse, it's great to know that Mom is safe, living life at her best with the assistance of such kind and caring staff. She rests easier and we do, too! We have no regrets in Mom's decision to live at Urbana Place!

My mother has been here for going on three years. Since her arrival her condition has changed dramatically. I have been very happy with the flexibility the Urbana Place has provided for her and the understanding shown to her by the caregivers. Oftentimes I feel they treat her more like family than they do a resident.

My mother was here several years ago and had excellent care! Now my mother in law lives here and once again, she's receiving superior care. The staff are all wonderful and do everything possible to make this a great place to live.

My mother has been here for 4 years and prior to moving in we looked at 4 other care facilities. She picked this location over all the others even though one was closer to my home.

Brought mom over [Removed] and it was a great experience. Everyone is amazing. Haven't met one person we are not happy with! Originally she moved in with my stepfather who passed away in March and the community handled that situation top notch. We well satisfied at urbana place and we feel like she is getting the best care possible! Everyone needs a raise

The dedicated staff and management are top notch, The staff care for their residents like they are their own family. Urbana Place is and always will be my number one choice for long term care.

Well my wife’s grandma lives here. She seems very comfortable here. Nice people that work here. Very helpful I know she came from Hawks Ridge and was very unhappy there. She has been here for sometime and loves the intimate setting.

My 98 year old grandmother lives here and my favorite part is the family like atmosphere here its like a little community – I love it.

Just got back from visiting my parents on a Saturday. Two of the main staff were there putting out cookies and coffee as they prepared for those who would watch the game or just come out of their rooms to visit. They didn't have to be there but there they were - making sure everyone was taken care of. That's what family does and thats who they are - a group of people who take care of the clients as well as each other. I feel so special every time I walk into River Run and so do my parents. Not only do they feel at home but I feel like that as well. This place is so awesome. I do not know what I would do without River Run Place.

Clean, not too big, they seem to have a good program and know & care about the residents. They do not take Medicaid at any point.

Was given may choose to pick from and was pleased with the first one that emailed me back. My Dad has been there for over a month now at Cherryvale Place and is extremely happy there as well as my sister and I no longer have to worry about him being alone and falling.
